This frigid cold got to my car battery. Upon arriving the cashier greeted me and asked me if I needed any help right away.Mike was appointed to help me. He was informative, concise and very helpful. He even checked and changed the battery, which I was very grateful for.This is an auto part store I would highly recommend.

Came in for wiper blades and learned from Greg that I have a European style blade so the ones I had previously purchased wouldn t work (unknown to me), he helped me to order the correct one and made sure it would arrive in time for me to take a trip. Great service!

Staff pretty helpful, but some give incorrect advice so do your own research. Decent selection and good prices on most items.

The manager was very helpful and found exactly what I needed in a timely manner. He even offered to install it for me. It was so nice to see that quality customer service is still around.

Came in for a headlight bulb, and Rodolfo was super pleasant at the desk, kind enough to take the old bulb out, install a new one, and offer some expertise on another product I was looking at. Really just a splendid, painless experience.

O'Reilly, and more specifically Rodolfo, helped me out of a real jam on Christmas Eve. The battery went dead on my vehicle that afternoon. After successfully jumping the vehicle I drove over to O'Reilly at about 4:15. They closed at 5 pm, and it is a holiday, but Rodolfo sold me a new battery and installed it for me in very frigid weather. This was not a trivial install as there are quite a few plastic parts that had to be removed and the battery squeezed into a tight spot. Rodolfo managed to do so without breaking anything in the frigid weather. I am very grateful for this exceptional service.

An almost bad situation handled perfectly. Went to get a free battery test that they offer. My vehicle was starting funny and I thought the cold was playing a factor but wasn't sure. The employee, (who's name escapes me) brought out the test kit. Not sure if it was the kit or my vehicle, but my vehicle died right after the test. The employee proceeded to bring the jumper kit out, but it was dead. By this time, I am highly upset l, but honestly couldn't blame anything on anyone because I wasn't too sure what the problem was to begin with. The employee spoke with another employee and disappeared for a minute. He came around with his own personal vehicle to help jump me. (Side note: it's about 5� degrees outside.) 5 minutes of jumping my vehicle, nothing. 10 minutes, nothing. 20 minutes, nothing. When I tell you, this man exhausted all his battery just trying to get a bit a juice in mine! And finally around 25-30 minutes, bingo! My car started. It wasn't the battery, but the starter. And yet this man took personal care helping me with his own personal vehicle. And never gave up after multiple tap outs from me. Thank you so much for this personal touch! I will be back!

The customer service here is fantastic! I had a stripped screw stuck in my license plate and Greg not only helped me find the parts to fix it but also guided me through the process. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Driving around one snowy night and my wiper started coming apart. Stopped somewhere else to buy the blades, didn't care for the way they do business so I decided to go up the road to O'Reily. I go inside and this kid starts to help me. He looked up the blades, gave me choices, and then went down the isle and grabbed them. I was pretty impressed! But the kid goes even further and puts them on my vehicle. I've been to parts stores hundreds of times and I expected to be told what isle the part was in and I was prepared to install them myself but this kid did everything. I just stood there like a slab of meat with gloves and paid for the stuff.The moral of the story, here, is that I had a not so good experience at one place and then I come here and find that some kid knows how to run a business better than corporate American suits. So if O'Reilly wants to hire people like that, I'll spend money there all day long.

I went in to get a replacement headlamp for my SUV, which seemed like an easy DIY install instead of going to a service center/dealer and paying $$$. However, I wasn t sure which lamp to get so I got Derek the manager to come out and look at my car, pick out the correct one, check out AND he installed it for no charge in less than 5 minutes.In today s world where customer service is nonexistent, I couldn t be more satisfied. I left with a smile on my face and money saved in my bank account. I ll definitely be back.

Went to get some fuel injection cleaner and as I was about to leave the parking lot. My car had a flat tire. The workers were really nice and helpful. They were able to get my tire up and running again. I would definitely recommend going to this place for all your mechanical needs!!! Great staff at this location!

Friday of Labor Day weekend, leaving town after work and my headlight is out. Ran over here on my lunch break and got helped by Dakota the manager. Super polite, helpful and efficient. I was out in ten minutes and paid half what I paid at the dealership for the same service a few weeks ago. This location has earned itself a loyal customer.

