Honestly I have never been to an auto body in My life but this shop exceeded My expectations tenfold. I worked with Justin and he was so amazing! I had a hard time with My insurance and basically He took the reins and I didn t have to do literally anything. The car rental picked Me up from the shop and I didn t even have to return the vehicle. They literally took care of everything from my insurance, (who I couldn t even get in contact with) to the rental car, all the way to including fully detailing My vehicle INSIDE AND OUT before returning My car to Me. My car literally looks better than when I received it brand new. I don t know how that is possible but Sparkle did it! Ten stars from Me. I will be back and I will definitely be recommending this Auto Body!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience!!So the lip kit of my WRX came off during the snow storm. I crashed because of black eyes and landed in a pile of snow/ice. I waited until spring when it was nice out to put the lip kit on but I did not have the right tools! Parts yes, but tools to get it on no!I've gone to multiple locations being new here to Wisconsin moving from Colorado I had no idea where to start and Sparkle Auto Body offered the best deal! I spoke to Don Leaser who kindly greeted me at the front. We went into details and he said that their location could do it in just about an hour. Left my car and walked back to my apartment since I live just down the street and as promised my car was finished!!! She looked good as new and I was so happy ! I will always come here for my fix ups from now. Thank you and your team Don!! Picture is a before and after my car lip kit. They did a fantastic job!!!

While I was in Chicago someone hit my car while it was parked on the street. Sparkle Auto Body was able to repair the damage and made it seem like nothing even happened. The dents and paint damage that was there is no longer visible. You can't even tell the body had dents in it as you trace your finger along the outside. I have attached some images of the before and after.

Owner didn't give me an honest estimate. Insurance made him remove a $1235 charge and they settled on the lower estimate. When I asked if I would have been so lucky if I didn't have an insurance company looking out for me he became upset and told me he didn't want my business. I was completely caught off guard and had to go elsewhere and start all over. I wouldn't go here if they were the only shop in town and I would not recommend them to anyone.

First guy I encountered at this shop could not have cared less to help me. Basically said they were booked up through February, offered no advice or help, and let me walk out. Obviously going elsewhere.

We finally found our go-to body shop! I ve had nothing but excellent experiences at Sparkle. They re an authorized service provider for my company car so I first learned about them when someone hit my bumper. When I called, Don was so professional and helpful. They did a great job on the repair and it was done quickly.Then when I hit the rim of my own vehicle, I immediately contacted Sparkle. Mark responded quickly and offered a few options, including a very simple patch instead of an expensive replacement. With that kind of customer service, I ll always choose Sparkle for my future auto service needs.Service: Body & Trim

Welcoming, quick, and professional. I only got an estimate so far, but they were very helpful through that.... update.... Turns out that car was totaled. It barely was damaged in my opinion, but Sparkle was the first to see it, and they let me know that insurance would likely tell me that it was totaled. They were right. They helped me understand all my next options. Then about 8 months later, after purchasing a fresh used car, my car was stolen. Some damage happened on the door. Insurance covered it, and I took it to Sparkle. Now, honestly it looks better than the day I purchased it, and I really didn't know what I was missing by having zero blemishes on the door. People think I have a brand new car, and it's actually 9 years old. Thanks Sparkle Auto Body.

The last time I went to Sparkle Auto Body, the lady in customer service was very nice and she gaves me the estimation without 10mn and fixed my car there within 1 week.Yesterday was terrible customer service. The guy was just sitting there, he don't want to talk, he don't want to move his a$$ from the chair, and he showed zero interest to service me!!.Terrible customer service!

I was very anxious taking my car into anyone other than Subaru to be fixed but Sparkle really went above and beyond and make me comfortable with the whole paint repair and front bumper fix. Hugh has great communication and worked well with my insurance to help make this the smoothest process it could be during a stressful time. My car looked amazing when it was picked up! So happy with the service, would recommend!!

My car was in a front end accident and I chose Sparkle for the repairs based on reviews. I must say they definitely make your car look like nothing ever happened! I was very pleased with the results. My car looks brand new again! They also washed and detailed it too! Sparkle Auto Body and staff gets an A for Awesome!!! Great job!! :)

I had a small scheduling hiccup that was taken care of immediately. Staff was super friendly and gave me an update 2 hours before my car was done. The dent in my hood with exact paint paint match is unnoticeable. I had green paint on the side, tires, and up in tire hub completely gone. The best thing was my car looked brand new inside and out when I picked it up.....so clean. Well done!

