Sparkle repaired hail damage to my vehicle and lived up to their name. The vehicle sparkles and looks like new inside and out. Working with them and my insurance company was also easier than I ever could have imagined. Would recommend 100%.

The communication from beginning to end was perfect. The quote was simple, easy to read. I appreciated the email/text notifications to keep me updated. When I went to pick up the car, there were no surprises. The car was clean, polished, and sparkling. Sparkle worked with State Farm to handle my claim. I couldn t be more happy. If I need any repairs in the future there is no question that I ll be contacting Sparkle. Also a friendly staff. Thanks guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I spoke with four local body shops before deciding who to trust with fixing some damage to my lovely and beloved new car. Sparkle was the only shop that I was confident would take care of my car (and me) like I hoped. The estimate process was easy, and correctly identified what needed to be done. Patrick scheduled my repair, organized a rental, and answered all of my questions promptly and with compassion. The repairs were completed on time -- all of the body work and painting was completed in step so that my car was back to me as soon as possible. And now it again looks perfect! We needed a repair to our rear lift gate after someone was too lazy to put their cart away at Marshall's and I came out to find a nice big dent. Sparkle was great to work with from start to finish. Staff were friendly, their estimating process was quick and efficient, they worked directly with State Farm for insurance coordination, and the repair itself looks great! They even washed our car, both inside and out. I hope we don't need their services in the future, but now we know who to call!

I've been to Sparkle Auto several times for body repairs. They're honest, open and very knowledgable, and provide high quality auto body repairs. These guys rock. I came in thinking my car would need a new paint job but they just took some solvent and fixed it right up... For free! My daughter who lived 14 hours away from me had someone side swipe her car and knock off the rear view mirror. This was a day before she had to drive 16 hours to her new home in Montana. My electric vehicle got rear ended, and my neighbor and my insurance both recommended Sparkle.Sparkle ordered all genuine parts, and clear out all the system coding related after a EV repair. Which according to Reddit not all place would do that for an EV repair.The car was also scrubed clean inside and out.

Needed an estimate after somebody smashed into the back end of my vehicle in a parking lot.Patrick was friendly and efficient. Emailed me my estimate within a couple of hours. Sparkle seems to be working well with my insurance company.

My husband and I took our two vans to Sparkle the last week of June, 2015. We needed the side panel and back end of one repaired and the front end of the other. Sparkle and all of its employees were amazing and wonderful to work with - professional and courteous all the way. We had heard great things about them so we drove both of our vehicles an hour and 30 minutes one way to have them fix our vehicles. All I can say, is they are so worth the trip. They exceeded every expectation we had! They made the entire process easy and stress free. Hugh coordinated our job and worked with us, the insurance adjuster and he was an excellent communicator and told us about every step of the process...no surprises. He gave us precise, specific information we needed to get our vehicles fixed. The paint repair was incredible. We had heard they have one of the best painters in the area and they do...the blending was incredible. Our vehicle came out better than when we got it from the dealer!!!To Sparkle and all of the employees, thank you for all that you did! We highly recommend you!

I took off work to go in for an estimate and hoped they had time to see me since they don t take appointments. I went in and they took pictures, copies of my insurance forms and scheduled a repair date, even offered to schedule my rental car. I called in with a question 4 days later and there was no record or me or my appointment or even my insurance forms. I had the employee s card with his name and specific details of my visit. There was no sympathy, I was astounded and upset, I was told I could go elsewhere. So I did and getting in for an appointment 3 weeks sooner.

Our experience at Sparkle was top-notch. They are professional, courteous and kind. In the past year, my husband and I both got rear-ended (in different cars). Despite these unfortunate circumstances, at least we could count on dependable service from Sparkle. Both cars came out looking better than new! They were considerate and kind, even when I had a complicated, multi-claim situation. My car looks perfect, and I felt respected the whole time (not always the case when you re young and female). They were clear and communicative, turning around estimates within a couple hours. Could not recommend highly enough!!

TLDR:#1 body shop in Madison. We were completely impressed from start to finish. Eric is incredible to work with, and their quality of work is unbeatable. Our car is pristine, AND they detailed the vehicle inside and out. In the end, they saved us over $500 and our car looks factory new.Full Story:We came in after 4th of July weekend after finding key scratches down the length of the vehicle. Eric met us at the door with a smile, and totally put us at ease when we came in for an estimate. He walked us through the work they wanted to do, and immediately pointed out some areas that we could save money by buffing the scratches out instead of painting, without compromising the quality of the finished product. We did end up electing to file a claim, and they worked with our insurance flawlessly. During the 7 days that they had our car, we received regular updates on how the work was progressing. Ultimately, even though we were going through insurance, and they could have simply performed the work at the insurance quoted price and made some extra money, Sparkle Auto Body saved us over $500 (about 20% of our anticipated bill). On top of that, they went ahead and buffed out ANY OTHER minor scratches they found on the vehicle. They could have simply performed the quoted work, but made the most of the man hours and now the entire car looks brand new. We are completely blown away with the customer service, and as much as I hope we will never see each other again, Sparkle Auto Body will be our first and only stop in the future.

