The repairs done to our vehicle were performed at the highest level. The technician was obviously proud of their work. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. All work was performed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Took my car in to be repaired after a fender bender, fixed the fender looked good. They detailed the interior which was nice. The biggest issue is they didn't do the work that was estimated and I followed up a handful of times since November and there still has been no progress on even another appointment to get anything that wasn't done resolved. I keep getting told that they will look into it and get back to me and there is never any follow-up from their side

The actual people who fixed my car did an excellent job. People in the office had poor customer service skills. Wasn t impressed on numerous things starting off with the first conversation with the lady on the phone. Should have realized that.

Very clean and organized facility I would highly recommend if you have any body work issues don't hesitate to visit this facility Craig the service manager in the body shop top shelf along with his assistant service manager I had to get an estimate the wait was about 15 minutes to get in front of an actual person that took my keys this was the assistant service manager she went out and came back quickly with information that was vital for me dealing with being rear-ended in a new vehicle I had just got from my wife for Valentine's Day thank God the damage was not that bad but the estimate happened extremely efficiently in a timely manner and I was able to get things handled that I needed and be in and out to deal with my insurance adjuster again if you need body work make it your business to get over and see them at Russ Darrow Kia on Odana Road that's where the body shop is located you'll be very happy

What a joke!! We brought our van into these crooks, and after the vehicle was finished a week late, they call and tell me the van is done and to come pick up. So i came to pick up van and once i got it back to the shop i noticed they put back on old trim with all the scratches from accident and called it good!! so i called them back told them what they did, and im still waiting to get repair completed!! its been over a month..... and still waiting. i called our insurance company to let them know what was going on, and they tell me, WE WONT USE THEM ANYMORE! I recommend to all of you thinking about using Russ Darrow collision west... to think again! GO ELSEWHERE.Thanks,Service: Body & Trim

Repair work on bumper fix turned out fine, but I had a poor customer service experience. My vehicle was said to take a couple of days. Every few days I called back when they said I could get it only to be told to wait another few days. It took 2 weeks. Not being able to plan rides for my family because I kept expecting my van back was a nightmare. Then the battery was dead when I arrived and I had to wait another night for them to charge it. Body shop repair was ok, but time frames were way off.Service: Body & Trim

My only problem is the lack of communication. I understand that labor is an issue amd wait times on parts are an issue. I have absolutely no problem with that. But my body work was planned to take 4 days and ended up taking a whole month. I had to keep calling every week to get any sort of update on where the car was sitting after that first week.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The good:- They got my car in earlier than other repair shops- Front office staff was friendly- They shined and detailed the car well.The bad:- The repair took longer than was expected because the shop did not order necessary parts before I brought it in.- The repair was not finished professionally and I had to leave it there another day to have them make adjustments.- A warning light indicated a headlight problem came on after the repair, which was addressed by the shop.- Check engine light came on immediately after the repair. I was told that the shop could not diagnose the cause of this and to take it to a Honda dealer. The shop refused to pay to have the Honda dealer evaluate this issue and I had to pay $200 additional out of pocket.Service: Body & Trim

Initially everyone was very nice when I went to get an estimate, but when I came to drop off my vehicle everything changed. Now it was going to take 2-3 days longer than initially informed and they weren't flexible. There was no update on the repairs; just to show up to pay for it when it was done. I wasn't informed that there's a hefty fee to use a credit card. And to top it all off, the work wasn't even done well! Definitely be cautious if you decide to go here.Service: Body & Trim

After two very unsuccessful experiences with two separate car dealerships, we decided to make a quick stop at Russ Darrow to look at a car we randomly saw online. Unlike the two previous dealers, Jonathan was transparent and friendly. In a couple hours, we were leaving with our new car. Highly recommend!!

