They are too busy for their own good. We did a package oil deal on a RAV4 oil changes and tire rotation but you have to book the appointment couple weeks out and if you do the express lane, it s always at least a three hour wait. I m only frustrated because they locked me in and with a package deal for so many oil changes but with how busy they are I would rather just go elsewhere. Will never do a package deal again with them.

I am a travel nurse that took my Prius V to Smart Toyota Lube on 4/7/23. Smart Toyota service ended in damage to 11 lug nuts, 11 studs stripped, and 4 wheel rims destroyed by elongation on the stud mounts removing clamping force to the studs and rims. Consistently for 237,000 miles Toyota dealerships have serviced my Prius V with the most recent 12/8/22 seeing the same lugnuts, studs, and rims in new excellent condition. The rims were safe for this car and no oil change or service provided at several auto service locations Discount Tire, Toyota Pensacola, Colorado Springs, have never mentioned prior problems with the rims, studs, or lugnuts. I have 20 images of 12/8/22 previous service. Smart Toyota Madison WI negated my $480 purchase of rims 4/2/22 and caused me to buy new rims on 4/11/23 due to their damage to the lugnuts from service on 4/7/23. At 9:30 am I was told that one stud was difficult to remove but that all other tires were fine and were removed from the car. I called Discount Tire who said that they would honor 1 stud. At 11 am Smart Toyota Lube staff told me they had found several damaged studs but that I was otherwise safe to drive. I left the dealer and drove 2 miles to Discount Tire who asked why Smart had not shown me the balloon strike on the right rear tire from an impact strike. After using the Road Hazard and replacing this dangerous tire, Discount Tire found further damage to 11 studs, 4 wheel rims with oblong stud mounts that would not provide any clamping force and a mixture of non Discount Tire lugnuts with elongated necks. I have 30 photos of this damagefrom the oil change tire rotation at Smart Toyota. Smart alleges that they are not responsible and that Discount Tire damaged the wheel rims, lug nuts and the studs.Rob Jordan Smart Toyota Service Manager says the rims are incorrect for the car and were the cause of the damage. Photographs do not lie. No damage showed on 20 photographs from 12/8/2022 for a Toyota of Colorado Springs Brake Inspection. Many eyes of service providers have seen this car since the rims were purchased on 4/2022 in Pensacola Florida. None of the service providers ever commented on the rims being incorrect for the car, or causing any stud damage and the rims and studs were photographed on 12/8/22. Furthermore, I received EXCELLENT service from 4/11/23 when Nakoma Auto Service repaired the automobile my 2014 Toyota Prius V VIN JTDZN3EU1EJ001374 .The lack of care for the safety of a travel nurse is not lost on this nurse or the nursing community.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I waited 40 minutes for someone to come and assist me. After 40 minutes they told me that I have to make an appointment and that they are scheduled for the next week. Terrible customer service. I only take my car because it is under warranty but I would rather lose the warranty than have to go to this place again.

Professionals and pleasant to work with. It's easiest to make an appointment as they are always busy; otherwise you have to wait your turn like an adult.

Once your car is being serviced, things go quickly. It's a roll of the dice at place, however, if you arrive in the morning and are not one of the cars that parks at a bay door. Neither you, the other patrons arriving, nor the staff have any idea what the order is for those late arrivers. Last time I was here, I arrived at 715am and saw at least 6 ahead of me NOT at the bays. It took the one person taking names (who admitted to us in line he had no idea what order was) another 40 minutes to take 3 names. One woman, who arrived before me, stated she was waiting *before* 630am and still was waiting to have her name added to the queue (this was at like 745am).This place really needs to rely on more than "people being honest" to establish the order. A ticketing system, some signage to define order, better numbering of parking for express customers, etc., would be better than the chaotic, cutthroat system in use today.

I had the 60,000 mile service including oil change and wiper replacement. We have only 54,000 miles on our 2013 Camry, so the time between visits for service is very long. I arrived shortly after 7AM but they were booked until 10:30AM. The service personnel were very transparent and helpful given the high demand for drive in service. I ran a couple of other errands and then returned to wait in my car. They did the work quickly and well when the bay was available. Smart is a well-run operation with good people working there.

Customer service has gone downhill in the last couple of years. Greeters are still on the ball and friendly, but the advisors I had were in no hurry to get started with check in. Last few times I went for scheduled service, the appointments seemed to be way overbooked and the waits were longer than in the past. It s a shame since the service was outstanding in the past. .

I arrived there at 7:20. They open at 7. I was just getting an oil change and tire rotation at their express lube. I was told they could get it in at 10:30. I was out the door at 11:30. What a joke for an express lube service. I don t know why they don t just let people make appointments. The only reason I stayed is because I got 5 oil changes when I bought the vehicle. After I use the last one I will never use this service again.Service: Oil change

Slogan on their site is service that won t let you down . Customer for 7 years with multiple cars, normally do good service, for the last year many businesses have struggled with labor shortages and wait times have increased understandably double and even triple prior wait times now. Still used to be worth it though for the convenience and ability to drop in when oil change / tire rotation needed.The new smart express maintenance pass has indirectly pushed out customers that with work schedules are unable to make 2 trips to the dealer in the same day. Service appointments online have been 4+ weeks out for well over a year now.There were 2 bays full today with no cars in line at 4:10pm today. Waited for 21 minutes in car per sign and not a single person acknowledged I was there. Employee was apologetic later saying there was a long shift change but said they re full for the day with prior appointments and to go home. Disappointed and let down customer that can t stop in 3 hours before close and get service anymore. Until they find more labor, they ll never be able to fit you in in the after 4:00pm.

