Of all the auto parts stores this one is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly, understanding, and amazing. They never talk down to you, especially to females. They answer questions and go thr extra mile to make sure you get the exact part you need and without buying the overly priced ones.Dylan is very friendly. He helped with my light and my wiper. He was easy going, didn't make me feel dumb, even if I couldn't put my own wiper on.I really loved the atmosphere and how I was treated. If I could give more stars I would.

They got bad customer service don t bothered to go there they tools are not life time warranty. Recommend Harbor freight is a best option. They didn t earns my business.

Battery was dead. Service that gave me a jump (and determined my battery was on its last gasp) recommended OReilly's. Oscar was super helpful in advising me on the different battery options but also installing the new battery. Very happy with the service I received!

Do not buy tools here, they won't warranty them when they break, even though it's advertised as lifetime warranty. Instead I would recommend Farm Fleet Duracraft, Autozone Duralast, Sears/Ace Craftsman, Harbor Freight Pittsburgh tools these places I have never had an issue exchanging a lifetime warranty tool with or without receipt. I called this store explained I did not have the receipt for the broken tool I purchased a few years ago. I asked if the warranty was like other retailers and a no questions asked simple exchange. I was told to bring it into the store and we will see what we can do. Got there and was asked for a receipt/proof of purchase, which I already explained to them 45 mins prior on the phone that I didn't have. Instead of simply telling me no on the phone they wanted me to come down there in person to tell me that. I don't what's more insulting them not warranting the tool or them having me drive an hour and a half to tell me no in person.

I needed help with my key fobs. Talked to Raine & he said come by we can look. Kevin actually took the time to inspect & replace everything as Raine was tied up. They both are super fantastic!! Highly recommend.

Went there to get some steering fluid for my truck. The guy I talked to there was friendly and helpful on my questions I had with another issue I had going on with my truck. Never had issues going to an O'Reilly

The gentleman I worked with was so kind he came out and put in my brand new headlight for me I won't be taking my business anywhere, but here if that's the kind of customer service they provide. It's rare to find such great customer service. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family. Thanks you so much for such a wonderful experience.

Customer service was extremely helpful. Had an issue with my battery and they were kind enough to come out into the freezing weather and run some tests! Kind, helpful and brave enough to venture into Wisconsin winter chills... 5 stars all the way

Ryan was really helpful with my Subaru Outback battery replacement. He checked my car over, took his time, was honest. He was a joy to work with. O Reilly s should give him all the raises, all the money! He represented the company well. Would definitely return to this location.

I work next door and now for atleast the 2nd time I ordered what I needed online to pick up and it's not there or ready. I specifically choose products that are in their stores inventory but yet they are never there. So either the employees need to do a better job of inventory or somebody needs to fix a computer issue. This shouldn't happen so frequently.

Knowledgeable, polite, respectful employees who are very people oriented. Employees are always interested in what I'm working on with my car and have great input. Been a customer only recently to this store and felt very welcomed compared to their competitor down the street. Incredibly friendly and would highly recommend oreilly's to anyone. If you need it they will have it and if not they are more than happy to direct you to where you can get help...basing this off of conversations I over hear and phone calls I hear them answer.

I went in for brake pads and rotors for someone else to install. Not being a car guy, I wasn't sure of all the specs of my particular vehicle. Without hesitation, one of the staff went outside and looked under the car to find the answer I needed.

They saved Christmas. Never made me feel stupid while helping me get my windshield wipers going again. In the past they've also been very nice with helping me choose items to change the oil and spark plugs in my Harley . Yes they carry that stuff too. Thanks you!

O'Reilly Auto Parts in my experience is a great place to shop. Either in store or online shopping, you get wonderful customer service. I also like their hours of operation. If I needed a water pump at 5am, I could order it online and then go to the store to pick it up by 6am. Most O'Reilly store's don't close until 9pm, and some are open until 10pm. The last 2 things that make this store truly enjoyable are , 1st, what ever car part or tools that you might need, you can be certain that they have it in stock, or they can at least get it within 48 hours. The 2nd thing is that O'Reilly's store's are located in so many places, you can always find one fairly close by.

Came in around 8 am on 10/8. Me and one other customer in the store. The store manager was helping this customer while I waited in line. 3 Employees in the back talking and chatting. Stood there for 8-10 min or so, then just left. Drove one block down the street to Autozone, they greeted me right away. Got what I need from there. Won't be going to O'Reilly anymore.

I buy all my automotive parts there for all my friends and family as in people that find me to do work for them that I can save them a ton of money so staff there incredible at getting any part you can imagine especially the Stoughton road One I believe it is that's warehouse for their stores great job guys

This store blows. The employee I delt with didn't know how to work there, he didn't want to do the oil return and claimed it was against store policy. Mind you, I have gone to this store for years and always was able to return the unopened oil. The most recent being a month ago. We were always able to use the bathroom and exchange oil, but I guess not anymore. I don't know what employees you decide to hire, but they are straight up liars and rude. Not once did I raise my voice, yet the employee had some attitude to give me with his tone. I will make damn sure everyone I know does not come back to this place. They are going down hill, and it'll stay that way as long as the employees refuse to be honest and do their damn job.

Hello. I was a damsel in distress when Oscar helped me out and replaced my wiper. totally fell apart. It was a heavy rain day and knew I could not risk driving home 1.5 hours in the downpour.
