Man charged $40 more than the lady said, went o leave, side of the car was literally falling off! Had to have them take it back (another 20mins). The steering wheel is now crooked to the left and pulls when I drives this is after work is done. Man said he didn t drive the car so couldn t be what he worked on although it wasn t a problem before and the wheel is leaning toward the side he worked on. Expects me to come back to get it looked at. Will literally never do service with these people again. Previously gave me an improper estimate for brakes on this vehicle, charged twice as much than expected.

They towed my car immediately, I got stuck on the highway. They found out what was wrong, and explained what happened and why. They let me know the price before I got any work done. Very friendly and professional! I would recommend to anyone. They do not overcharge. Super reasonable prices!

They were really kind and helpful getting my car fixed, their place might look a little sketchy when you first get there but they get the job done quickly and with relatively cheap price. My truck stalled driving back home to Chicago from the Dells. I was towed to a safe spot off the interstate. I asked the locals from Madison if they knew a good mechanic that was fair price and was not going to rip you off. Well they recommend Ruiz garage. I called them and they sent a tow to pick me up. The woman at the desk was very knowledgeable and such a sweet heart at helping. The mechanic that took care of me "Juanito" was super friendly and awesome. They took me in right away to get me back home to Chicago. They were my angels today. God Bless them. I'm back home safe now.
