WARNING! Avoid this place at all cost. I drove 30 minutes here. I have never had such bad service in my life! I m making this review to warn everyone because left furious. I walked in and asked if they were open and was immediately treated with disrespect. The man told me you see a car here don t you? And I responded with confusion because the garage was closed.As I was going to pull my car forward to the garage, the same man yelled at me to let the person behind me to get in front of my car (even though I was there first). This was extremely disrespectful. I will be escalating this so no one will have to experience the same thing.

Worst customer experience I've ever had at a shop. Avoid at all costs!One employee opened the back door standing at the end of the garage to guide me in, I pulled my car in slow making eye contact with him as I pulled in. As I asked if this was good, another employee came over and asked "did he pull himself in" while laughing to the other guy who smirked and replied "yeeah" then the other guy told me that they are refusing to service me today as the sign outside said to stop, and that me driving into the shop was a liability as I may hit someone.. I've always pulled myself into shops without issue....The employee then said again, we're not going to work on it today, "we'll have you try again tomorrow" and the employee was laughing in the background. Unprofessional, clearly lazy employees who didn't want to work, and more rude than I've ever been treated at any business.

I went here on January 15th to get an oil change and had an extremely unpleasant encounter with an employee. Said employee was a punk with the big lobe piercings. I was asked to pull up to bay 1 when both bays were occupied. I stayed in between both bays as I searched for a coupon. There were no other cars behind me. Aforementioned punk asked me smugly do you not know how to follow directions? He continued to scold me for not pulling up to the bay and I decided to take my business elsewhere. Thanks a lot Valv!

Went there for oil change, they put the oil filter sealing in wrong way, after couple miles I lost 2.5 quarters of oil, called them back, no answer, called main phone number, they told me to wait 2-3 business days.Called towing services, went to another service, spent 500$ to fix this issue0 stars

This was my first visit to this location. I was not disappointed! Allonzo was the staff person I interacted with and he did a thorough job explaining everything to me. I was there on a Friday afternoon and there were a few cars waiting ahead of me, but it was only 25 minutes once I got into the garage. I also appreciated the positive (and sometimes silly) interactions the staff members were having with each other; it shows they like working in that environment! I will definitely recommend this Valvoline location to others!

Great experience... except they checked my air tire on paper but when I checked my tires later that day. My tires were dangerously low on my right side. While the service is normally good and the people are polite and helpful. I could have been suffered an accident. If they dont wanna do the whole job... makes me wonder whatelse they didnt bother to check up on.

The workers are friendly. But they didn't know how to change my back window wiper. Also, I noticed that the employee marked that he checked my lights and tire pressure. I did not witness either being done.

I am sitting in my car during my oil change, and the assistant manager and another coworker are arguing. Not the customer service you should be providing. This day and age make people really uncomfortable.

I went in for an oil change on 1/21/23. I don't know about you, but the date/mileage whatever comes first is sort of confusing. One or the other. Well, the technician at this location has cleared that up for me. After scanning my car in he could see my past visit. The sticker on my windshield said 12/2/22 and 92675. My actual mileage is 90470. He told me "Ma'am, you're not due for an oil change for another 2000 miles! I showed him the sticker and he said he recommends going with the mileage, not the date. Of note I have 2012 Kia SOUL.HALLELUJAH,! He saved me at least $60 and gave me a clear understanding of which to go by. Thanks VERY much! They are always so nice here and now I know, honest as well!

The guys that work here are unprofessional and rude. I came in for an oil change and I was the only customer there. It was no where near closing time, either. The 3 of them barely acknowledged me at all and kept joking around with each other. - OK, rude, but whatever. But then they proceed to talk over by the office window for 8 minutes about whether or not any of them has found a nee job yet or a new apartment! They are doing this while my car is just sitting over the oil bay. I finally had to roll down the window further and ask what was going on and if they ever planned to start on my car. - I really did not enjoy that experience at all! Feels real great them working on your car when you know they want new jobs, and I'm pretty sure the bigger, older guy was a lead or manager. Sad!!

