Sharing this feedback as someone who never writes reviews - Tires Plus on Commerce Dr went above and beyond to service my car. I have an older Tesla. I went to Tires Plus to address a flat. Although I set up an appointment at a different location, the team was able to squeeze me in with no hassle.So, it was quite annoying when I noticed that I was losing air in another tire. I went back in. After some time of diagnosing the issue, found that I had a hairline crack in a rim. Team did everything they could but were unable to locate a replace. Long story short, I found a rim and the team installed it free of charge. I tried to pay them since at least one mechanic spent at least an hour with me. Nope. Tried offering a few times. Honestly, Kevin and team made my day. All positive karma!

They are magic! They aligned my truck, I paid them.... And they never nudged 4 of the 6 points to align it. My wheel bearings, ball joints and tie rod ends were all shot. Found this out a month after said alignment occured when my mechanic said I shouldn't even be driving it this way. Once I replaced all the worn parts, my mechanic did an actual alignment. He had to heat up 4 of the 6 bolts just to be able to turn them. But according to tires plus it was aligned. Negative ghost rider. I'd never go here again. Yes they refunded me fully, but they literally took my money without doing a thing

Kevin and his team were extremely personable and knowledgeable. They did a full check on our car prior to a long distance trip and made me feel very comfortable with the inspection and the results.

I've been a customer here for years. Last night, my daughters tire blew, I called Tires Plus to see if they had time to put a new tire on a rim I'd be bringing in as it was 5:00 p.m. and wasn't sure if they'd have time. Ricardo listened to my situation and said to bring it right in and they'd make sure to help. As always, they did not let me down. I know everybody has different experiences/opinions but as far as my opinion goes, they are friggin awesome.

THIS SHOP DESTROYED MY BRAND NEW CARS WHEELS! I went in for a simple tire swap to have new blizzaks put on my 3 month old toyota86 and when the car was returned to me it had lubricant, dirt, and grime plastered all over every rim. When I asked the mechanic about it he said he had very difficult time getting the low profile tires on and that is why they were so dirty which is extremely unprofessional. I had the shop clean off the wheels which revealed scores of scratches on the surface of the rims as well as DEEP grooves engraved in the lips of the wheel from the tire changer. There are even chips in each of the wheels as if the mechanic used a screw driver to pry the new tires on or the old ones off.They opened an insurance claim for me with their corporation and after 5 weeks of their claims specialists not responding to my calls and emails I realized the only way I am going to be reimbursed for the damages is through court.Your time and peace of mind is Invaluable, PLEASE CONSIDER USING A DIFFERENT AUTO SHOP!!!

This place is the worst place to get your car repaired. They were told to call first to inform us of what needed to be repaired and how much it would cost. After stating they would do that, the manager said that another manager mistakenly gave the order to a mechanic who did $3000 worth of work on a car only worth about $6000. They did repairs we never even asked for, like added for new tires when we were there for a completely different reason. It felt like a scam, like it was their way to force us to pay for service we never wanted. When we refused, their offer was to remove all the parts they added and we could take the car back as is. We agreed instead to pay a partial amount and we drove away with the car. Now, one day later, the car is not drivable as it shakes and makes a loud noise while driving. It feels like the wheels will fall off and is unsafe to drive. This did not happen before we brought it there. We are still fighting this. Had a low pressure alert on my 2021 Honda. Kevin Munz got me in right away. I was 300 miles from home. He was very helpful and as I sat there he was very helpful to other people too. Even though they were super busy he made a point to figure out a way to help everyone that came in that day. Awesome manager. Wish all businesses could have someone like him.

I made an appointment a week in advance. When I showed up, they had no record of my appointment. They tried to squeeze me in, but didn t make me a priority over existing appointments. Ultimately, it turned out that the equipment that they had was not up-to-date for my vehicle, which could ve been established during the first phone call a week before the appointment. Complete waste of time. Awful communication. Use this company at your own risk.

Passing through Madison on our way east. Tire pressure sensor came on as we were leaving town early Saturday morning. Kevin and Kyle got our car in, checked everything over, reset the TPS, and got us back on the road in no time (much quicker than I thought it would take). Their attitude and help were much appreciated. Thanks.

