By far the best dealership experience I've ever had in my many years of purchasing cars. From the get go when placing my order for a custom Mini cooper S convertible everything was smooth and painless. Butch, the sales person, was incredibly courteous and responsive. Once my car was ready for delivery, I went to the dealership expecting, as anyone who has dealt with shady dealerships in the past would, some sort of unpleasant surprise. But nope, till the very end they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and that the experience was a pleasant and happy one.I went to the dealership with the family, and upon seeing my children, the sales manager offered them coloring books and little toy minis. It was an incredible gesture to put a smile on their faces. This is how car buying should be. I know next time I'm in the market for a mini or bmw, I'll be going to the Madison dealer.

I have had an enjoyable experience with Mini of Madison. When I purchased the vehicle, they were attentive. Today was my first oil change and checkup and they were fantastic, friendly, and sent a video of the service afterwards explaining the checkup. Happy I went with Mini!

Excellent service. Everyone was so friendly. Helpful with all my questions about my 2007 Mini. I couldn't be happier will all the service I received. The salesmen were so friendly, just to chat. I would recommend to anyone that has a Mini Cooper!!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing a new car here. When significant, unexpected challenges (through no fault of MINI of Madison whatsoever) came up with my order, Jeff Mason and Karl Barton went above and beyond in facilitating a great and timely resolution. Their can-do attitude and friendly, approachable demeanor made all the difference. Special thanks to Karl in particular for making the entire car buying experience from start to finish not just easy, but plain fun, too. And thanks to Theresa Blair for facilitating the smooth wrapping up of the financial aspect of this transaction.

From start to finish, EVERYTHING was smooth like oil. I worked with Brandon and Theresa, both of which were very professional and extremely helpful. They put me in the car I wanted and I drove home happy. When in the market for another car I will definitely check in and see what they have.

Speaking from someone that s been in sales most of my life, I absolutely had the upmost respect for Karl. He was so patient with me and truly made me feel welcome. He was wonderful with my daughter even that was impatiently waiting for all the paperwork to be signed. I had such an amazing experience here and would recommend to anyone. Karl this career suits you very well and I m fortunate to have gotten the opportunity to have you by my side.

Great experience from start to finish. Butch was an amazing salesman , very professional and was very respectful of my time. Jeff the sales manager was highly engaged with the sale and kept things moving forward while keeping my wife and I informed on everything every step of the way. Also, Theresa in financing went the extra mile to ensure there were no issues at the day of delivery ensuring all our paperwork was in order. Appreciate the level of effort on all ends. I really appreciate Butch helping out with securing winter tires, all the charging instructions and of course helping with the load out. Thanks again for all the hard work.

I have had all the work needed done on my car at the dealership. The service staff has always been extremely friendly and beyond helpful. It s well worth the money I pay to get my service done here. I greatly appreciate my car in a heated bay when I pick it up!! Thank you for all of your support.

I had some service issues with my MINI and best reliable mechanics end up being at the Mini of Madison.Combined with a superior customer service from Marissa Downing, this is the one and only place I would go, so I personally highly recommend them!Marissa understood importance and urgency, each and every time I needed help. She was able to make things happen when other reps couldn t. Mechanic there was throughout during his inspections and was able to find issues when other auto repair service places couldn t! I cannot say enough of a how highly experienced and knowledgeable both Marissa and her team is. Her communications back are always complete and thought out, avoiding any time otherwise wasted on follow up questions!Extremely happy with the service I received!!!

Very pleased once I got someone to answer the phone and once I got there. Your chat app does NOT work as I had requested a call back and never got one after two days. But at the dealer the folks were friendly, the process was super easy. I should have just driven up to the service door rather than bother calling! I drove my car in, chatted with service, and got an Uber home paid by Mini. I was not told until after that I could have had a loaner car That would have been helpful. Nonetheless it was all quite easy and a pleasure. What really made this a great experience were the text updates and the video of the mechanic going over my car! Very cool and impressive. Price for a new battery installed was also quite reasonable. We will be back for sure for our next need, with confidence we will be treated well and billed fairly.