They broke my car, put the oil plug in then couldn't get it out. Was told the district manager would be calling me in a couple hours (Saturday) it's now Tuesday and still nothing. Was told the district manager would be at the store Monday and Tuesday.. tried calling all day Monday no one would answer the phone. Stopped by the store and found out the manager never showed. Will update later if manager ever gets a hold of me or if I have to go to corporate to get this taken care of. Update: no one answered the phone again all day, boyfriend was able to get thru at 5pm (we had both been calling all day) supposedly the manager tried calling me all day(Tuesday) but always went to VM, but never left a message??? Now we are supposed to go in Thursday at 5pm.. will update after that!Update: the car is going to the shop to get fixed Tuesday and everything should be covered by them and goes smoothly more to come after Tuesday.

I came here on Christmas eve to get an oil change. I arrived at 3:55pm. I was aware they closed at 4:00pm and the open sign was still on. A man came out and ask what he could help me with I stated an oil change. He then proceeded to point to the door indicating they closed at 4:00pm. I looked at the clock it was still at that time 3:56pm. It was understandable it's the holidays they probably do not want to stay to late. A red car pulls behind me. I thought they were going to tell that car the same as I was told. They waited until I pulled off to let that car in. I am not mad that they sent me away prior to closing. I am just upset they let someone else in after they told me they were closed. I use to really like this place this incident has made me reconsider the company as a whole if this is how they choose to do business.

They were short staffed today and I had to wait a bit but that was no big deal. I like the service and the people. I normally go to the east Washington location but they were busier then these guys. They recommended a new engine filter bc mine was bad and I said absolutely. Whatever keeps old Bessie running a bit longer. Anyway, thank you for helping me out today.

Showed up a few minutes before 8am (opening), waited patiently. At least two associates saw me. Opening time passed, still no acknowledgement, at 8:05, nothing. 8:10, still didn't open the doors or acknowledge I was there. 8:12, I left. No one else was in line. Wasted my time.

Really bummed out.I somehow paid over $100 for a "fully synthetic oil change" when I normally pay around $60 for the same thing at other locations. Seems a bit outrageous to me.I only used this location because it was convenient and I was in a hurry, which I will say they were quick. But a few other problems. They couldn't figure out how to reset my oil change light. Never had that problem before. They also couldn't change out a light in back because they couldn't figure out how with out removing the whole bumper.There was just a lack of knowledge and experience when it came to my vehicle. I will never use this location again or probably another Valvoline at all.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job. I just the regular oil change and filter but himAnd his team follow protocols and walked me through the process of what they were doing. I would recommend it to anyone and will definitely will be coming back for my transmission fluid change next time. Great work!

The best valvoline I've ever been to, only location I go to now and hands down best in the Madison area. The staff are always really wonderful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location!

No appointments. Extra bonus to discover they also rotate tires. They do more than just instant oil change. They report to Carfax, which for me is great record keeping. I plan to return for other car service needs.

I always receive very quick, friendly service. They are honest about my vehicles needs (air filters, wiper blades, bulbs, transmission, etc.) without being pushy. I rarely have to wait and once I'm in the bay, I'm out quickly. I recommend this location to my friends since I've always had great work done, and the employees are professional and friendly.

In and out quickly, seemed fine. Checked my lights for me. Didn't appear set up to do my tire rotation, and even though they were prompted in screen to suggest it did not. Otherwise no issues and great job.

Absolute scumbags. Refused service because i went over the line? And couldnt follow directions when nonw were given? Got off work early before a long drive. Will be reporting to the owner of this behavior.

I pulled up here after hours, desperate for an oil change after heading out on a road trip with my kid and thinking I still had a few thousand miles before I needed one. Even though they were done and heading out, Leslie (manager) and Jared (assistant manager) stayed and checked out my car to make sure the sound was not a worse issue, filled up oil, taught me how to check it myself and told me to come back tomorrow first thing for an actual oil change before driving hundreds more miles. They even gave my kiddo candy. They were so kind and welcoming I could have cried!! Thank you for helping me in a moment of stress. Truly great management over here!