Scheduled repair 2 months out, zero communication leading up to dropoff.Repair completion estimate 8 days after dropoff.Repairs not started until 9th day after calling.New estimated time given by end of next week.Repairs not completed until the week following the new estimate.Driver side fender still bent, overspray all over trim panels of driver side door.I had more communication with my insurance agent than Russ Darrow.2 stars only because paint seemingly matches, and I would hope so considering the vehicle is only 4 months old.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Slow, unresponsive service. Staff are helpful enough, but it took an inexcusably long time for anything to be even done with my vehicle, and I ve been charged extra for storage over that time period. It took days of calling from three different people to get an idea of what was happening to my vehicle and the costs I d be expected to cover. Wouldn t recommendService: Steering & suspension repair

I m satisfied with the results of the repairs but not with the customer service. On multiple occasions I was told they had the parts but later found out they did not have the parts. I was also told they were going to start the work on a specific day only to find out they had not started the work. I don t mind waiting for the work to be completed but do have an issue being lied to. If the work is going to take longer than anticipated, just tell me. If you don t have the parts yet, just tell me. Don t lie about it. It only makes customers really made. I m not sure I will ever do business with Russ Darrow again.Service: Body & Trim

COLLISION ROOF REPAIR. Job not completed. Original estimate did not cover everything that needed to be done.. Had to go back to insurance for authorization.. They have changed the date of pick up twice now. Insurance covered Rental for 30 days so we are now paying out of pocket.

Went through this place with my insurance. Got a quote and service date set up. Got to the service date and I was never even entered into thier system so I didn't even have an apt after calling was told to just reschedule, mind you this has been months and months out. It's not like I can schedule in a short time (november to February) ended up having my insurance pay me out and will do it elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

Window not working and detailed inspection lacking, causing me to make multiple long distance trips to and from only to find out it was not completed or an issue still remained-friendly staff-still waiting on reimbursement as promised from all three office personnel. Body trim work was great. Communication not so great, follow-up horrible. Plan on long turn around and double checking details and working equipment as well as contacting often to get info.Service: Body & Trim

Did good job, but it took 9 weeks to get car back from deer collision. Told it would be done in10 days to 14 days. I had to pay for rental after 30 days $1140!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We have a car leased from Russ Darrow and even are a platinum Russ Darrow member, but the service we got is not even average. We had the car in the bodyshop and were told that it would be ready by March 2nd. The car is still at their place and yesterday I called and asked about when will it eventually be ready and was told that yesterday by 5PM. Again Nobody gave me a call and I called today to see what is going on and I was told that there is nobody there that can help me. The work estimate was for 15 hours so its already has been there from February 21. I don t think I would ever recommend anyone to use Russ Darrow services after this experience. I am still making payments for the car that is being held at the bodyshop and they don t even care to let me know that it would not be ready by the time that they told it would be. Feels very unwelcoming and unfair.Service: Body & Trim

Just don't. Take your car elsewhere if you want it back in reasonable time. 1 month to get in, parts not there. 3.5 weeks for cracked bumper and they tried to overcharge me

Jaime Olivero, Body Shop Manager gave me excellent service, great price and the car back the same day! If God forbid I need to bring my car back for repair...I hope we work together again. My best during this stressful time and I'm grateful you're considered an essential business!

The Service Department is totally wonderful in every aspect. Friendly, courteous, gracious, efficient, and accommodating. It s the Service Department that makes a repeat customer not the salesperson. I d never go elsewhere but Russ Darrow for service.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Terrible costumer service. Never could give a straight answer after having my car for over 2 months. After only a deer hit with a drivable car. Lost a part or 2 they had to wait for, forgot.to look at certain parts that took a week to get there that could have been ordered at the start. Never use themService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We don t live close to a Russ Darrow so anytime we have to go we know it s going to be a day visit. But to just get an oil change it shouldn t take close to 3 hours. We went to the manager multiple times asking on a update. He went in the back to see and wouldn t come back out for 30 to 40 minutes and didn t share any news with us on what is going on. We have been to other Russ Darrows before and had amazing service.... very disappointed in this one in Madison...

The repair was put off week after week and in the mean time I was in a rental car and my coverage was running out. When I finally got my car after they did body work my windshield wiper fluid didn t work any more . Huh??? Why? Going back to see what they didn t hook up.