I d like to start this review off by saying that all my experiences with the service department have been great. Both Marissa and Jake have been kind to me. This review is in regards to the sales and financial side.I m on my third Mini. I love these cars. Up until now, I ve had great customer service all around from them. Over the last few months I had been trying to get Karl in sales to get back to me in regards to a new lease, but he s ghosted me twice. At some point I figured I might as well just buy out my soon to be done lease so I called a few days ago to speak with someone in the finance department. Coincidentally, I was initially connected with Karl. He said he would have someone call me back then hung up abruptly. I called back a few hours later and after speaking with someone else, I was forwarded to the appropriate voicemail for Denise. I left a voicemail and didn t hear back. The next day, I decided to just drive out to Madison from Milwaukee to try to connect with someone in person. I walked in and Karl was sitting at his desk. I mentioned I had called the day before. I also mentioned to him that I would have really liked to lease a new Mini at some point, but he had ghosted me twice. He then said he would send Denise an email and she would call me back. I still have not heard from Denise. On another note, if you have a customer standing in front of you talking about how they would have liked to have leased a new Mini had you just followed through, wouldn t you apologize and offer to look into what s available while you wait for the financial person to get out of their meeting? Behind me and to my left was a hybrid Mini with big white numbers on it saying it was discounted over $11K. Seems like you d like to move one of those maybe? I had $3500 cash on me ready to put down on a new lease (just in case), but oh well. No wonder people buy cars from carmax and the like.

Excellent Customer Service, no hassle. I bought 2 new keys for my 04 R53, Herby Cooper Jralmost 2 years ago. Shortly after I thought my supercharger went out so my car sat for 6 months. I replaced the supercharger among several other parts as well as a new battery & the new key remote stopped working. So today I brought Herby back for a check up. They gave me a loaner to get to my VA appt as I live in Rockford and dont make it to Madison often. I thought it would need reprogramming, however, it only needed initializing and took them no time at all. They had it fixed b4 I made it back from my appt and I took Eleni out for a spin... nice 4 door... Thank You Mini of Madison.

My service appointment was very nice. At checkin, my concerns were already in the computer. He made notes on my service ticket and asked some questions to make sure everything would be addressed. Checkout was easy.

they promised me a loaner car, neglecting to provide information on their VERY STRICT policy that states you have to be 21 to get a loaner car. So, when i went to drop my car off, expecting a loaner car, they denied me. THEY messed up, and will not make an exception. However, they were able to repair my car the same day. Speedy service, but giving misinformation, and not taking responsibility for it.

I had a busy weekend and not a lot of time to waste. They got me in on such short notice and were very detailed and thorough with what went wrong and where. They sent a full video of all the problems and concerns. Along with this was your classic invoice detailing how much everything was including labor. 10/10 would recommend!

Every step of the service experience here was top notch. We were kept informed from the moment we dropped the car off to when we picked it up and drove away with a much-improved automobile. The staff are all very friendly and professional, and it was nice to have special touches like the video tour of the engine and under bits of the car.Thank you.

This is my 2nd Mini and Zimbrick did a nice job again.Jeff, the sales manager, was particularly amazing because there were problems with my order due to shipping complications (not a Mini nor a Zimbrick issue). He rallied to the rescue and we appreciate everything he did.I gave my 10 year old Mini (Alice Cooper) to my son in Flagstaff, who is enjoying him and loves driving with shift paddles. Now I just have to find a great name for the new green guy.

The employees were courteous. The service was completed efficiently. They even sent a video clip of what items were checked.The only suggestion I would have is to look at improving the ambiance of the waiting area.Thanks Mini of Madison for taking care of my mini!

This is our second car from MINI of Madison and I'm still as impressed as I was the first time. Our salesman was knowledgeable, and attentive but not pushy. I appreciated that they remembered my color preference and took time to notify me when it was available again.The paperwork end was well explained and the new features were pointed out to us. In total, they spent a couple of hours with us.We were pretty pleased with the previous MINI, I'm sure we'll enjoy this one as much or more.

Great service and mostly great communication. Last time we had a keyfob made/programmed, it was <$500. Not sure what changed this time. Otherwise they took good care if us and the Mini Cooper S.

I tried purchasing a high end vehicle from this location. However, the sales rep keeps saying he will contact me back and never does. I am out of state, as I buy most vehicles from outside dealers and this dealer won t respond back. When they do call back, he mentions he ll give me an update and then never does. The vehicle stays available on their website to this day. If you guys do not want to sell vehicles to the surrounding states, you should mention that on your website.
