I didn't buy an automobile here but they're mechanic Dustin did a lot of work on my 1991 Corvette there were some problems but he stuck to it and figured it out good mechanic and guy having him fix things on my 2005 Corvette in the spring

Our vehicle started experiencing some issues, and Dustin was able to see and fix issues the same day I reached out. He was very knowledgeable, kept me updated throughout the repair, and made the entire process easy and straightforward, a huge lifesaver a few days before Thanksgiving. Would absolutely take our vehicle there again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or get repairs done!

There's nothing quality about the cars. Please do your research. The cars are just good enough to leave the lot. 2 days after getting my car...-defroster is broken-front speakers are blown-service air bag light is on-locks don't work-rear passenger window is stuck-radio digital LED is broke-washer pumps are brokenThe car started screeching when turning and dealer is passing the buck and blaming it on me scraping a curb. Turns out, both control bars are shot. He basically said "screw you." Any dealer with an ounce of integrity would have addressed these issues. Do not take a chance. Go to Skyline Automotive in Deerfield. You will not be disappointed.

The owner and his father were very friendly and easy to deal with. They were very fair with the prices being right around private seller but with the convenience of being licensed with the DOT. They also don't tack exorbitant dealer fees on so the only expense on top of sticker is WI sales tax and DMV charges. Other lots in the area were selling vehicles in similar condition for easily 2k more after dealer fees. We drove from Marshfield to Madison but depending on what's on the lot I'd definitely consider driving down again in the future.

The owner Isaac and his father were super. Isaac and I discussed the vehicle before hand and came to terms on a price. My wife and I live nearly two hours away, Isaac set the vehicle aside so we could come in the next day and be the first to inspect it and take a test drive. Inspecting the vehicle, Isaac stepped back into the office and gave us space and time to do the inspection. When we had a question, he would come out and provide honest answers. I would highly recommend them and would check out their inventory first if and when I have another need for a used vehicle.

Best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. An extremely honest and friendly staff with the main priority is making sure their customers are satisfied. The mechanic they have is extraordinary and knows what he is doing. After purchasing my car almost 2 years ago the salesman still remembered me and helped me out with my car. This will always be the first place I recommend if a friend is looking for a car. I m very grateful I came across Quality cars for less and am a loyal advocate.

Great place to get a used car! Got an awesome truck with low mileage at a great price! Service was excellent and so glad to work with a local family owed business. The whole process was fast, probably spent more time grocery shopping than I did getting my truck.

Purchased a vehicle for my son to drive to Texas. Customer service is something other dealers can only dream off. Their mechanic took the time to explain every feature in the car to my son, gave him tips in regards to drive long distance. I will purchase from there again when in need of another vehicle and will recommend them to all my friends.

We bought a Ford fusion for our teen driver a few months ago. Issac and his crew were very open, honest, and forthcoming about all of the cars we looked at. We felt very good about the price we got, and the reliability of the car we purchased. The first week after purchase, we ran into a small problem with the suspension. It was so close to our purchase date, that Issac simply replaced parts and fixed it at no charge. He really stands by his vehicles, and offered to fix anything that came up in the near future add a steep discount. I can t say enough about Quality Cars for Less. Best place around to look for a used car.

My husband and I bought a 2009 Toyota Sienna from here in December last year. We wanted to have the car for a couple of months and give it a good runaround before leaving a review. We love our new car! It drives smoothly, we get great mileage, and there have been no issues. We took it to a trusted mechanic to get it checked over, and he said we got a great deal.Part of buying a car is the experience you have with the dealership, and we have nothing but good things to say about the people here. The owner was professional, and friendly. He was honest, and willing to answer any questions we had. Even his family members were helpful, and they even took time to engage with our 3 year old. We didn't feel rushed when looking over the car, and taking it for a test drive. We have no issues recommending this dealership, and if we are ever in the market to buy another car we will definitely look here first!

My boyfriend bought a car here recently (9/2022). We drove all over Madison to different dealerships and almost gave up. Out of every place we went to this is where we felt most comfortable. Car salesman can be a bit over the top. This is family owned and Issac was easy to work with. What I liked most about his business was that they focus on selling cars for the middle class. If you want a reliable car for under $10,000 , this is the place to go.

