We had a miscommunication at first and I had a part that was difficult because manufacturer numbers and codes are wrong. They were willing to work with me and help me find what I needed in spite of my frustrated negativity. Thank you very much for your professionalism

By far the best place in Madison to get your car work done. I've been to a couple places around Madison but have not felt the genuine service, and care that the staff at Schimidt's has. We went to Schmidt's after a reoccurring problem with my husband's car that several other auto places failed to address. It now runs great. They also will help you find parts for reasonable costs rather than giving you sticker shock, and they tell you how it is! No bullshi#.Manuel GENUINELY cares about his customers, and he's the best mechanic in Wisconsin. Linda works her butt of for you as well. They'll give you a ride to work to boot (within reason)!

These guys are always available to help, breathtaking customer service fast quality work, most reasonable prices in town. I have no complaints been here twice and they are great.

Bought a part from them. Ended up not needing it. They would not take the part back. Will not buy or recommend them

Super quick. I needed a mirror installed!!! Was fast and lady was super nice behind the counter!!! Very friendly. Get your car work done here! Cheap

Grossly overpriced used partsThe price they quoted for a Camry suspension assembly was more expensive than the same part assembly brand new onlineI told them it does not make sense, the guy on the phone did not care and said that s our priceI think they take advantage of you and if you don t shop around you will overpay for a used part Vs what you d get for anew part with a good warrantyI ordered it on eBay and got it two days later

Had the part I needed and could help get me back on the road. Not always the cheapest for odd parts so make a trip to the salvage yard to save on those.
