I took in my car for some issues and a checkup, and the Mazda folks took care of everything for a reasonable price. I liked the little video they sent that showed my engine and the underside of my car. They decided to keep my car overnight so they could diagnose a particular issue, but I had to call to find that out - in the future I'd appreciate more proactive communication from the service team. No issues otherwise!

What I consider a brand new state of the art Mazda dealership located in Madison on the beltline highway New technology throughout the dealership a staff that is a tentative to your needs as well as a huge inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, I was so impressed , I had been the owner and very satisfied with a leased 2020 Nissan rogue SV trim level it was a vehicle that my wife drove but there was a deal on a 2023 brand new Mazda CX-9 Grand touring sitting on the showroom floor The least special was phenomenal therefore I traded in the Nissan rogue and my wife is blown away to this day with a Mazda CX-9 Grand touring every feature you can imagine That's part of the deal which is customary for the dealership by purchasing the new vehicle we received our first three oil changes free which is synthetic blend oil which is expensive not to mention any day of the week unannounced except for Sunday free car washes which is a huge savings cuz we like to keep our vehicles nice and clean and to have that as a added benefit extra special The managers awesome once again the deal was awesome and yes I leased it but whether you are a buyer or leaser I will tell you take a look at and consider giving an opportunity to this dealer if you're in need of a new or pre-owned vehicle they won't let you down take my word for it.

Russ Darrow Mazda is fire! I went there for an oil change and tire rotation. The service team was professional, polite, extremely helpful and very approachable for questions. The price was reasonable also. They even tightened a bolt on my battery at no charge. To top it all off, the waiting area was immaculate and stocked up with lots of snacks, coffees, teas, water and numerous other drinks. I will definitely return.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. Service was great. I got a call at home to schedule, got there early and they took the car in. Everything was well explained by the rep who came to me afterward and explained the tire tread and brake wear status. Loved the car wash to send me on my way home.

I arrived a bit early for my service today. No problem! They worked me right in. My service advisor was awesome. I had a couple of small concerns beyond just getting my oil changed. He checked in with me twice to share what they had found.It's always a great experience and I have never felt like they wanted to provide services I didn't need.

Had an oil and rotate done today, got there a little early and Jim got us right in! Our service tech Elizabeth was extremely thorough and I absolutely love the walk thru video they perform. Great experience and great job Russ Darrow service!

I was relieved form the moment Ethan answered the phone at Russ Darrow Mazda. Happy to find a Mazda dealership near my new home in Madison, WI. I was offered a choice of appointments to have several services done. It was convienient from the get go. Also, I felt confident with the brief, easy directions Ethan helped me with. I had no trouble finding the dealership.Jim greeted me as soon as I arrived for my appointment, very early at 7am. Jim was cheerful and the service was explained to me. I was afraid I'd be tired and boy that did not happen. I was immediately welcomed and comfortable with the time and surroundings. The billing was explained and I was surprised that the labor for tire switch was so reasonable. I think the change of rims and all was a big job. Jim explained the reason to use winter tires in Wisc and he explained that I whould put the summer tires back on when weather requires. You learn something new everyday, well if you have a lot to learn. Ha.. I was glad to hear what Jim said about my battery -- explaining that it was in good condition but winter can be hard on batteries. Explaining that the short little distances I drive would not have the ability to recharge the battery.He suggested that I

Hayden Jacobs (service advisor) was excellent. Work done, rides provided. Reason not 5 stars was I noticed next morning in light my dashboard had a bunch of cracks!! Car is older, but low mileage and always garaged. No idea how this happened-but Russ Darrow Mazda not doing anything about it.

Car is great so far. Biggest complaint was financing. Very hard sell on the extras as expected, but they quoted me 8.7% financing with an excellent credit rating. I was able to refi 6.5 the next week. Even their provider (Landmark CU) quoted me 6.7. So it's a 2% markup to the dealership on top of the purchase? Go in with your own financing is the lesson.

After my experience the last couple days, I would give them a much lower score but that s unfair to the technicians, who do a great job! Dropped off my car for an oil change, was asked three times if I had an appt (yes, to drop it off for the day, ya know like here s my key, rides waiting, gotta get to work). Rec d a call that they had to order a part (under warranty), I could pick up a loaner. Got a ride to go up there. Let me just go pull it up for you . Waited, waited. Finally pulls up oh sorry it was dirty so I washed it . Car s ready. Great, I ll be there at 5, please have everything ready . Go to the window to get the keys and paperwork and there s a hefty amount due. Oops, the invoice was wrong. Redo the invoice. Bye ma am, have a nice night. Um, where is my car? Oh I ll have someone pull it up for you. Guess what? No one could find it! Finally we found it and I was out of there promptly at 5:37. Clearly my time wasn t important.

Team RD came through with a quick repair after an oil change and wheel swap. Somehow the air foil under the front bumper was loose after the service and rubbed against the front passenger side wheel. Easy to call and schedule a time for an oil change. Service was prettyfast but the waiting area is comfortable with wifi, TV, snacks, drinks. Workers were very kind, helpful and patient!

Oil change, facility and employees were awesome as always. However, the car wash it was like they washed my car in muddy water that left a dirty film all over my car, but most importantly on my windshield. I could not see out when the sun hit the windshield and had to pull over and wipe all of it off?? 100% do not want my car ever washed by them again. It was dirtier than when I gave it to them to change the oil. Other than that, great experience.Service: Oil change

Josh Hyams- Service Advisor was amazing, he was very informative and knowledgeable. He always updated us on the progress on our Mazda. I would recommend him to anyone. I loved the video showing us what they were doing with our vehicle. I wish every dealer had that. The loaner Mazda 3 they gave us, I fell in love with it. I wish I could afford another new car right now. But when we are ready to trade our Mazda CX-9, we know where to go. Maybe a year from now. Thank you very much Josh and Russ Darrow.

I had my car towed to Mazda service. The towing service said they also could take a look that day. I chose loyalty and went to Mazda I was not happy with waiting a whole week b4 they could look at it. Then probably took them short of an hour to look and fix. Next time I will ask timing on work

Came in for an oil change and air filter replacements. Ended up spending $700 on a regulator valve that was spewing fluid. Problem was that we didn't receive the usual video from the tech that showed us their live time findings. And the separate labor charges for each item made us feel a little gauged. We would of appreciated the video and some attempts to save costs.