I never usually review but this was that bad! They put their PROFITS way over CUSTOMERS SERVICE! Here is a list of problems I experienced. 1. Not telling me there is a price with checking on the car. 2 incorrectly telling me the oil change price, price was around 40% more than quoted. 3 I explained how unfair it is to not tell a price before taking a job I never approved this general inspection cost until after the argument was done. 4 I m wrong they are right ALWAYS I explain how unfair this is that your charging me for something you didn t tell me about a cost to. The husband of the manager starts yelling at me saying you asked for a service we delivered now you pay we don t offer discounts. The the manager starts explaining this is a learning lesson, they really don t care about you just your money. 5 the manager lied, I was gonna give this 2 stars but found out from a reputable farm n fleet person that she lied about how rust works under your car and how to extend the life of the car. 6 nobody admitted they are wrong or apologized. The employees blaming me saying I didn t ask for that price, (how can I ask for a price if I didn t know there is a price ). They have all these excuses for why they can t show or tell a price before taking in your car. It s bs it . 7 never offered me a discount for their wrong doings. They will take advantage of you and your money my family member recommend i go to Firestone I typed in Firestone in Apple Maps and for some reason there is a chance it takes you here but that same family member after finding out I went here instead (on accident didn t know the difference ) she found out later that they way over charged her for her breaks (this place) . I don t recommend they took advantage of me and were rude at times and can t apologize for there mistakes

They had me in and out, but i'm kinda concerned about that guy who was allergic to smoke who smelt cigarettes in his car.Also, my whole front end was unbalanced after the valve stem got replaced, and "courtesy balanced". Thank god I have personal access to a balancer.

I had an appointment for 4:00 at 3:15 I got sent an email that my appointment was moved until the next day at 2:00. When I called they asked how quick I could get there. So I rushed in. Once I got there they didn't even have the tires that I had picked out online.Service: TiresService: Tires

I'm a tires plus member and have been going to different locations as a travel nurse. I like that they can see my car history and know what's been done in their system by being a national chain. I can't say anything great or anything bad about the place other than needing better chairs for customers that wait.

Tried telling me my puncture wasn't repairable and it had pierced the sidewall so that they could sell me over $700 worth of tires (I bought new tires from them a year ago...). Took it to two more shops and each agreed it was close to the shoulder, but definitely worth a shot at repairing. Spent $30 somewhere else, and tire's working fine.If I remember correctly, they overcharged me for those new tires as well back when I bought them (could have been the other local location), and I only noticed when I checked the invoice when I got home. Called them and they claimed it was an honest mistake, but looking through these reviews it seems those types of "honest mistakes" aren't uncommon here.

I went in to get a new set of tires. Before I could even finish what I was saying, the man at the counter cut me off and pushed me to do their $10 inspection, it seemed like an okay deal so I said sure, as I haven t gotten my car checked out in a bit. After waiting for a couple hours the man called me back up to the desk and told me to sit down and take a deep breath because this visit is gonna cost me kept repeating how expensive it is going to be ( loudly in front of the other waiting patrons) to fix everything wrong with my car. I said that I just wanted new tires and he said that they won t replace my tires until I fix everything else first!!!! He then stated that there is so much wrong that they cant even fix it today so i would need to schedule an appt and come back. Easy decision right there: go somewhere else. After he handed me an estimate of $3200, I left and went to another shop. I made an appointment for new tires and they did it no questions asked, imagine that! They pointed out a couple other things that I might want to get looked at in the future (nothing super urgent) and told me it would cost me roughly $1,500 to fix EVERYTHING ..not an urgent $3200 like Tires Plus told me. I paid $800 for a set of new tires and alignment and I will be using this other shop for everything from now on. If you are a woman, don t go here, they will take advantage of you and embarrass you in front of the whole shop.Service: Tires

Don't trust them. Daughter got a nail in her tire. Took her car here because it's close to her home. They stated the tire was not repairable and her other tires were worn badly and needed to be replaced also. Her tires are only 2 years old. I told her to go back to where she originally bought the tires and get their opinion. They agreed the tire could not be repaired but said the other tires were fine and did not need to be replaced. This seems to me to be a repair shop trying to take advantage of a woman and trying to convince her to spend money on unnecessary repairs.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and they got me in right away. They called me when they couldn't fix it. I got a new tire. They were very helpful.

Went in for a simple issue with my tires, and not only did the manager get it fixed right away, she also explained to us why it had happened and how to keep it from happening in the future. 10/10 would go here again.Service: TiresService: Tires

They lied about what oil "must" be put in my truck, just so they could charge more. Did not tell me when I dropped it off that "I must put the most expensive oil in". Only called and left a VM after it was already done. Then on the receipt it does not list what the oil brand is.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Making appointments for service was fast, and their service was great! I got an oil change on my first visit and on my second visit I had them check my brakes, as I was having some problems with them. They thoroughly checked them and tested them and actually found nothing wrong. In other words, they didn't try to sell me service or parts that I didn't need! Honest business! I will definitely go back!
