I ve always had great experiences at this location but this last time was amazing! I went in for break and rotor replacement and the service was done in a timely manner. On my way home the ABS light systems came on and I couldn t use my breaks at all. I immediately called back and they said bring to it back. I was hysterical because I almost caused an accident but Garin the store manager was extremely nice. He even came outside to help calm me down and guaranteed me they would find the problem and fix it. They found something broken by a different auto shop that was pieced together with ZIP TIES!! I m so grateful for their thorough inspection and service, without it I could have been hurt or worse. I was taken back several times and had everything explained to me while physically showing me the problem and solution. My car was fixed and safe to drive thanks to everyone at Tires Plus, especially Garin who also called to make sure I made it home safely and had no more problems. I ve never experienced kind hearted people like this in the car care industry only dishonest and money hungry. This is now the only place I will go to have any of my vehicles serviced and the only place I will recommend to others for any service. They are amazing!!

I've been going to this Tires Plus for 16 years and the customer service has always been top notch. And it's never the same person that I'm dealing with. It's every single person throughout the years that's been awesome. As a female I've never been condescended to or patronized. Love this place

The men in the store in Madison WiWent above an beyond for me. TheyWorked with me an were very understanding. I had a huge repair they got it fixed faster than I thoughtI had some front end damage an they fixed it so I could drive the car. Which they didn't have to do an they did a great job. These guys have always been kind an understandingAn explained things to me so I could understand. I am an older single women, an would not an do not hesitate to tell people about thisTires Plus store. Thank all of you !

Made appointment for tires.Dropped off vehicle. Was told ready in an hour .Notified by Email and phone call thirty five minutes later that vehicle was ready to go.Courtesy check completed and findings sent via Email.during that thirty five minutes also.Fast courteous and helpful staff on a Friday at 4:00pm.

The technicians did a great job fixing the problem on my vehicle. It had been midsdagnosed by 2 other shops, but the technicians at Tires Plus took the time to talk to me and thoughtfully get to the root of the problem. They were able to explain it to me in a way that made sense without patronizing me. After dealing with this safety issue in my car for over 4 months, the technicians at Tires Plus were able to solve the problem. It was also much less expensive than it would have been at the dealership.

I got a set of 4 new tires. The guy who assisted me did a good job of helping me pick which ones to get and he listened to my needs. However, I left with my tire pressure monitoring system alert on my dash. I called and was told to just drive it around for a bit. When it didn t go off, I cruised back by and the technician came out to take a look, he had it turned off and I very appreciatively left. After about 5 miles down the road it was back on and remains on still the next day. It is just frustrating to spend time and money and leave with problems that I didn t have before.

Really thought I was going to need all new tires for my car (had a flat, assumed it was trash and that my AWD car would need all new tires). I had already agreed to get new tires, but instead of selling me new tires that I didn't actually need, they tested and patched the flat and another tire with a leak. This saved me an a bunch of money. Thanks for the honesty guys!Marty also answered all of my questions and was just generally great. They were able to get me in same day and get the car fixed in a few hours. 5 stars, would recommend.

It is easy and quick to schedule an appointment on line. Appointment confirmed quickly. Work on car was complete in just under an hour. Very pleased with the service of employees.

On Friday, I slid my car into a curb and needed it fixed quickly. After calling all over creation, I thought I was in big trouble. Just as I was about to give up and go home, Edward called and told me if I could be there at 3, he could get me in! I hurried over and they discovered a bent control arm. By some stroke of luck, the new part was ordered, four new tires put on and aligned. I couldn t believe I was able to get it fixed in one day after struggling all day to find anyone to help. Edward went above and beyond for me. He didn t have to call all over like he did but he certainly made my weekend. I had made plans to be in Madison this weekend and thanks to him, and all of the guys there, I was able to have the car fixed and continue with my plans. I couldn t be more grateful! I will definitely come back if I need anything further.

Staff was efficient, clear and precise. Explained everything clearly. Waiting room was very clean, same with restroom. The wait time they gave me was correct for work to be completed. Very happy with my service

They were really kind and professional. They were able to fix my tire issue with a really fast turn-around which is rare because of my non-standard tire size. There was a small mix-up when I was picking up and I really appreciated that the employee was direct, honest and helpful while we sorted it out.

I scheduled an appointment to get brake work done. I was not notified in advance that they could not do the work on my vehicle due to vendors being closed until I showed up for my appointment. They did not call to cancel until I was already there on time for my appointment. If Sundays are a day with limited parts available they should either A) just close for the day or B) not allow you to schedule an appointment for services they are not able to procure parts that day for. I d recommend going to a business that handles these issues in a more professional manner

I found myself dealing with a flat tire after a long night of work. I still had a hefty trek home and was uneasy about driving on the newly placed donut so I called tire plus. The kind fella on the phone was able to fit me in 20 minutes later. I appreciate the quick and delightful service, I now have 4 new tires . Thanks be to Jesus & god bless!Service: Tires

They lost my buisness before I even went there. Tried scheduling an appointment online, called 5-6 hours later due to them not confirming, told me they didn t have the correct size tire due to it not being oem. Asked if they could order it, they said no, and that was pretty much it. Maybe a good place to bring your minivan or Toyota Camry, other then that they proved to be pretty worthless.