Don and his team did an absolutely excellent professional job taking care of everything. They did the estimate, worked with my insurance folks, and took care of getting me a rental car. Their customer service and communications was excellent. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done, and done right. The finished body work was excellent! It was just a small fender bender but I would like my car to look its best. I use to work in a body shop in my youth and I m extremely picky.I choose Sparkle Auto Body over my insurance recommended place based on these reviews and I m glad I did. Very good quality of body work and outstanding paint job. Work was done in a timely manner.I especially appreciate their front man Don Leaser. He is real professional and was helpful in all aspects of repair.Not only did they repair my car, but they also cleaned haze from my aging front light lenses. That was a nice surprise.I would highly recommend Sparkle Auto Body to everyone.

If your looking to have body repair or paint done to your vehicle...... I would highly recommend you use Sparkle Auto Body on Packers Ave. Mark and his crew are awesome to work with! He's had my truck in and done in no time and even went above and beyond to take a few dents out and my truck looks better then ever! Thanks again Mark! Top notch quality and customer service. I've brought three different vehicles to Sparkle for repair. All work completed has been well above and beyond my expectations. My vehicles have always been returned in better condition than when I dropped it off. The staff handles their duties with a great deal of knowledge and professionalism. There is no better option for body repair...

I have an old Xterra that I love & want to keep as long as possible so had decided to get some deep scratches on the sides fixed and address some rust starting inside the back doors over the wheel wells. Then I managed to knock a side mirror off, and the windshield had a crack and needed replacing, so I really HAD to get at least those things done. Thanks to all the people who wrote reviews, I checked out Sparkle, and they were first-class all the way.I went to the Packers Ave location. Their office area is immaculate. The gentlemen behind the counter are responsive and helpful. Hugh shepherded me through the whole process, and made sure I knew how what I wanted to have done compared to the value of the car, and also made sure I understood what each thing I wanted done would entail and what the options were (read: $) for doing those. I said, "Do what you'd do if it were your car."He made the estimate, then later called to let me know a way they could save about $200 by using black epoxy instead of matching paint on the places inside the doors. (No one sees that anyway. Let's save money! And in the end, I thought even that part looked great.) He also ordered the mirror right away, and installed that when it came in. At every turn, Sparkle and Hugh offered large and small kindnesses, and professional service. My Xterra looks fantastic, and my whole experience there was wonderful.

This is the first Google review I've written... but had to because I had such a great experience. The guys at Sparkle were honest, great communicators, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend the shop. My car looks great, and the work is warrantied for life.

Quality work, friendly and honest people, and for me a convenient location. I work in auto claims and I've ONLY heard about positive experiences...that's exceedingly rare. Gold Stars for Sparkle!!

My Honda CRV and the staircase in the garage had a bit of an altercation recently. The staircase definitely got the worst of it, but there was some minor damage to the valance on the front of the car.I took the CRV to Sparkle and Mark Quelle was friendly, professional, and understanding of the situation with my car. He gave me a very reasonable quote, ordered the replacement valance, and scheduled the repair.The repair only took about 30 minutes and the new valance looks great.So, thanks to Mark and Sparkle for their professionalism and explanation of the repair process. I recently had my truck in to Sparkle to have them do some light rust repair on a few of the doors. They have very great customer service. Even though they had to redo one spot on the truck the first time I came to pick it up, they insisted that they redo it and get it perfect. Which they did so I could not be happier with their work. Hugh helped a lot through the whole situation in getting me a rental car and letting me know when it was ready for pick-up. I will be using them in the future for any repairs I might need. i would also recommend them to any family or friends. Thank you Sparkle!

The folks at Sparkle were super helpful and prompt when I was dealing with the damage caused by a parking lot hit-and-run. They worked with me to stay within a more reasonable repair budget for my 6-year-old vehicle, and they completed the work ahead of the estimated timeline.

Don at Sparkle is whom I always deal with .I always get the straight answer about my quotes. Being a female other shops could easily take advantage of that. Always very happy with the outcome of work I needed done. Hands done I m a customer for life.

I highly Recommend using sparkle for any auto body needs for your car. They were extremely courteous, fair and efficient. I really appreciate that they seem to go above and beyond and I left my car in impeccable shape. Even the inside was spotless!

These are the most chill and coolest guys ever. Pricing was fair. Warranty is lifetime. They can fix up Teslas! Great service. They fixed up my paint scratch and clean up my entire car.
