We purchased a 2024 Cayenne Coupe from Porsche Madison. When we first started looking for a new daily driver we went into Porsche Madison just for a test drive. I wasn t sure if I was ready to move into an suv. We went in test drove a Cayenne and loved the ride. After talking with Ted we were given an allocation to build our Cayenne. The whole process could not have went better! Ted kept us informed every step of the way. We had the TYD (track your dream) and still Ted was always one step ahead of the tracker. I cannot express enough how great Porsche Madison is. They are always so welcoming! The whole team at Porsche Madison is amazing. We look forward to our future vehicle buying and servicing at Porsche Madison!

Thanks so much to Sam & team for the great assistance while on the road thru town!Had car repaired after a t-bone accident by SOMEPLACE ELSE, and on my 1st road trip, the taillight assembly fell out, missing bolts!They took me in, repaired it & had me back on the road quickly.FOREVER GRATEFUL

Had a very pleasant experience working with David and Ted in new Porsche sales. The service staff is very good to work with as well.David and Ted are very knowledgeable on options and configurations. They stayed late for us several times. On one occasion David worked with us for more than three hours answering questions and finding ways to meet our needs. I would recommend David to family and friends anytime.

Mike Baumeister and the team of service techs do an amazing job. Pull your car into a covered area, Mike comes out to meet you with smile. Service waiting area is comfortable and the car is brought back timely, clean and ready to go. Paper work is quick and easy. Great staff with competence and a customer service attitude. I have had service done at dozens of Porsche centers across the country. This is by far the best!!!

Great purchase- so exciting to look at options and see the features available. The engine sounds like a purring tiger, drives smoothly and the dash is person centered.Brian R. made it fun to test drive and then order the car - picking it up was a treat! Everything was easy to handle from financing to choosing options.Felt like we were their favorite new customer - but obviously they have many returning buyers.

I only sometimes put reviews. I want to share my UNPROFESSIONAL experience, especially with the finance team.I bought a pre-certified Porsche Macan from this dealership. My experience with the finance department could be better. When purchasing the car, I mentioned I wanted to go with a bank that gives me the lowest interest, and I would put the money down to get the lowest interest. I was given only one option; I got a loan approval for 0 down and an interest rate of 6.64%. "I asked then if this was the lowest interest rate I could get." I was told that this is the best rate you can get due to the demand for cars. However, I got a mail from another bank stating they would loan me nearly 90% of the amount with 3.57% interest. I learned this a few months later, and I called the finance person to ask why I was not told about this. The conversation with the finance person was unpleasant and unprofessional. When I initially purchased my car, the final numbers on the paper were different from the quote I was given. The finance person told me yes, that's a mistake. And she was asking me, "have you not committed any mistake in your life? " This should not be the way a customer should be treated. Altogether, they did not take responsibility for their error, instead pointing out that you should have known better. I understand that they are doing business, but the treatment you get before you sign a car with them is different, and the treatment you get after you sign the vehicle is unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

I have had several Porsches over the year from dealers in MI and Wi. Porsche Madison (Zimbrick European) is by far the best. Porsche corporate is challenging to deal with, limited allocations and often long waits. The sales manager, Dave is honest, does his best to get you the car you want, and is reliable. Mike, the service manager is outstanding. The best service manager I have ever dealt with. My 2022 Cayenne hybrid is an awesome car. But the check engine light came on during my first trip after delivery. When I called Dave told me to bring it right in and they found it was just a loose connector. A few months later the light came on again. Mike again said to bring it right in even though they were busy. Unfortunately, there were no codes to explain why the light was on. The car was great for the next few months but then the light came on once again. Once more Mike said to bring it and gave me a loaner so they could spend time to find out what was going on. After a lot of work, they did track it down to a faulty component that only intermittently failed. Mike is committed to making you happy. I also had an issue with my wife's car recently after it sat for a month. When I took it in Mike also notice there was an update required and the annual service was almost due. He gave me a loaner and said they would take care of all the work to save me a second trip. I have never seen someone as committed to customer service and making things as easy as possible. Zimbrick is lucky to have Dave and Mike.

If you're reading this before visiting this dealership, you're lucky since it's not too late.JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!If I could give negative stars, I definitely would.I had purchased Macan from this dealership last month, and it was truly the worst purchasing experience I have ever had in my life.I rarely leave reviews on anything, but had to for this one.Full of sleazy sales people, and no integrity at all.Please go to another dealership and save your time and energy.

Everyone I encountered was friendly and detail oriented. The service was done properly and detailed notes taken. They gave me a new Macan as a loaner, which was nice. Took the time to hand wash my car as well. Nice work!

Picked up a car from the service department for a family member, and was very pleased with the service provided. There was almost no wait, everything was done properly, and the employees treated me with complete respect despite my being only 19 at the time. (Other luxury car dealers have been less than kind, due to my age. Was not a problem here.) The staff seem competent and respectful. Definitely worth looking here if you're in the market.

Not trustworthy & no integrity.Do yourself a huge favor and go to Napleton or International for your Porsche needs. I worked with Brian Robbins who is rude & condescending. Purchasing a Porsche should be a pleasure not a pain.It s simply not worth the aggravation.

It was Actually Mercedes Sprinter (zimbrick) that we were at, but it's all the same group. They have an excellent service department with technicians that explain what's wrong, why it went wrong, and options for fixing problems. Very courteous and know how to keep customers happy.

Mike at Zimbrick Porsche was great. There was a 2021 loaner waiting for me which was fun to drive. My service was timely and flawless. Highly recommend!

Had Lexus for 15 years but did experience a drop in customer service over the years after their service manager left-so far with Cayenne and Macan pretty good experience.Should say I did not like the Cayenne at all but love the Macan-if you do need a larger car you should have a look at the Macan S or GTS-lots of fun to drive and much nimbler in the city as the Cayenne or Lexus LX470 or similar models.
