My car died in the middle of traffic. I called Moore's towing and he arrived within 15 minutes. He had my car safely ready to tow away within 2 min of arriving. We tried to find a shop for a repair & I ended up leaving my vehicle with Moore's Towing to have it serviced. They found the problem and had it fixed by the next afternoon. The price was very reasonable. From start to finish, great customer service from a kind and professional guy! Hoping I don't need a tow anytime soon but I'll be a Moore's customer again if I do. Highly recommend!

Man threatened me when I drove by. No wonder people call AAA as opposed to this dingy little hole-in-the-wall scrap heap.

I don't think it is fair to give him a low rate from just one phone call or one short experience. You were mean!Well, he is impressive. You got to see his works. He professionally handles my car, and he is very gentle and careful. It was a frigid morning when I called him (below 0 degrees F). He came not long after I called.I came along with him to the dealer with my car on the back. He has been doing this professionally for decades. We had a great chat during the ride, and he shared how he was very committed to his works. I respect him, and I definitely would call him again if I need a similar service. And yes, I would recommend him a lot.Service: Car towing

This place deserves a 5 star review across the board!I had an emergency tire issue, they got my vehicle fixed and on the road within an hour of arriving. The guys at Moore s we re extremely helpful, fast and efficient. I own multiple work vehicles and I have used Moore's for all my maintenance needs for the last year.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for quick friendly service at an honest price.THANKS A MILLION MOORES!!!!!!Singed,SQUEAKY CLEAN

The place is great! They have always done a great job with my car and with fair prices. I have had multiple times where I have had my car towed there unannounced (it's old and it has the usual parts failing as it ages), and every time they tell me it will be done in x amount of time, and every time it is done much earlier than that. They will explain as much as I want to know about the parts and what needs to be fixed, and they never try to sell me on more than what I need. I have been going to them for years now and always use them. This is definitely a no-frills shop, as they seem to focus on getting the cars serviced efficiently, not a pretty store front. Always a great job!!!

Car wouldn't start so I called AAA and unfortunately they sent Moore's towing. They arrived a little late, I was quoted "within the hour" by the AAA representative and they showed up maybe 5 minutes after which wasn't terrible. They were quick to get the car up to tow it. The problem was the fact it took the guy nearly an hour to drive the car 9 MILES to the garage where I had been waiting. I called several times to figure out what happened and the guy told me they had to "stop to get fuel" Sorry but it doesn't take a hour to get fuel! Yikes

I called AAA and they called Moore's Towing and told them that my car wouldn't start. Moore's Towing gave me a call and said that someone would be there in the next 2 hours. (6 degrees out with a wind chill of way below 0) They called again (about an hour and a half later) to tell me that their truck would be there in the next 6 minutes. It was here in 3 minutes and the young man went right to work, started up my car, checked things over, reassured me that it would keep running if I didn't turn it off, and I would be able to get to Hanson's Auto Service with no difficulty, and he was right. He had 5 more stops already on his list. I appreciated their quick service and the friendly, qualified, young man they sent to solve my problem. I like Moore's Towing and what they did for me. I have been recommending them to everyone I talk to.

My muffler brackets broke while driving and they towed and fixed me up. The wait was pretty long - over an hour on a Monday morning, but maybe they were busy., They'd get a 4 for good repair work and a reasonable price, and a friendly driver. But when I got back in the car in REEKED of cigarettes. The shop smelled really strong too, so I'm sure any other cars they got in were probably stunk up.

AAA sent them to me for a flat tire. The wait time is my biggest complaint, but on one of the coldest days of the year, they seemed pretty busy. They work fast and are pleasant. Very respectable and get the job done.