I was at Sparkle today and had an excellent experience. The office staff was delightful over the phone and in person. Eric repaired my Honda CRV and I was very pleased. I thought that I needed to go to an auto body that my large insurance company put on a list for seamless billing, but that was a false impression. It was my right to go where I desired and Sparkle was my choice and will be going forward should the need arise. TY Sparkle. Elizabeth

My daughter in law had her car repaired at Sparkle and was very pleased.I met with Eric from Sparkle, my 2016 Silverado repair was completed ahead of the scheduled date. The repair looks awesome! The entire process from the initial estimate, their interaction with my insurance company and the repair was a very pleasant experience. Their customer service and attention to detail is top notch.I would highly recommend Sparkle Auto Body!

I brought my car in for an estimate, as it appeared that the paint had been damaged after a shopping cart ran into my car. It turned out that the marks were actually from transfer onto the car, so the only repairs needed were polishing the affected area, which Brian very kindly did free of charge. I really appreciated his honest, immediate, and friendly customer service, and especially that he didn't make me feel stupid - which was more than I deserved in this scenario. I will definitely return to Sparkle for any auto body needs I have in the future.Service: Painting

I've had my car in twice with the professionals at Sparkle Auto Body with collision-related damage. They handled the insurance claims efficiently, and they kept me updated every step of the way as they worked on my car. Their staff never hesitated to explain anything to me or answer my questions. They were honest with me in terms of assessing and quoting the damage to my car. We talked about all of my options, and I received honest feedback about the pros and cons of each. I hope I don't have to have work done on my car again soon--but if I do, I'll bring it to Sparkle.

The entire Team at Sparkle did a great job on my wife s explorer that got side swiped on the interstate. From the first phone call to picking the vehicle up it was professional. They met my wife with minimal hassle and a complete explanation as they looked at her car. There were no secrets or hidden alternatives. They gave informative updates that kept us both at peace. When I picked up the car I wanted to find something and I can honestly say I couldn t find anything. I would highly recommend the entire TEAM at Sparkle if you want that small body shop feeling that cares. Thank you Team Sparkle!

I got into a small accident with my car (which I love very dearly) and I took it to sparkle auto body. From the moment I got there I was greeted with a warm smile and sympathy for my situation. Jill reassured me everything would be fine! My bumper and passenger side quarter panel got totaled in the accident along with some paint damage to my hood. I came back and it looked better than it ever did! They even repainted the pinstripes that goes down both sides of my car and ends on the quarter panels. They even installed some aftermarket halo headlights that I had been wanting to put in for awhile when I bought and sent it to them. The communication on their end was also superb.From start to end, they took care of me and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help in a time of crisis.Service: Body & Trim

What a wonderful experience! Professional and courteous from the moment I walked in, and extremely helpful in coordinating with insurance people, arranging my rental car; they made everything super easy. They did fantastic work, pay attention to the details for what turned out to be a complicated repair and matching a metallic grey paint. Their thoughtfulness even went down to saving my oil change reminder on my windshield that needed replacing and putting it on the new one. They were fast, better priced than others, and treated me MUCH nicer than Zimbrick did. I highly recommend!!!

Absolutely amazing experience. First time in an auto accident and these people walked me through the whole way, especially helping me deal with the insurance company. I am usually quite skeptical about any car repair place, but I would recommend Sparkle to absolutely anyone. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Eric!Oh yeah, and the car looks pristine, accurately blending the color. Really professional.

I had to come in and get a bumper replaced after being rear ended. They had to apply a sticker and it did not go well. They were honest and up front and had me come back, which was kind of a pain, but the owner himself took me to get a rental - and explained why the sticker was so difficult to put on. He was very apologetic - but so helpful - it really made it all easier for me - when I had to come back. I would recommend them for body repairs. Jill was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel at ease after our car was rear ended. She explained what she was doing and why during the estimate process. Afterward, when we had questions, she was very responsive and friendly during each interaction! She definitely made the incident much more pleasant! I would highly recommend them!