Always have been able to drive in and get service. Went today and was told that they were all booked for the day. How is this possible for drive-up express service where reservations are not required. I was told I would have to be there at 9am when they open to get a reservation. Ridiculous. Get it figured out guys, your service is going down hill. I had issues the last time I was there also with some pushy service offers. I'm going to have to drive the extra distance to Madison East and hope I have a better experience.

5:25 pm on Friday I was turned away saying they were closing at 6pm. This place has "Express Lube" in the name. Traditionally that means 10, 15 minute oil changes. With 35 minutes before closing and only one car in front of me. There should have been no problem in getting an oil change done. This was my first experience and impression as a first time Toyota owner of Smart Toyota's service. Not impressed. If anything this has validated my experience there is little value to dealership service.

Do not state you are open until 7pm for EXPRESS SERVICE if you are not taking customers past 5pm! Then ask me if I have an appointment... when I call earlier and you tell me it's walk-in service only, NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. If I can't trust you to keep your hours, how in the world can I trust you actually do the work on my vehicle that's stated. Do not trust this shop, they are liars.Service: Oil change

Went in about 9 am for an oil change. Their wait time was until 11:30, but they put me into the queue, and was able to come back at 11:20 without losing my place in line. Was done just after noon. Staff was very helpful

I heard good things about this shop but when I tried to book and appointment they told me to stop by. When I got there (earlier than the time they mentioned) they told me things changed and they said they couldn t help with an oil change.

3rd time here. Was told 30 mins for an oil change. No problem, but almost an hour later and they haven't even started? There's nothing express about that. Maybe on a slow day, but most mornings and weekends when I've gone they're very busy. If I'm in for just an oil change why am I waiting for a vehicle inspection sheet? Obviously so they can find more services to perform, oftentimes before its even necessary. They push tire rotations on every vehicle from what I can hear. All work has to be approved by the owner of course, but this lengthens the time for each vehicle to be completed, which means longer wait times for you. I go to the dealership because they know the vehicle and use Toyota oil and filters, but Jiffy Lube or Valvoline is so much faster. It's a shame the up-sell ruins what could otherwise be a quick and pleasant experience at the dealer.

Been using this service since we bought our car. It is a wonderful service department. It can have a wait, so be prepared to give up an hour or so. It is worth the wait.

Worst first come first serve system ever. They basically make you schedule your appointment in person and leave your car there for the entire day it makes no sense. Complete waste of time.

Right next to the Smart Toyota dealership. The staff is friendly and speedy service. I've had my flat tire changed and it took about 45 minutes. There's a nice waiting area with some snacks while your car is getting fixed.

Came to the express lube door and waited for 20 minutes. The technician finally comes by and says that it would be 2 hour wait.Not much of a express here.

I came in because my car started squealing and idling high. Coincidentally, it was due for an oil change and front brakes. The technician completely ignored my primary complaint: he came to update me on the oil change 5 times, I had to remind him every time why I was there. In the end, he promised to order a part but said I needed an appointment to get the part changed. Come to find out today, at my scheduled appointment, he didn't order the part after all. Now they say they are ordering the part, but I have to come back tomorrow to get it installed.Moral of the story, if you need more than an oil change (or even then), go anywhere else. The actual service department went above and beyond to help me, schedule an appointment and they will take good care of you!

I love Smart Toyota! The drive up service is so convenient and professional. No appointment needed! Took two vehicles in for oil change & tire rotation. Was there before they opened (7am). Got one vehicle out at 9am, the the other not until 9:30am. They have 8 service bays, and only run 3 in the morning, when there's a huge line of people wanting to get in. Won't be back.Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

$144/hr is too steep for me.... I'm done with it! They said I needed new brakes after I had put brand new rotors and pads in 3 weeks prior. Luckily my wife is on top of that stuff and questioned it. Done.

Fast service, comfortable waiting area, and excellent Covid-19 protection. Got an oil change and tire rotation done. They wanted to do some fluid replacements but their prices are pretty high for that kind of thing.

We have all of our Toyota's service work done here. We get honest and professional service. The waiting room is very comfortable. They provide coffee, tea, water, snacks and WIFI.

Since when did you start taking scheduled times at the express! It s express for a reason and if you are gonna change tell your customers before we drive there for an oil change! And your site says no appointment needed! Guess I ll go somewhere else!

Smart Toyota service is great. I went in for an oil change and the tech tried real hard to get me to pay for a tire rotation. I had to say no a couple of times before he gave up.
