This is the best auto parts store here in Wisconsin. The guys here have been so helpful changing like lights, tail lights, and new antenna etc. They're always friendly and courteous. Thank you y'all for your so much!

Showed up early in the morning on a Friday with what I thought might be a dying car battery. The associate immediately tested the battery, confirmed I needed a new one, recommended a battery, and installed it all in 15 minutes. Sometimes dealing with car issues is no fun as a woman but this store was straightforward and didn't try to upsell or treat me like I didn't know what was happening. Highly recommend this O'Reilly's location.

Always a pleasant experience to be able to walk in, explain my needs, be given recommendations and explanations for why those are the recommendations, and be able to walk out with only what I need.

This is the best auto parts i have ever visited. Apart from reasonable parts, the people there are very friendly, humble, and most importantly helpful. They take care of customers even if it is for no money. The customer service is in next level. They try to solve the problem not only serve the customer. THEY PROVIDE SERVICES ALTHOUGH THEY SELL PARTS TO FIX PROBLEMS.I had been there a couple of times. They have everything that an auto parts should have.

These guys are so helpful! I was convinced I was putting the right headlight in and when it didn t get fixed and the dealership wanted to charge me triple the price of a bulb I came back here and the guys told me I was changing my high beam not my low beam which I needed to. *facepalm*Better service than my dealership and 1/3 the price. I ll be coming back here for any needs in the future!

FRICKEN AWESOME DUDE!!!... I got these sick race car seats covers for my truck... I swear it added at least 100HP!!!... Now all I need is a Hoonigan sticker and I'll have the fastest truck around!!! HELL YEAH!!!

Come to learn, they don't take back lawn mower batteries once hooked up, but they made an exception. The one I bought wasn't powerful enough to start my mower, but this store did give a refund

Been a few times. The most recent visit I called ahead of time to validate a part was in stock. Phone person said yes, actually they did not have it. They did work with me and set me up with an alternative brand. I felt comfortable with the result. Wish the phone person had asked appropriate questions instead of just saying they had the item. Next time I'll be sure to validate the actual brand and part number. Overall still happy with this store.

Very is appointed. Normally they do a fantastic job but the guy I had man he smelled his hair was nasty had major dandruff it was really gross.

The in- store people were really helpful in figuring out the correct part/size needed for my car. Which is why I made my initial purchase. However, the discount offers are obnoxious and not pro customer. I bought lug nuts and asked if there were any discounts. I was told only if I sign up for rewards. So I did. That was a waste because I wanted a discount for my current purchase and it's a point system based on how much you spend and discounted for eventually getting a few dollars off. Anyhow, several days later, I realized there was now a 15% off coupon online. However, after talking to the store clerks about getting this applied to my purchase, I was told I had to return the items to get the discount and then order online. Okay, not happy but was gonna do it. So I tried, but after several attempts, this didn't work either. The coupon didn't apply, apparently, to just online purchases but also had to be able to be delivered and these items (lug nuts) although cost nearly $93, weren't gonna count towards getting a discount. Also the clerks in the store aren't apparently allowed to make this easy and give a discount either. Too many setbacks and annoying logistics, so I didn't repurchase either in store or online. I went home and bought them from Advanced Auto instead with an easy to apply 15% off coupon and saving myself from anymore hassle. Wake up, O'Reilly Auto Parts. You lost a sale today because you couldn't just make the coupon as easy and customer friendly as possible. And yeah, it is about the better price because every dollar saved, these days especially, counts!

Don't shop here. 6 employees working not one greets their customers Or ask them if they need help they wait for someone to come to the front desk to ask them for help. Never seen that At the one on East wash or the West side of Madison I'll never come back to the store that's for sure. My company will no longer be buying parts from o'reilly's.

I'd like to start out with a big thank you to Jack at the Stoughton rd store !!. There I was stuck on the interstate my serpentine tensioner seized up and shredded my belt. On the Busiest day of the week of Sunday for traffic on the interstate. I called O'Reilly Stoughton rd. And called ahead for the parts I needed for me to make the repair, jack was very helpful and extremely professional. I told him the list of parts and the tools I needed. I mentioned that someone was coming to pick them up and bring them to me, the transaction went very smoothly. They had everything I needed in stock to get back on the road. Definitely ask for Jack he will take care of your needs.

Stopped by today to get a new battery and Jeffrey was the absolute best! He stuck with the install despite severe corrosion and 100 degree heat. Couldn't be happier

Ken was so incredibly helpful. I needed a new driver side headlight and Ken offered to install it!!! When he looked in the area of installation, he realized that the bulb was not grounded and I actually did not need a new bulb but just the grounding attached!!! Saving me almost $20 dollars!!! And he did both the grounding and the money return with good humor and cheerfulness. Thank you Ken for your thoughtfulness.

Came in with a dead battery and my power steering went out right as I pulled in. Mike helped test my battery and installed the new battery. He did a great job, fast, efficient, and honest. Would recommend them 100%.

Understaffed. Called 3 times throughout the day just to be put on hold for 10+ minutes each time. I hung up after the 10 minute mark so who knows how long I would have waited. The guy didnt even wait for my response, just answered and told me to hold. Finally drove to the location and stood in line for 13 minutes just to ask a yes or no question. Next time should I just blurt my question out from the back of the line? Not my style, I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

I needed a new battery for my car and went here to shop for a new one since they test out the battery and do the install for free (Plus I don t have the tools at home to do it myself). The price of the battery was fine but I was told by the sales clerk that she couldn t install the battery because she didn t even know where it was located. After looking it up on a YouTube video I found out it was on the back and asked if they could complete the install. She said it was still not possible because it was considered hard to install per the company policy. So I called AutoZone down the road and they sold me the same battery and installed it in 5 mins...Not sure what was so hard about installing a battery that s located in the trunk rather than under the hood but okay. I usually shop here but will probably shop elsewhere with more knowledgeable clerks from now on.

3 weeks ago my boyfriend called in to see if they had a part for his van. Which they did and so he had them hold it under my name. But when I swung by to grab it and told them my name none of the 3 employees knew anything about it. Had to call my boyfriend and confirm what he said to them, got the part number and went back in. They said they had one left (my bf said so as well, that they were holding) the employee had walked back into an isle and grabbed the part. Then rung it up as if I just walked in with a random question. I m pretty lenient with customer service people, but that was just ridiculous.