Very unprofessional!I had horrible experiences with Mike on more than one occasion. Seems to me like they need to hire more people so that the staff they do have doesn't start yelling at customers by the end of the night. I was told he was on his way and he didn't show for another hour. Got screamed at when he did show up. And I was yelled at over the phone when I called to report him as well - seriously!On another occasion: No respect for time when you are in the shop wondering whether you should stay or go. Disregard for the customer in general and their need for information.From what I can tell these guys are only concerned with making a buck and will cut corners to do so. Starts with the owner and trickles down. Do not let AAA set you up with them - their incentives are misaligned.

The guys at Moores are great. I have lived in Madison my entire life and i can't tell you how many times they have helped me out. whether it was a tire problem or a dead battery they got there on time and fixed the problem or towed the car in and then fixed the problem (even once with my scooter) . They have always been completely honest with me and never jerked me around a bit. One word of advice...they are not a big shop and sometimes they get busy. Be patient.

Roger was my tow truck driver for today. They are a preferred provider for AAA, who I had to call because of a major issue with my front axle and tire! It was a traumatic experience but thankfully I was in a parking lot. He was extremely calming and reassuring and also had a sense of humor! If I didn't already have my own mechanic I would go to Moore's. They obviously know how to hire the right people! Thanks again Roger you helped make an unpleasant experience almost enjoyable.

Was driving east on Mineral Point around 6:10pm. One of their drivers started tailgating ne near Grand Canyon Dr. He was flashing his lights on and off and driving within 5 feet of my car. There were two cars neck and neck in front of me and I could not go any faster. The driver then passed all by using the bus lane. All if this so he could end up back at the shop same time as I passed it driving safely. Unsafe driver from this place!!

I've been doing regular business with Pete and Tom for about 8 years. They always do great work and charge me fair prices. Highly recommend them, including towing and road service too!

Awful experience! AAA assured me my car would be towed to the shop, even though they were informed that it could be jumped. Moore's showed up , jumped the battery, and refused to tow it. It was now "drivable" and not their problem. Very rude tow truck driver.

I needed a lot done on my car. They got me in the morning I called and had it ready for me that night. Wonderful service for an amazing price. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Company is racist. They have a statement on the back of some of their vehicles that says "We don't sell ice to Eskimos" Comm'on folks, this is Madison, do better.When I called to ask why, they hung up on me. When I called back to ask who it was that hung up on me, Tom invited me down to their office to do something about it. Really professional sounding.Do yourselves and your neighbors a favor and don't support racist wannabe toughguys and find a different service.

This is a review for their customer service. The only star is for Pam, the manager, who apologized for the poor attitude and lack of empathy from the first lady who answered the phone. Customer service is #1 in any SERVICE industry and it's unwise to keep someone on your payroll who is going to raise their voice and cop a major attitude in response to simple questions. Hope they realize this so nobody else has to put up with what I did today.

Great service towed my car right away fixed my brakes and noticed the bearing for the axle needed to be fixed which saved me alot of money from having to fix the whole rear end would recommend to everybody

Exceptional service. Quick, easy, great communication. Came when they said. Curious and careful. I don't always get towed... But when I do I Choose Moore's!

Needed battery jump start. I called and lady said that it would take 20 mins for tow truck to get there. He was there within 10mins. Will consider again.

They took a little bit longer than I thought they would to get me (45 minutes) but the service made up for it. The guy was really nice and pretty cool, not much more you could ask for.

Slow response (2 plus hour wait) on a quiet evening in Madison, home of dozens of towing companies. AAA should not use them as a provider.

Horrible locked of car and hung up on me. Called AAA worst service and will never use them ever again! Called lock smith time to arrive 15 mins.

The receptionist was extremely rude. The tow truck driver almost left without towing my vehicle because he didn't want to get out of his truck. Will not use this business again.

If you're looking for reliable service DO NOT call Moore's!!! I waited 3 hours for these idiots and finally gave up. Mind you, I was on the priority list!!! Beyond pathetic!!

Very unprofessional very rude over the phone I asked for a manager she wouldn't give me a name and when I called back after I fixed the triple a situation she asked why did I call her ghetto because that's the way she presented herself I don't see this business lasting long with employees like the one I talked to over the phone