DO NOT go here. Go to any other tire store.I was a happy, frequent customer to this location from 2013 - 2021. Then everything at this place went wacky.Liars, cheats, mismanagement and all around terrible place. Not sure if it's new management, corporate policy, or bad hiring practices, but this place needs to get shut down.Discount Tire is only 1 block away.

Scheduled an appointment for May 17 3.00 pm to get new tires , took the day off and confirmed the appointment with them .They called me at 2.30pm saying they don't have my tires till unknown date ,When I tried to talk to the guy on the phone about the issue and why they confirmed my appointment when they clearly don't have these tires he kept telling me I am the oil change guy for a 1000 time and they can't do nothing about it .Yeah you can just make sure you ordered them before you confirmed my appointment simple.Rude customer service and so unprofessional. I would never come here. I don't recommend anyone here.

Awful experience. I used them for a tire balance. They half my truck for HOURS under a false safety issue that wasn t actually an issue. They insisted I source a part that doesn t exist on a Friday afternoon, without the use of my vehicle. They also insisted that they illegally hold my vehicle until I produce this non-existent part. They eventually conceded that the part is not needed and gave me my truck, and tried to charge me for a lifetime tire balance instead of a single. I ll never use this companies service again.Service: Tires

My husband took his car in for a wheel alignment today 5/4/2023 around 2pm on east wash, since our machanic Does not have the tools to do so. When the car arrived to tires plus. there were absolutely no lights on. When he received his car back his ABS and off road light were both on. He took his car back for them to tell him that the lights were already on when the car was serviced. (This was not the case clearly someone there messed something up) Looked at the paper nd it was determined that the car never even got an alignment which is why the manager refunded the $150 back to my husband right away ( the alignment not being done was determined by our machanic) I absolutely do not recommend anyone to go there they had terrible customer service and are clearly trying to get extra money from people anyway they can. Tires plus cooperate better reach out and fix this problem correctly. Or I will leave every bad review possible and create multiple to the point No one will want to visit your establishment. I will also open a civil case and see who else has had this issue with your establishment.Service: Wheel alignment

Solid place. Only negative issues i have had is that i will pre- order a specific tire but when i arrive, that tire is not available. Otherwise i am happy with my experiences. Nice staff and quick service.

This was by far the best customer service I have had in a while, and I work in customer service! Just like every place right now, they are understaffed. I tried to schedule an appointment that was available online but turned out was outside of their business hours and showed up to the store being closed. Spencer (I believe, that is the technician name on my receipt) was the only person left working and took time away from getting his work done after store hours to talk to me, to look at my tire and we worked out a time for me to come back the next day. He was kind, polite, and knowledgeable. He could have dismissed me, but he took precious time from getting things done to provide excellent customer service. I arrived the next day, he got me in, got my tire fixed in no time and got me on my way. I can not begin to describe how appreciative I am for his above and beyond customer service at a time that they are feeling the same strain with staffing that so many businesses are at this time. I am very impressed and will definitely be utilizing this location for all my tire needs. Thank you for making my day!

I had an opointment set. went verified they had tires in stock. that went well had it all lined up tires I wanted. went back at 100pm my appointment was for 130. I went to service writer on the far right he was rudely telling me they can't do anything till 130 I said well didn't want to miss appointment. he didn't like that my license plates was temp he had to get somthing to write on then go back out being snotty he grumbled under his breath as he passed by. he wanted me to sign to do the work. I asked what tire are you putting on it he said the one that is supposed to be. I work construction i pull trailers I wanted load rated aggressive tread good mileage tire. what he had was not that I mentioned this he told me that WELL FORD SAYS WE NEED I repeated what I wanted he didn't want to listen so I told him what ford could do with their opinion went to farm and fleet costed me 300 dollars less. and I got what I wanted on my truck.

Staff friendly I was in and out within an hour very fast service and they did a great job they have great customer service i highly recommend this location to everyone. Amazing work you guys deserve a raise

Worst place and service. I called at least 4 times for a simple alignment and it took over 3 weeks to hear anything back before I gave up. Definitely will not be going here again.

The store has a great group of guys. I pulled in with only 12 lbs of pressure and a screw in my tire. They were kind enough to fit me in and get me to my next client in time. I will be back. Thanks Marc and crew.
