I wanted to really like this place but short of receiving at least a partial or full refund, I will not be going back. I opted for the full premium interior detail service ($200+) and felt like all I got was a basic clean with a shampoo service. I know service industry is tough so I hate making complaints. I went home and wiped all the trim that wasn t done properly. Really disappointed because I wanted to surprise my partner with it too.

Very disappointed in services. I purchased the ultimate package and car was not cleaned to thandard that it should be.There were soggy crumbs in the cup holder because they didn't vacuumed before spraying and they didn't wipe Thoroughly after Spraying. The dashboard was still dusty as well as the stearing wheel column. The driver and passenger handle pockets had crumbs in them that were not there when we pulled in.The space between driver seat and passenger seat was not cleaned. There were crumbs between seat and center console floor. Back passenger window still had hand smudges.They do have a sign at checkout saying to let them know if anything isn't cleaned so they can fix it but they also rush you out of the garage when there are other customers and don't give you time to inspect anything.I don't think I will be using this car wash again.

I paid $38 for the works . Upon leaving the interior had not even been touched. The carpet was still very dirty. I could have done a better job myself, That s the whole point of paying for this service! Not Impressed!!

It's not a great wash. But the treatment of the inside is so disrespectful my cargo screen was stretched and ruined on one side and the touch screen was all messed up even though I left it off. If you got a clunker or your a trash head Doge Chrysler jeep, drunk who doesn't have a standard of care for property and services. Don't wash your car this way. It just gets worse faster than if you just leave it. For the same money having it washed a couple times a month. Find a detail pro wash and just do it 3-4 mo and full interior deep steam18mo. If you love your ride you should say "I got a guy" not "I know a place"

Went into day laid 29.00$ for a wash inside and out. I got in and drove home once I got home 20mins later I seen that they didn't vacuum out my doors all 4 then when I opened the doors they still hard Dirt on the 2 front inside doors. So needless to say I had to re clean and vacuum my car. I will not be back I will save my 29.00$ and do it my self.

I bought the $35 car wash. My truck got clean but not as clean as i would expect it for the price i paid. Water spots, towel fibers everywhere, spots on the dash missed, wheels not clean. I'm not too picky about how clean my vehicle is but this just wasn't up to premium pricing standards in my opinion.

Didn't really wipe the kick plates. Windows were dirty and didn't wipe the dash. For 40 bucks I would've expected a more thorough clean.

We found our new car wash in Madison. Quick and thorough cleaning inside and outside. Thinking about taking my van to see if they can work a miracle on the inside of that monster.... anywho we will def be back

The visit started on a positive note as the man who checked me in was very nice. I opted for the 'works' which should have included exterior wash and wax, interior matte shampoo, interior windows, vacuuming and cup holder cleaning. The exterior was barely passable but the interior was horrendous. It looked like none of the surfaces were even touched and the cup holders were certainly not cleaned. Vacuuming clearly wasn't done as you can see in the photos I provided. The only thing that seemed to be done was the mat wash which was ruined by the fact that they didn't even put them back they just scattered them across the car seats and no order. While I did not witness the incident the woman before me was placing a complaint with the cashier and looking for the manager's contact information. She said this was because the worker she dealt with spoke to her horribly. The cashier informed her that this was the owner and the only thing she could provide was the owner's partners information. The woman was so upset she took it and was just appalled at how she was spoken to. This is why I didn't say anything when I first got into my car and why I didn't return to have the job fixed because it was obvious that my concerns would not be taken kindly. instead, when I got home I rolled up my sleeves did the job myself despite paying someone else to do it. I will likely never go back there again but if I did I would only get the most basic exterior clean.

I paid for a full service car wash which was advertised to "Vacuum, inside windows, dashboard, cup holders, wash and hand dry." In the photos I have included you will see that non of the interior promises were kept. There was dust all on my dashboard and the interior. The cup holders were still dirty. The exterior of the car was still dirty with dirt and water stains all over it. In addition to that they nickled and dimed me for everything. They charged to vacuum my trunk ($3) and tried to charge me for "new car smell" without telling me. It was a terrible experience. Some of the male employees made me feel uncomfortable in the way they looked at me. Another employee talked to a man for a extended period while me and other customers waited. She seemed to be flirting with the man and was fully distracted from her job. The entire experience was a nightmare. I will never go back to Triton. I should have gone back for a refund since my car isn't actually clean... but I felt so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. Some of the employees made me feel very unsafe.

Their service is on of the worst. Poor customer service from the Detailing management as well. $222+ later my Mercedes was still dirty. I won't carry on. Disappointed for real

Disappointed, paid for high end wash including 3rd row, doesn't look like 3rd row was touched. Finger prints on screen, drips not wiped off. See photos.

Truly one of the best businesses I've ever visited. The attention to detail, the staff friendliness and the value for your money are just some of the reasons why I recommend this business!As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. This business has some of the most amazing people I've ever had the good fortune to meet.Great service. Great value. And great people! What's not to like?!

Took both cars there and got wash with wax and clay bar. Vehicles turned out great and without detailing it was reasonably price. Workers did a great job and each car took about an hour. Save your time and make an appointment. Bring your own drink if your waiting there is no soda machine only water fountain.

