Had my vehicle unexpectedly towed and the gentlemen at Tony s Auto were calm, kind and understanding of my situation, as they were only doing their job. While in a bundle, the gentlemen I spoke to must have gave my information off to the owner (Tony) and I received a personal call from Tony himself with his concern on my situation. He was willing to work with me on getting my vehicle out ASAP. When I came to pick up my vehicle, my open window was open and they had covered up my window to ensure there was no rain damage/flooding in the vehicle. I must say, I was not the happiest customer to start and ended up as one of the happiest customers! Thank you to all 3 gentlemen I worked with at Tony s Auto!

This is a couple of weeks overdue but I ve never been more impressed with a business! The guys who came with the tow truck for my boyfriend s car were super helpful, informative, and kind. They looked for a tire and rim for the vehicle and communicated efficiently throughout the whole process. They were willing to work with our schedules especially with him living 2 hours away. Very fair and honest prices and will definitely be using their services in the future if needed. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism!

Tony's Auto is one of those rare gems of a business that really shines. They've taken care of two of my car issues, and one of the best parts about it is they didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need, even went so far as to try and save me money instead by educating me on things that aren't essential to address right away, as well as how to monitor my car for signs that those parts might need replacing. In today's economy, this is a blessing from an auto dealer. Far too many of them in Madison are after everything in your wallet and will use every excuse under the sun to goad you into fixing every single tiny issue. Tony's doesn't do this. They have morals.They also were able to fit my friend in last-minute and get her car fixed, which ended up fixing a lot of other issues she was having, and they only charged what they quoted her ahead of time.I highly, highly, highly recommend Tony's Auto Repair & Towing. They're the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop.You will not go wrong with them.

Came home from vacation and my car battery was dead. So glad I called Tony's !!Excellent service from phone call to the time Jake arrived. Jake was very pleasant and answered my questions and had my car running in no time. Great experience !I definitely recommend them.

I brought my minivan in for new tires and the guys were all professional and friendly. I initially spoke with Chris on the phone and he was able to get me a quote within my budget in less time than most of the other shops I called. My time spent waiting at the shop for the tire change breezed by. My kiddos especially enjoyed playing with the toys that Jake had set up in the waiting room to help children pass the time.After the service was complete, Tony talked with me about some of the other things I wanted him to check on and we discussed setting up a time to get those things looked at. During our conversation I felt heard and respected. Tony asked questions to make sure he understood my concerns and he answered all my questions thoroughly.I'm happy with my experience and I have confidence that I can trust these men with my car care.Thanks guys!

This is the auto repair treasure of Madison. Our van had a few issues and everything has been fixed here. Tony s team provided exceptional service for a fair price. Will be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on :)

I was calling around all day to get two tires taken off my rims and all I wanted to do was scrap the rims so I could pay off a bill that was overdue and everywhere I called gave me the most ridiculous rates to set the tire on a machine push a button and wait 30 seconds for the machine to do all the work. One place said 25 per tire, another said 40 for both but I d have to pay a $20 disposal fee of the tires and I couldn t leave with them if I had them take them off that was the craziest thing I d ever heard and then there was Tony, he told me he had a shop minimum and knew it was such a small thing to ask of him he didn t feel right if he even took them off and disposed the tires for his minimum. That was when I knew he was going to be an honest guy. At the end of the day I ended up cutting the tires off myself and only getting $28 for the rims. A complete waste of time but I did find the guy I m going to call from here on out when I need anything don t on my cars!!!

They were incredibly helpful and up front about the whole process when I took my car in for new break pads. I ve taken my car in twice more since and had a good and affordable experience both times. I had been putting off getting work done for months and finally decided to get my car fixed. Made an appoint same-week, and Tony was able to figure out the issue and fix it within 6 hours. Lovely, calm, attentive. Took extra time to try flipping my tire with me before actually towing my car. Called me to let me know my car was safely at the shop. Explained things in a very nonjudgmental well. Would hire again!!Hired him later to fix my car after it was hit. Amazing work! Fair prices. Great communication.

My car was just picked up after an attempted theft. Jake showed a tremendous amount of compassion and support for my situation. This made me feel supported when I needed it the most. my friend and i had a vehicular emergency right before this company closed for the night, but the receptionist was extremely kind and understanding and got us a tow truck on route. the tow truck driver, Jake, was amazing. he was super kind and respectful, and he got the car out of it's tricky tight spot in a fraction of the time that ive seen other towers tow cars that are just sitting on empty residential streets. he even offered to take care of the Midas drop off paperwork for us! fastest towing ive ever seen and most friendly, respectful, and helpful service ive ever had. my friend and i would strongly recommend this company to anyone and would seriously use it again if needed.Service: Car towing

These guys are awesome! Instead of trying to get me to buy two new tires I didn't need (like the first place I stopped), they just fixed my tire in less than an hour, so I could get home. They were very professional in all aspects of my car diagnosis. Questions and problems related with my vehicle were answered and taken care of quickly and effectively. Would recommend them for work needed on my or others vehicles. Their price for work done is comparable if not better than other places.

Definitely recommend Tony's. I wish I remembered the name of the guy who towed my car, because he was great. Very responsive and understanding, and he even dropped my keys off with the mechanic so I could just go straight home instead of riding along. Jake was incredible, he went out to get my car right before the place closed and was super speedy about everything. He even did all the drop box stuff at the mechanics for me! I strongly recommend this guy to everyone, and will definitely use this service again if needed.

Had my car breakdown on Tuesday was able to be towed in 30min of the breakdown. Was told possibly have it in the shop Thursday/ Friday. Thursday got the idea of the repairs and what needed to be fixed. Friday was able to pick up car.Quick work, informative of issue, and great advice on the repairs.Fair prices.My go to shop from this point on.
