This NAPA Auto Parts is awesome and has very helpful employees. We stopped in just to get some fasteners and Zachary was very helpful in getting us exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend this store!

Car headlight burned out, I go there expecting to pay ~$60 for a pair of new headlights (average cost).Not only did employee Dao help me, but he gave me his "Bucket Deal" and I walked out with the pair of headlights, Headlight Restoration Kit ($28 value), AND a 5-gallon bucket!!Total cost? $62.33.You like to save money? Ask Dao about his "Bucket Deal" he gives his customers :)

I didn t get the staff s name, but I thought he (shaved head and masculine looking) provided really excellent service today. Hehelped me to locate all my items quickly and identified some sales that allowed me to save money.

Amazing staff, I worked with Kevin over the phone and he was able to find me a vintage part in no time at all!! I called everywhere else and nobody even knew what I was talking about. They earned all my business with a simple 15$ transaction.

Excellent counter service, great selection of parts and availability. Delivery available for commercial accounts. Parts quality is high, but so are the prices, check them out!

Went in looking for Loctite threadlocker gray. They didn't have it. They have never sold any. They looked it up online and gave me several phone#'s for Fastenal who is a Loctite distributer in town. Able to talked to Fastenal on my phone at Napa and my husband will need to look it up on Fastenal's website to figure out which one to get. PS: the assistant manager said they never have enough employees and they have a hiring drivers sign up. They usually have 20 trucks per day out delivering!

Sign on their door says they recycle batteries and oil. Employees inside won't accept oil. Don't waste people's time.

This a a joke, guys have a stick up their asses and unwilling to help. It's like you go there to get crap for free. Pick a different please, will never go back there for that kind of service, they really suck

This store sold me the wrong kind of CV axle without asking the necessary question to know which kind they should get. I ordered it from Amazon instead once I realized.

Napa is a little bit on the pricey side, but when you're in a jam and need parts, Napa seems to always have what other parts stores dont.
