I was very pleased with my first oil change and tire rotation service appointment at Rosen Nissan Madison. I was able to eat my lunch and get some work done on my laptop as I waited comfortably in their lounge. In an hour, my service was complete, my vehicle was washed, I received the service record information, and then was on my way. No issues. Thank you for making it easy!

I cannot say enough about the Rosen Nissan Service Department! My car needed a new transmission and the team went to bat for me in a big way to get the repairs covered by my warranty. It was apparent how much they cared about the issues. They were in close communication with me and very reassuring! The staff were all so helpful and amazing to work with!

Amazing customer service! We got an inspection video with clips of all the work that was done. Tire measurements, brake wear status, under hood videos with updates on how everything rated, and more. We were very impressed with the level of thoroughness and the communication about our vehicle throughout the process.

Pleasant communication from the time I stepped out of my car into the clean garage foyer to stepping into my newly washed car after my oil change & inspection. Casey greeted me & kept me informed about the progress made during my appointment without being intrusive. I enjoyed a hot cup of tea & a podcast while my phone charged in the comfortable waiting area for about an hour. I arrived home to receive a text message video overview of every element of my car that was checked & relevant status updates. Thank, Rosen Nissan!

Don't feel like I was respected here and don't plan to be back. Service manager said there was no record of any maintenance on my vehicle (bought from a dealership and regularly maintained by me), so there's over $1500 in maintenance I can't drive off the lot without. Meanwhile the video from the actual mechanic says everything looks great except the one minor issue I came in for (loose oil filter). You'll also get emails from them asking to buy your vehicle while it's still being serviced - VERY unprofessional. Actual work done on the vehicle seems to be high quality. Office workers could stand to learn a few things from the mechanics here.

Single-handedly the BEST experience I've ever had with a service shop/dealership. Jim and his team truly went above and beyond for me and I could not be more thankful for their service. Audrey and staff were superb. I was contemplating not visiting another Nissan for service following an experience I had at another location in town but, they ve changed that narrative. They ve given me a better experience than my former service location in my home state. I ll definitely make Rosen my new home. Thank-you

If hero s exist, a few of mine work here at Madison Rosen Nissan!I had the worst case scenario happen on a Friday morning headed to work in the rain - I broke down, out of nowhere and with no service. I made it to my destination and called Alex Bremmer, my sales representative at the time I bought my car, and he helped me get towing on the way immediately. Then passed me over to service where, in 3 days helped me get my car diagnosed, warranty claim filed and car repaired! Jim Kleckner was so helpful, great communication and quick! And a shout out the technician Jason Duran for doing all that work so quickly - my car is my lively hood and I so so grateful for you all!

Rosen has done my service work since we purchased our vehicle there. They do good work in a timely fashion. They keep my car in great shape through routine maintenance and inspections.I have purchased my last two vehicles from Rosen. They have been very easy to deal with.

This was a fun experience, also when the sales associate Karna found me a spare key! Nicest car purchase I've made in a longgggggg time with no pressure included... Thanks a bunch, even with the -7 degree temp today outside but not feeling it in my new car!! :)

Update: The service department seems to have a lot of churn. My latest experience has been trying to get a working passenger-side headlight. They replaced the bulb, and the first time I drove after dark, found that it was still not functioning. They had me bring it in again, and I do appreciate that they once again gave me a loaner and I think did their best to fix it. There was some corrosion that needed cleaning out. It worked when I left but within a week it was not working again. I've made an appointment to take it in again, so for the next week will be unable to drive legally after dark. I'm hoping that third time is the charm.~~~~~~~~~~~~~Jim was helpful, professional, and efficient and when I had questions, explained some symptoms my car had been exhibiting. Very happy with the service.

I know y'all will put me in the model style of a car that I actually want & not lie to me that I need to hurry up & sign because the lenders are gettin antsy. LOL I only seen one vehicle . I must truly say comin into your dealership is like night/day from the other. Y'all don't even know me & you greeted me. Asked me if you could help me. After my experience with other car dealers and service around Madison for the past 26 years I can say:If you purchase a car or take it to service they re the best.Mo, the finance specialist, is so kind and professional. He explains everything that you need to know about the loan and car warranty.Everyone at Rosen Nissan treat you with respect and kindness.The BEST place to purchase used or new cars or if you take you take your car to service.

Honestly, they did a great job. I went in for a recall repair and they did a thorough car inspection. I worked with Audrey. She was happy to let me take the list of recommended repairs home to consider, and wasn t pushy at all. I was there for two hours with a toddler, so that was a long wait, but everyone I spoke to was kind and considerate. They said my brakes needed work, but I was afraid a dealership would rip me off. I called a lot of other places for a quote/estimate, and the estimate the dealership gave was actually significantly CHEAPER than 5/6 of the places I called. They quoted 450$ (including labor) and some of the local mechanics I called quoted 600$ or more! The one place that was cheaper was only cheaper by 30$. I trust them to take their time, do a good job, and charge a fair price.

The place is good, is a Nissan dealer as well Service Center. The appointment wait times are pretty neat and you get the very soon, however, the actual service is okay and the Labour charge is usually more. They wash your car after which is not worth it. Car service with Rosen after first 5000miles was good.However, At car retrieval, the receipt says car was washed but to customer it didn't seem like it, so the customer requested for a re-wash and waited for few minutes.