Awful job and awful customer service, would not recommend to anyone needing a decent car wash.I had recently taken a road trip so the front of my car was covered in bugs and other dirt and debris. I normally don t elect to got for a premium service but I felt the need to. I asked the customer service man what job he d recommend and of course he suggested the most expensive option which was 38 dollars, 40 with the credit card fee. I expected this to make my car fresh and clean and I was thoroughly disappointed.The first red flag was that the wash was finished after 5 mins, this is the amount of time I expect a basic car wash to take, not a premium one. When I went to inspect the car there was something off but I was shooed away before I could fully inspect the car as there were more cars behind me being cleaned.The bug stains in the front bumper were not even touched, there were bird poop stains all over the top and back of the car, and the rims of the tires were still covered in soot and dirt. Mind you these are minor qualms but I expect the premium most expensive option to FULLY clean the car, not just do a simple pass over. All the complaints I had could have been alleviated with 5 extra minutes of work, something that I thought $40 would justify.This unacceptable work made me return to ask for a refund or an explanation, maybe they were short staffed or had broken equipment but no they just don t put in the work or effort despite paying more. They offered to clean the car again but refused any semblance of a refund. They cleaned the car and I made sure to watch and double check that they actually went over the rims, and stains that they missed the first time. The second clean was what I expected for the price of $40, if they had simply done that in the first place this would be a 4 star review instead of 1.In short, do not go to this car wash, go to a simple drive through one at the Kwik trip and you ll get the same level of service. If you want a fully cleaned car then go to an actual detailing place, not this trash heep of a car wash.

They did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my car yesterday- inside AND out! They even did a good job cleaning up dried spilled protein shake! I am very grateful for their service, friendliness, and professionalism! I know it's hard work but keep it up!

Always get "The Works" with new car smell. It amazes me how fast they can clean my car/truck versus me doing it myself.

paid extra for the triton works treatment not really sure what i was getting in addition to the full service treatment. Interior cleaning was disappointing they didn t fully clean the dash, did not touch the center console, and the vacuuming was extremely disappointing. It does the job for a quick wash but i would not pay extra for the works.Services: Full body wash, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I took my car here to be detailed, and was very happy with the results. Everything was clean, waxed, and just made my car shine. I bring my car here for regular cleaning as well, summer and winter they take great care of my car.

I want to start off by saying I've been a Triton customer from the beginning. Also, Mark who is one of the owners, is a nice guy. He's washed my cars since I started driving several years ago, when he worked for a different wash in town. I was ecstatic when he and some guys took over the dilapidated Mermaid and made it Triton.However, over the last few months, pretty much every time I've taken one of our cars there, the wash is subpar. The vacuuming is not great, and I usually drive to the parking lot across the street and spend 15 minutes wiping the door jambs and water that is oozing out of every orifice of my car. Ok, that is what it is.What has gotten really bad is the poor customer service by the fella who takes the orders. Today I took my truck in for a wash, and it came out horrible. The front was still full of bugs, the interior wasn't vacuumed well at all, and the windows were so streaked up, I would have been better off having them not clean them. I instantly took my truck back to the fella who takes the orders and showed him my concerns. He was quick to make excuses that the truck had rock chips all over the bumper and that they were not bugs. (My truck has only 30000 miles on it and is very nice, not a POS) I then pointed out the mirrors and windshield were still covered with bugs. I showed him the poor vacuum job and his response is that I bought a wash, not a detail. Such a jovial comment. I expressed that I understood the car wouldn't be perfect, but crumbs on the carpet and bugs on the windshield / front of the truck should have been cleaned off. Then he snarkily says, "I can re wash it for you, but it probably won't matter." He seemed so irritated with me because I found issues with the wash. I explained that I really didn't appreciate the attitude, so I left.I'm not sure I'll ever return to Triton Auto Spa. All it would have taken was a simple, "Sure, we can take care of that for you" Not making feel like a fool because I expected a clean car after paying for a car wash.The works package is $38.00. How much does a person need to spend to expect a clean car?I really wish I didn't need to leave this review, but today's experience really made me unhappy.

Took my suburban through the car wash at Triton, apparently they don't use lent free material when drying vechicles, as there was lent all over the black finish of my truck when I got home.

Overpriced carwash. If they offered an exterior wash and reduced the price, it might be worth it. But I went with the $29 service and the outside of my car was nice and clean and looked nice, but I couldn't even tell they did anything on the inside except for the scent from the air freshener that was added. I have gone here in the past and was disappointed but decided to give it another shot because the name is different, but they haven't gotten any better so that's it for me. No, I don't recommend. I could have just paid $10 elsewhere and dried my car myself.

I give but unfortunately I had an altercation this morning on 5/6/21 with a cashier who spends her time criticizing people, she does not give receipt of payment, it is very rude and pedantic, I do not know why she is working on this The company, the workers and managers do an excellent job, they are very kind, nothing to do with this cashier, I prefer to omit her name

There are two car washes in the area that are above every other. Triton East and Triton West! Hands down!!!