These guys made me feel comfortable right away. They listened to me and were open about any possible issues. I felt welcomed into the business and the family. We made a fast deal that was fair. No trip to the DMV is a bonus. It took me only 20 minutes which included a test drive.

My daughter was in need of a different car. We drove to Wisconsin Dells to look at a car from a private owner. After driving almost 4 hours and a horrible experience with this deal, her and I decided that wasn t the right decision. We had seen a couple cars in the Madison area online, one being a Kia Optima, at Quality Cars. We decided to continue our search and keep driving south, to see this Kia. When we pulled in it was parked right out front. We walked around it and heard the doors unlock. Issac then came out, introduced himself and just made me feel comfortable. He wasn t pushy, he was upfront and honest. He let us look around and said to let him know if you want to drive anything and went back in. Shortly after he came out, after we sat inside the car for a minute looking it over. We took the Kia for a drive and she knew that was the one. We had a couple others on the list elsewhere but her mind was made up. Issac made the entire sale a pleasant experience. I told him of the day I already had prior. He was sure to point out the cruise didn t work and the tires would possible need replacing by snowfall being we live in the U.P. We had a couple others on our list elsewhere that were potentials. Issac made me want to buy from him. I have friends back home in the car industry they just didn t have what we were looking for and we didn t want to wait. Issac did and he made me feel like I was buying from my buddy back home. Thank you for the pleasant experience and help with making my daughter happy!

Buying a car can be quite stressful. However, that was not the case here. I recently bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox from them. They made the process as simple as possible. They were friendly and honest people. They allowed me to take my time, answered any questions I had, and were not pushy at all. I had been car searching for a long time and this truly was a quality car for less. I would highly recommend checking them out!

I bought a used 2006 Honda Element (for $4,990) from this place. I've had it for roughly a month now, and it's running just fine. However, when I purchased it the front driver side CV boot was torn, and the ignition switch was making a buzzing sound and hesitating to start when turning the key, which can leave you stranded if you let it go for too long. I have since gotten both parts replaced, but (at the time of purchase) when I brought this to the attention of the salesman he didn't seem to know anything about it. I didn't make a big fuss about it, because the rest of the car was very solid and clean.I would say the name of this business holds true. Most well maintained used Honda Elements I was seeing on the market at the time were about $6-7,000, so I was very happy with the price of the vehicle. I got a small discount because of the issues I told the salesman about. All and all, I would buy another used car from this place. The salesman wasn't pushy at all, and was very professional. It doesn't have the amenities that a big dealership does, since it's a small family owned business, but it's more sincere. I don't know about you, but I'll take sincerity over fake smiles and scummy sales tactics any day.

