I have worked with this company for several years and highly recommend them. They are well-ran and cater to all of my company s calibration and diagnostic needs. Their accuracy, efficiency and customer service is top-notch. Willi, Caleb and Ken are the best technicians in the business and I look forward to our continued partnership.

I parked in the parking lot of my friends apartment for 2-3 minutes at most to drop off her baby. In that 2-3 minutes this company came and put my car on their truck. They wouldn t put it down without $158 CASH. I only had my debit card. Seems pretty shady.

On this snowy, icy morning, I was making my way to work and coming up to the CTH T intersection coming from Sun Prairie. I had to pump my brakes to try to stop, but low and behold, my car just kept sliding, and to avoid a car accident, I veered into the ditch and buried my car in the side of the road. I had called my car insurance roadside assistance and they quoted me an hour for the tow to show. I got lucky and Precision Diagnostics just happened to drive by, and they pulled me out! (PS. my original tow never showed and ended up cancelling the service)THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping me get to work!THERE ARE GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE!!Will be using this company for anything I may need now in the future!

Friendly staff and helpful. I'm in a small rural shop and hour away. They show up, are professional, get the vehicle relearned, bill you out in a timely manor, and send you scaning info. They are my go to every time.

Precision towing and recovery are :Not following DOT regulation. When wrecker is used in service.
