I can say that the staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable. In terms of dealerships and service of a vehicle repair this had to be one of, if not my worst experience. When I first made the appointment I was very straight forward and to the point on what needed to be done, then when I got to my appointment I was less than happy to have my very straight forward ask, be disregarded and was told they would need to do their own inspection. I can completely understand, they can t always take people at their word. As I went about my day, I had dropped my vehicle off only 15 minutes after service opens, I was told that they didn t even look at what I had told them the problem was, and needed to add further charges to look into the car more, irritating but again understandable. Then, at the full end of a business day was told that they did find the issue, which was exactly what I had told their staff when I made the appointment, that it would cost me over 2.5x the average cost to fix my vehicle. Of course, I asked to have my vehicle put back together. Then when I call to pick up my car, I was told the techs had gone on to another job, and it would be ready for several hours. After 4 hours, I was finally told that the car was being worked on. After another 3 hours, I had to call for them to tell me it was all set and get my pricing. Bottom line is that while the staff is nice and knowledgeable, I will never take any vehicle I own to get serviced here again.

Awesome service team. They took care of a couple of issues with my truck. Adam made sure that I was informed and they worked with my schedule. The team has been great from the sale onward. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to have a partner in their car purchasing experience.

My experience was good other than the cost.I switched from the West Zimbrick to the east because my longtime service manager had retired and Eastside is where I live.I first brought it in because my service engine light had come on, and Firestone had diagnosed a possible catalytic converter problem but also said it might be a pipe attached to the converter. The car was at Firestone for a tire repair and oil change.I always prefer the dealership for major issues even though the charge for labor is very high. And I have always had good and honest service.Garret was my service manager when I brought it in, and his service was exceptional. Zimbrick diagnosed the same problem as Firestone . And it turned out the problem was the pope and not the converter. It was fixed, although at a higher cost.The technician also determined that the oil cooler was leaking. I gave the go-ahead to fix itIt took several days because of certain parts having to be ordered. Garret kept me informed throughout and without asking I got a loaner for a couple if days.This is a long way to get around my rating, which is I was satisfied with the service...not the cost per se, but even though I am retired I prefer to continue to use Zimbrick Buick as I have been for the past quarter century.It did appear to me that the Eastside Zimbrick is a smaller operation that the Westside, which may have had something to do with the delay in parts.

We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Zimbrick Eastside, and have had great experiences each time. The sales team is well informed and has made us very comfortable with each purchase. The service department and body shop have done excellent work to keep us on the road!

Bought a used truck. Truck ended up having some issues shortly after taking it home. Service department did some work to it, and my salesman Andy Hammond really made sure I was taken care of and that the truck was up to par before returning the truck to me. Great customer service and solid work.

I dropped off my vehicle towards closing Thursday for an unexpected issue I was having that made it difficult to drive my wheelchair accessible van. I talked with Garrett who always helps us out. He said he could get to it tomorrow or Friday. I told him I had plans with a friend from Chicago I was meeting in Milwaukee on Friday and whatever they could do to fix it right away would be much appreciated. Plus, the parts I had ordered for another repair for Tuesday came in early and they were able to do that too. I was very pleased when they called by 11am the next day with the diagnosis and were able to fix it that day. I very much appreciated how fast they were able to fix it and I was able to keep my plans. Garrett is always very pleasant to deal with. You are lucky to have him as an employee.

DESPICABLE!!!My family member asked me to take the truck in to remove the lug nuts that had the locks on them. As when the truck was bought, from this dealership used, the key to the lug nuts wasn't with the truck. The tires have not needed to be taken off until now.This place doesn't care about customer service! Only their pocketbook!24.99 per lug nut replacement that doesn't even have a lock on them! But thanks to the dealership, not only did you rob my family member, but you did so In a way that's deceitful when you were so nice to give a deal by reducing the price PER lug nut(without a lock) to a whopping 15.99.....!!24.99 for labor!! And even a gracious 9 dollar disposal fee!!You used a master key to unlock the lug nuts and kept the perfectly good lug nuts(with a lock) and have the audacity to charge to throw out what you know you never threw out!!How dare this dealership do this!! I would advise anyone looking to buy from this dealership to think twice bc you might be taken for a ride.

Was weird- told I was working with one salesman even got a call later in the day from the guy reconfirming our appointment. Show up to the appointment like 15 minutes early and was told the guy I had a set appointment with wasn t there or that he went home. Regardless everything else after that was fine I knew what I had wanted and didn t need anything special or had tons of questions.

Adam was polite, professional and thorough.I drove into the bay for my appointment and Adam was waiting for me at car side for the keys. 3 minutes later I was done dropping my vehicle off.I came back to pick it up and in under 5 minutes I was walking out.Super speedy.Very efficient.

This dealership was 1.5 hours away from me, but definitely worth the ride. Jeff Schumann is an amazing salesman and had great communication throughout. He is one of the few salesman left that actually pays attention and advocates for his customers. Will definitely purchase from him again.

Came in for an oil change but was found to need repairs on one of my vehicles that was a little unexpected. Coya & the technician were great at explaining the repairs my vehicle needed. They even were able to do it the same day so I wouldn t be without my vehicle for long. Great customer service

My service experience was great! And I will certainly be coming back. The only negative I have is that the GMC logo on the grill had some clips get busted off while being washed. Luckily I noticed before I left and was told they would order the parts and replace at no cost which I was happy with.

Sales was very good for the most part however, we have a persistent problem with electronics In our 24 Encore Avenir, dash and entertainment center randomly cutting out, the entertainment center randomly turning itself on at a high volume and a concurrent burning smell, had the vehicle in 3 times with no resolution and the final time they tried to blame it on our cellphone in a very degrading way, like it was our fault. When I brought this up with another Buick service center by phone, their response was that I was shoveled a load of (bovine scatology). Buick fourms and Samsung both tell me that this cause was far from likely. We have a lemon and Zimbrick won't stand behind us to get it fixed.Update: took the vehicle to another Buick dealer, found an issue with a sensor, they replaced the sensor and made a few little tweaks and now everything is fine. Phone was not the problem. The other dealer was courteous and listened and focused on solving the problem. Zimbrick definitely needs to improve their listening and stop placing blame on and bullying the customer.

I had a great experience and never felt pressured or rushed. They had the car I was interested in all ready and waiting for me to take a private test drive. The financing department was fantastic and worked to get me a lower rate with a lender and I now have the car I've been hoping for with far more bells and whistles than I imagined that I could get. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Highly recommend buying your next vehicle at Zimbrick Buick GMC East.
