Great place, was able to squeeze a tire in within the last 30 minutes, make sure you call and ask first, and they will give you a rundown on time and price. Employees are great; Definitely recommend

Went here again trying to get my tire done quick. Got here at 7:30 before they opened. (Mind you I know this place is by far the worse in Madison) the owner pulls up around 8 says it s a 45 minute wait: a lady pulls up she talks to the guy for a minute he pulls her car in. He he worker didn t show till 9:00 and immediately works on her car. 9:10 now I still got no service. I leave and go to discount tire 3 minutes away they gave me new tires fixed my old and hit my car right in hassle free. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE WORSE PLACE IN WISCONSIN!!!!!!! Better chance at discount tire.

I've seen going here since college: fast service and quality work. Need a used tire or a repair? Give them a call. No appointments first come first served.

Blew a tire on interstate and nobody around had a new available today. Called in to check here they had a used tire that appeared fairly new st 1/3 the cost of new. In and out within 20minutes and a great value! Super friendly staff as well!

- I came to Roadway Tire after I was told by Toby s Auto Sales that they were unable to remove my screw and wanted me to purchase a new tire. I came here and the owner said if I wanted to save some money and sometime I could get the screw removed and have it plugged.. it would last a month or so.. so I did- thank you Roadway!Comfortable. Small business. Good customer service. Nice low prices for almost everything. Better prices then anywhere I ve gone!

Do not buy tires from them. I took my son s car in for a nail in a tire and they said he needed two tires. I agreed and they put on two tires that had bald spots and charged me $100. One of the tires was flat within 3 weeks, but they refused to do anything about it. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Very rude and super disrespectful! They been plugging tires without informing the buyers and selling them which is super illegal, also it's not safe! Tried to get money back had the receipt and still within reasonable time. Short story they didn't care and no where on the receipt does it indicate that you can't get it refunded or a new tire. They don't care about you or ur safety... Wasted time and money also treated unfairly. Save urself the trouble don't do business with them.

These guys were so nice to me! I had a blow out on an inner tire on my motorhome on a holiday weekend. They had the tires I needed (replaced both inners while there) 1 was blown the other was on the way out! Also showed me how to check them! You don't even understand how greatful I am!!!

Not glamorous, but efficient.The guys were all nice, were very accommodating to fit me in with zero notice, and got my tire leak plugged within 20 minutes.Personally, I d probably buy new vs used tires, but if you re ever in a pinch they have a great stock to choose from. Plus, it s nice to support a local business!Would go back in a heartbeat.

I ve been going to this place for years ! I ve had a total of 16 tires replaced on 3 different vehicles. I ve had nothing but good experiences. The shops owner is a great business owner. I ve seen a few negative reviews by people. I noticed that these people cannot even write or spell correctly. Total idiots

Would recommend this place to anyone looking for tires in a pinch. They have a large selection of used tires for good prices. I've also had them mount and balance 33 12.5 r15s and they did a great job.

I was a walk-in for a tire puncture repair. They were very helpful, and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommended.

Very happy! Blew a tire on the highway on the 4th of July. Called around to several places, many of which weren't open. Called Roadway tire and auto repair and not only were they open but they had the best prices and the service was great! I paid $39.03 total for the tire, installation, and balancing. I got a used tire about 95% rubber. Once I got it I went back and got my other back tire done right away as well. Cant beat the price for decent used tires. Also like I previously mentioned the service was great. The old man I spoke to on the phone beforehand was the same gentleman I saw and spoke to when I got there and he has great customer service. I will definitely be going back! While there I also observed a sign that stated oil changes are $20!

Went in for a new tire. Was told it would be about a 45 - 1 hour wait. As there were 3 other cars ahead of me. I opted to sit in the waiting to wait my turn. got my tire put on and i was out of there in about 25/30 minutes. HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. friendly people & great service.

I would never go back to this place. I made an appointment to get a thermostat changed but once I got there the owner blatantly lied to me and told me they didnt do that work that they only did tires. I was confused because I called and had an appointment for this service. To make a long story short they did do the service I was requesting but for some reason the owner told me that, I would hate to think its because I'm black but I have no other excuse. Safe to say I'm not begging anyone to take my money. DONT GO THERE!!

My first time here. I paid $62 for a used tire. I had suspension work done 3 days after this was done and the mechanic informed me that the thread/cable was visible in the inside face of the tire and the tread was worn down to the tread ware indicator. That means that they sold me and installed a tire with less than the 2/32 legal tread required to operate the vehicle in WI roads. I called multiple times and they keep saying they don't have a tire my size available to replace the bad one they sold me. I sent a friend in and they were told they had several available. This is bad business and borders on fraud.

I bought a tire there on Saturday, shortly before they closed, because I had a flat and had to get back to Chicago. I was barely south of Janesville when that tire they had just put on barely an hour earlier was shreds, and I had to get ANOTHER tire in Beloit. Since they were closed until Monday, I wasn't able to reach them for a couple of days about the issue, at which point he says that they only do replacements or repairs, no refunds. Which is pretty useless when you're stranded near the Illinois border and the place that sold you the bad tire is closed for the next day and a half.

Called multiple times in the span of an hour. Was told they had a full set of 225/50/17s. Only to get there and they only have a single tire in that size. Just don t get how you can have them one minute and then magically be missing 3 the next. Figure your business out. You lose customers this way.

Very glad I found these guys. Comforting costumer service and the best used tire prices in the area. The low price comes with mounting and balancing making Roadway the superior used tire shop hands down. I won't be going anywhere else for my tire and tire services.

Best place for used tires in town. But they are popular, so there may be a wait. Best to stick around for it though. It's often quicker than the estimate they initially give.

I you don't have money for brand new tires or just need a quick repair...if they have it they'll sell it to you and install it for a great price! If you have tires you just need to have installed they'll do that for you as well!

Owner is a great guy, very honest and the job gets done quickly. Great warranty on used tires as well. I recommend this to anyone in the Madison area.
