The team at Smart Motors are amazing! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful when I have questions. They pull our orders in such a timely manner, we usually have them the next day. If by chance they aren t able to deliver that fast they are so great about contacting us right away on when we can expect them. They handle all our parts with care so that we don t have any damages parts. Which can happen. They re my most reliable part vendor. We are so grateful that even though they re in Madison they still deliver to us in Brookfield. We appreciate the team at Smart Motors so much and look forward to continuing to business with them.

Everyone at Smart Toyota was incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. They met with us on multiple occasions and let us test drive any truck we were interested in. Their prices are fair and they allow trade ins.

I've worked with Smart Motors for over 10 years. Andrew in parts department has always taken good care of me, anytime I've needed something. I recently had the service department help me and the service was great. I recommend Smart Motors as a good place to buy parts and get your car serviced.