Brayden (please correct me if Im a bit off on the name spelling!) was so helpful. My key faab died at a local hotel. He tried to help me trouble shoot getting in my car. I needed to uber in, my phone died which interfered with my uber back.He went above and beyond, knew who I was when I walked in based on our phone call.Great positive personality. So humble, friendly and confident. Made a good day out of one that could have been terrible.

Just wow! Give Kenneth K a raise! Thank you so much for the help I recieved tonight. There was snow and wind and a problem with my windshield fluid hose and you fixed it!!! Not only was it fixed enough to work , it was done cheaply and quickly. Gave this lady peace of mind to travel back the 3 hours the next day to home. Priceless. Definitely shop here people!

I stopped by today to pick up an online order, and after biking 10 miles to get there, I realized I had the wrong location. I literally was about to cry with the thought of biking to the other location (it was 90� and super humid) thankfully the guy who helped me out, I think his name was Mike, said he would go pick up my order for me and bring it back to this location. He literally saved my day! Such amazing customer service!!!

Incredibly rude clerk. G. O. (Clerk's initials) not wearing Covid mask. I reported his "indifference" and total disregard of Dane county health protocol to Tammy and Juan at corporate office. I went to pick up my parts 3 hours later this day. G.O. says: "Have a wawful day!" Childish retribution. I asked: "What did you say?" His response: "wonderful". (G.O. did NOT say: "Have a wonderful day"...just said "wonderful") (he knew what he was doing). Still waiting for return phone call from District Manager. If no response from corporate, then I'm taking my business elsewhere.

All good!! Plus,they have the receipt on file using your phone number.What could be better than that? And,the personal is away helpful.One person actually put in my headlight bulb!!Another bonus.. you will receive a coupon for $$ off on an order in the mail.

Purchased Rain-X silicone wiper blades here. They didn't work very good so they helped me return them and get a pair of trico windshield wipers that work much better. Thanks.

They were training someone new but I have zero complaints. They also have a military discount. Don't forget to use it if you have it. It seems to remove the tax portion of your purchase.

I have found the staff here to be very helpful. Recently needed a new air filter for my F250 diesel truck. A special thanks to Pedro who was kind enough to install it for me on the spot. Like he said, it was tricky and it was! He obviously has replaced them in the past. Thanks Pedro!

You guys just lost my business forever due to dishonesty.on 02/25/2021 at about 6:15pm, I called and explained the situation that my car lights were left on overnight and the battery was drained out. So for them to charge it and perform a test on the battery for me. When I arrived the guy at the counter station said put the battery on the floor by the charging station and I will get to it. Thinking to myself, bro there was no one here to service but me. I questioned him are you going to charge the battery and test? Counter person replied Yeah sure, in a bit. So, I wrote down my cell# and ask him to call me when it done. 2hrs later; no calls, 8:20pm. I called the store and asked if my battery was charged up and tested. The counter person said almost ready. I asked, will it be done before closing at 9pm? The guy said yeah.Long story short... Oriellys didn t charge the battery but tested a drained battery. They advised that I needed to buy a new battery with printed diagnostic REPLACE on it. Frustrated...Drove to Walmart, bought a charger for $60, charged the battery myself, good as new and they wasted 2hrs of my time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH UNETHICAL ORIELLYS.

Really friendly and helpful people. Prices for parts are comparable to other auto parts stores. Loaner tool program is really useful. Hard to justify buying hand tools from here when Menards is right next door and has much better prices

THEY were AWESOME. HONEST. AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THEY SAVED ME ALOT OF MONEY BY BEING HONEST AND DOUBLE CHECKING my ALTERNATOR that another parts store told me I meeded when in FACT I did not. I will be going into tell there manager what an EXCELLENT job his guys are doing.

Why is it that knowledgeable bike mechanics are usually condescending and dismissive? The car experts at O'Reilly are the polar opposite! Ken saved my bacon tonight. He was a pro while being a genuinely nice guy. I didn't even end up buying anything tonight, but I will definitely be back.

Joseph was great. He got me everything I needed. He labeled on the boxes which ones were front and rear and left and right. And he helped me load it all in my car.
