My vehicle was backed into a couple months ago by a trailer, and had left pretty good damage. As disappointed as I was to see the damage done after I had bought the vehicle in the summer, I am impressed to see the results that Roman Auto Body had to show! Being a first time vehicle owner, I wanted to take my vehicle into somewhere that takes pride in their work! I was recommended to take my vehicle into Roman Auto Body, and I can definitely say they did an outstanding job! Gabe was very honest, upfront, professional and real to his word on the work that would be done on my vehicle! Along with that, I was impressed to see the cleaning that was done inside and out of the car! I highly recommend this body shop! And I will definitely count on them if I ever need to go back!

Gabe exceeded all expectations! My car was expected be done in a day, it was done in 4 hours! The cleanliness of my car was exceptional, looked brand new. Above and beyond. So happy to find this gem. Will go back if I ever need more work done. Outstanding job!

Extraordinary service after a deer hit. Gabe was fantastic at communicating with me while my car was in his hands. I got my car back in perfect condition. Cleanliness was exceptional! I brought my vehicle here after getting into a minor accident with a lot of tricky cosmetic damage. I elected to take it to Roman Auto Body this time after reading the reviews online and talking with some friends for recommendations.Gabe & Luis worked near magic on my car. The area was very dented, warped, and scuffed and I was certain the entire body panel and bumper would have to be replaced. These two guys managed to physically work the metal back to exactly how it was from the factory and then painted/blended it flawlessly. I doubt you'll be able to see where the damage was in any light. There's no overspray on any adjacent panels, all the body panels are tight and in perfect alignment, all the sensors/electronics work perfectly, and care was taken with the rest of my vehicle. There was no dust inside despite all the work, all my stuff was where I'd left it, and when I showed up the car was freshly washed and dried.With regards to insurance, I personally use State Farm. While not a select shop for State Farm, Roman Auto Body worked with the estimate I was given and took care of all the paperwork behind the scenes. I did not have to pay extra just because Roman Auto Body is not a select shop so you do not need to worry about mystery bills showing up or being left on the hook for thousands. The process was painless on my end,and the repairs were beyond my expectations. I honestly wouldn't even consider taking either one of my vehicles to another shop for body work, and I sincerely hope whoever is reading this will give Gabe & Luis a call if they have the misfortune of getting into an accident. It takes a lot of stress out of the experience knowing your car is getting fixed the right way the first time. As an extra bonus, they also have a few loaner cars for free that you're welcome to use while they work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience with Gabe and Roman Auto Body. Best part was the ease of working with them. Quick and clear communication. Quote was provided with photos and submitted to insurance within 15 minutes of arriving at his shop.Scheduled me in easily when parts arrived and completed work to make my car look new again!! If you want your car's auto body repaired right, see Gabe at Roman Auto Body. My car was fixed flawlessly and brought back to new. They returned it cleaner than when I brought it in! Working with Gabe and his team was seamless. As of this review, supply chain is still an issue, so cut them some slack. Bring your vehicle here if you want someone who will be straight with you, answer your questions, and perform high-quality service.

I am not one to write reviews , but I cannot say enough about the superb experience that Gabe gave us. My husband hit a deer which messed up the front end of our vehicle. We didn't know where to go as a very bad previous experience with a different company left us looking for quality service. Roman Auto Body was recommended by the owner of the towing who towed our vehicle. I knew the owner so I trusted his recommendation and I am so incredibly happy I did. Gabe provided us with incredible service and did an impeccable job. He used all quality parts, worked with our insurance company, and the vehicle looked like brand new. If you are looking for exceptional quality service go to Roman Auto Body.

I highly recommend Roman Auto Body and would rate them a six!!! They did an amazing job repairing my car - it looks brand new! Gabe was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. He gave me a very nice free loaner to use while my vehicle was in his shop and called me several times to keep me updated on the status of my body work. The real kicker was that when I can in to pick up my car, Gabe informed me that some of the parts he had ordered for my car had come in painted already. So he promptly removed the several hundred dollar painting cost from my bill! This kind of integrity and awesome customer service must be acknowledged - I would never have known if Gabe hadn't told me...

I would highly recommend this shop for any body work you need done. They provided a loaner car and did fantastic work. They worked to keep costs low and their final rate was more than 25% less than another shops estimate. Professional service and quality.Came back 1 year after the original review to have a minor fender bender looked at. Same grade A service and professional help.