My daughter purchased a 2011 Chevy Malibu from here the last week of Feb 2022, using all of her savings, so she'd have a safe, reliable vehicle to get to work and her son to daycare. Within 2 wks, the check engine light was on. Code coming back suggested issue with fuel injector, so on March 30, we dropped it off and mechanic replaced the spark plugs and coil packs. Code went away for a few days, but then came back. On April 15, had to replace front rotors & brake pads, fuel injector one as car was now misfiring and had 2 rims repaired as she was having to put air in her tires every day since purchase. We paid for these repairs out of pocket to different mechanic, who also identified that her rear brakes, rotors, upper control arms, tie rods, and suspension were all bad as well. Contacted owner Isaac again and on April 19, he agreed that if we bought parts, he would cover labor. $400+ for parts (plus the $400+ we just paid our mechanic). April 29, dealership mechanic put these parts on for her, and also identified engine misfire as car most likely needing harness repair. Brought it back on May 4, had wire harness, fuel rail, 4 injectors, grommets, and vvt solenoid replaced at cost of $400 to myself (he used all used parts). Check engine light came back on 2 miles down the road after pickup. At this point, the engine misfire is getting pretty bad, car will not accelerate, gas not getting through, etc. Mechanic thinks "maybe" someone poured something in gas tank (but no proof of this was ever shown and other shops said no, this was not issue). On May 12, it went back to the dealership's mechanic as car stopped in traffic (serpentine belt broke). While there, he replaced air filter and mass air flow sensor (total to us was $222). For about a week, car actually ran almost normal, although code was back the next day again. On June 20, took back to dealership mechanic again as by now, car is barely running, won't go over 5-10 mph (gets stuck), engine is LOUD. Now, he tells us, car needs new engine. That the misfire has caused irreversible damage, and at this point, replacing engine is only solution. This is the SAME code the car has been throwing since 2-3 wks after purchase (cylinder one misfire). He states he will ask owner if they can possible go half (said $1200 for used engines and $800 for labor). Owner says no. Original paperwork claims car passed all inspections, spoke to DOT, who also looked into issue. Because dealership is claiming car passed inspections (even though it needed new front & rear brakes and rotors, control arms, tie rods, AND suspension 45 days after purchase). Owner also claimed to DOT that he paid his mechanic over $1000 to work on this car, which is untrue, as the time he put on parts that I purchased, all the work was completed in 3 hours that same day. All other work, I have been paying the mechanic directly for and have receipts to show. My daughter is now stuck with a vehicle she paid $5600, with over $1000 I've put into repairs, and now needs a new engine, all within 4 months of purchase.Unfortunately, I do NOT recommend this dealership. If you do purchase a car from here, have YOUR mechanic do a THROUGH once over!!*Have receipts for oil changes. Have receipts from your mechanic, so "fixing for free" never happened (if he said different, I do have receipts showing I was charged). And again, check engine light came on 2-3 WEEKS after purchase. Original mileage came because she doesn't live in Madison, but works here/daycare/dctr appts. The car needed new brakes AND rotors all the way around 45 days after purchase (I've had my used car for 3 YEARS, with only having bought tires thus far).Mechanic said way back in April, worse case scenario, car needs new engine & was going out upon purchase, just wasn't showing symptoms yet. And we were willing to go half on the $2000 repair, but you stopped responding to emails months ago. Not to mention, was originally told car only needed an alignment. Left out that before any shop would do an alignment, she'd have to replace the cam bolts & control arms 1st

BUYER BEWARE!!! We were told the car we bought was given a detailed review from a mechanic. We have the papers to prove it. However, some of the items checked were not functional. Within 2 weeks, we also ended up spending over $1,000 in repairs. Once again, we were told the axels were both toast, the power windows won t work, and there is an oil leak. Do NOT buy from these shysters. They sold us a lemon and marketed it as a good car. If you were going to buy from these guys, and it s a father and son operation, you had better get a mechanic, a REAL mechanic, to check the car out before you lay down any money on it.

I bought a 2007 Hyundai Sonata from Quality Cars for Less, and everything went quite well. The service was friendly and accomodating, and they were honest about the state of the car. I would recommend this business to those looking for a used automobile!Edit:Some time has passed, and unfortunately, not all the news is good. After a regular checkup with my mechanic, he discovered some issues. First, there was an oil leak that had seemingly been covered up by washing the engine block beforehand. Second, there was a less severe (but still troublesome) transmission fluid leak. Third, there was significant evidence of hasty (and impermanent) patching on the catalytic converter. Fourth, and finally, one of the front tire rods was semi rotted (which is concerning, as it is necessary for steering the vehicle). Is the vehicle drivable? Yes, it is. However, the only thing that I was given a warning about was the catalytic converter (which they alleged to have a minor emission leak, no mention of the shoddy patch job). That there was no mention of the other issues (especially those that present a safety concern) should be concerning to potential buyers.Total repair costs may rival the price paid for the car, and the need for those repairs seems to have been deliberately hidden or obfuscated. In short, BUYER BEWARE!

I bought an Acura TL here last Saturday and it s been a really nice car so far. The experience was great. I loved that it s a small family owned business and the owner actually talk with and seems to care about what he s actually selling the customer which was great considering I ve been screwed over before.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought a car from them that needed a new engine within a month of me having it. Spent all my savings on it. - And yes we did get it through you in my dads name since I was 16 and was desperate for a new car.

I had my low tire light come on in my car. I stopped here and asked if they could help me. He was so kind and came and checked all my tires and put air in 2 that were low. He did this in the pouring rain and with a smile. Was so very thankful for his kindness and help.