Gabriel at Roman Auto Body provided a pleasant and professional experience. A free loaner was provided, the car was done in 3 days as expected, and he even took the time to buff out a couple of other areas not associated with the damage I had. The car was completely shined up and cleaned outside and inside. I highly recommend this body shop for any work you need.

Fast, friendly, honest and affordable service! When I backed up my car into a fire hydrant I was super bummed because I was sure it was going to cost an arm and a leg to fix. I emailed several places in the area, and Roman Auto Body was the ONLY shop to quote me for a repair of my bumper, rather than entirely replacing it. I was told up front that the repair might not be perfect, but I went in knowing that this was going to be a much more affordable option than a full replace, insurance claim, etc. I was so, so pleased with the service, from first to last. Gabriel was super easy to connect with by phone and email, and it was easy to schedule an appointment. I was told it might take an hour to fix, but the work was done in half an hour, and for LESS than what I was originally quoted. When does that happen!? Not only that, the repair looks great - you could hardly tell that the bumped was all smashed in prior to that. I am so incredibly happy I found Roman Auto Body. While I really don't want to ding up my car again :), I know that if worst comes to worst I have a trusted provider to work with. As you're getting quotes for your service, you owe it to yourself to check out Roman Auto Body because from my experience, your work will be done fast, well, AND more affordably than anywhere else. So thankful for them and for the amazing Gabriel!

Roman Auto Body goes above and beyond!It is the most reasonably priced option in the Madison area, they provide a loaner car, and great, high quality services.I needed some paint work on a small part of my vehicle, Gabe got the color exactly right, and it looks like new! He also completed the work ahead of schedule, and texted me picture updates of the progress throughout the process. When I picked up the car it was clean and the inside was detailed.I plan to recommend Roman Auto Body to my friends and use them for any future needs I may have.

What a great experience! I went in to get an estimate to fix some scratches on my car and after taking a look he suggested he just buff it out as it didn't look like anything was actually scratched - it was just a paint transfer. He buffed it out immediately and within 5 minutes, my car was looking fantastic! He didn't charge me at all even after I asked if I could a few times. Very honest, professional, helpful, and kind. He certainly could've charged me but he didn't and I appreciate him not doing something he didn't need to, simply to make money. Great business and the gentleman was very nice to work with. Fantastic work!!! I took my vehicle in for some minor fender damage which was fixed to 100% satisfaction. Above and beyond that, I was provided with a complimentary loaner vehicle and some other little imperfections on the car were repaired. Gabe and Roman Auto Body LLC has to be one of the best body shops I have ever dealt with. From prompt courteous service to exceptional workmanship you will be pleased. Picking up our car, Gabe went above and beyond just a flawless repair, he even brightened the headlamps and polished the car. Wow!

Their staff were very easy to coordinate with, and went above and beyond in their customer service, The quality of their work was absolutely flawless and they even detailed the inside and out . I m extremely happy and I was extremely satisfied with there work! Best body shop around Madison hands down. It's usually not a fun time when you need body work done, but go here if you find yourself in that situation! Gabe is professional, communicative, and made the whole process easy. My car looks brand new and my jaw dropped when I saw that Roman Auto had gone to the next level of service by cleaning my floor mats from a winter's worth of salt and sand! Phenomenal.

I hate to admit that we had to use Roman Auto Body on two occasions, back to back. First for hail damage and then as soon as we received the car back in pristine condition - she was in a hit and run. As DIYers, most car repairs are done by us but body work is a special area, (like plumbing) that we don't want to touch. Finding a trustworthy, quality body shop was a fear that we had quickly laid to rest when we found Roman Autobody. The estimates were the same or less than other places and the service and care of your vehicle is much better than other shops. Gabe is an artist and meticulous with his work. Highly recommend the service at Roman Auto Body. Our car was returned to us in perfect condition (both times).

Amazing as always car was ready when said it was ready cleaned inside and out. This has been my 4th visit in the past 10 15 years and im never disappointed. Small company but big company results. Free loaner car to boot. Will always return here.

Quality service, competitive prices, easy scheduling, fast turnaround. Very professional to work with. And conscientious (they restored my headlamp covers as a courtesy as they were unsafe). I couldn't be happier and will use them again if I need body work, and will certainly refer others to them.

Gabe did a fantastic job of fixing a fairly minor, drivable issue on my car. The car looks fantastic and he was in regular touch on the supply chain issues we had in getting parts -- and took the initiative to source elsewhere.

Have taken multiple vehicles here and they are always affordable, quick and friendly. Gabe is the real deal. Car came back prefect and he even cleans inside and out! Can't recommend highly enough
