Friendly service. However, didn't fix the issue my car was having. Made it worse according to my mechanic back home, who has worked on my vehicle the 12 years I have had it. Didn't even do a dye diagnostic or offer one to find out where the oil was leaking from. Which was the first thing my mechanic did once he got it in his shop. Thankfully I was able to make the 8 hour drive home without my engine blowing up. If you need an oil change or something simple, sure go here. Anything else more complicated. Just don't.

The experiences are hard to describe. I was helped the majority of occasions I went to Midas. I've had to jump through hoops to prove my car has the issues I went to the mechanic to have fixed. Often required to make videos of my experiences driving before I would instantly receive acknowledgement that my car had an issue. The boss here told me to ignore brake noise multiple times. He has a sign on his property that says don't ignore that noise. He told me today that he couldn't find an issue with my car pulling to the right so he no longer wished to work on my vehicle. I posted another video on the internet of the car pulling to the right while accelerating. It changed lanes and you can see the wheel turn. I caught him lying and he decided to refuse service to me in the future. The Owner presents himself as man who would give you a great experience at Midas. He can also choose to manipulate your experiences and deny your issues because he doesn't want to service your vehicle.

Was so relieved to find this place after the auto shop at the dealership I purchased my car from treated me poorly and then told me everything would be out of warranty and cost $$$ oh. And they couldn t repair anything for at least a month due to workload anywho, this isn t about them. John, the shop manager was kind, thorough and got me in ASAP. Cost/service excellent (verified through my blue collar mechanic of a father). Very pleased with everything!

Recommend to me by a former employee of this shop. I needed a creative solution for my conversion van. John was the right person and had a simple solution that will likely out last the vehicle.

I was on my way out to work yesterday and noticed I had a flat tire! What a bummer? It s my first week at my new job! So I had to think quick, I haven t changed a lot of tires in my day so I wasn t sure I knew what I was doing! I ended up calling my 16 year old out of school to aid me in changing my tire! We realized there was a nail in it !! Stressed and panicking I made an appointment at Midas to get a new tire! Living on a prayer and my credit card the nice man told me he had a tire that fit and I could come in at 3:00pm! The cost came out to $220.00!! At this point I m stressed out to the MAX! But I had to get it taken care of to get to work next week my son and I used what trash tools we had and got the tire off and the donut on! Yay! Made it to Midas earlier than scheduled to find out the tire could be fixed! It only cost $40.00! I could have cried the way the whole day went! The gentleman was so nice and helpful, and I am so very appreciative, and greatful for honest understanding mechanics he could have sold me a new tire but instead they fixed it for me! Thank you for the wonderful fast and friendly service!

Took my car in a couple weeks ago because I was hearing a weird noise. They were able to tell me exactly the problem. Although they were not able to fix the issue they gave me a great recommendation where to go to have it fixed. I will definitely come back for car maintenance

I get my oil changed here regularly. Always courteous and professional. They have a courtesy vehicle inspection that s comprehensive. John takes the time to walk me through the inspection and answers all of my questions! Yes knowledgeable and helps me make an educated decision about what repairs I will or won t make.The repairs come with a quote so you know up front what the cost would be. There s no pressure at all to get the services, just an explanation of what s going on with your vehicle.I ve been impressed with the whole team and they ve definitely earned my trust. This was my first time coming to Midas, the place I usually take my car couldn't get me in until next week and I needed my car sooner than that. I got my bottom shield fell off 5 days after oil change. It happened on the highway and almost got a fire if I didn t stop on time.

Call them about 10:00 in the morning got me in at 4:00 that same day had me in and out in about an hour vehicles driving great got some new tires they put them on and got the tires wasn't too expensive either these guys did really good even talked to the mechanic as well it seemed like a nice guy you guys will be seeing me in the future!!!!!Service: Tires

My SUV started to leak oil, called my local Midas and I had my car back within 5 hours. I will continue to do business with them as long as I live in the area. I called around for pricing at other shops and Midas was around $500 cheaper. Alex and John were transparent and honest. I would highly recommend to anyone. Absolutely don t go here. Zero stars. I had repairs done that didn t last. The belt tensioner was replaced once and then repaired again under warranty. However it failed again. Apparently only expect them to last 1,000 miles when getting them replaced here. I feel very suspicious about it considering they broke my AC compressor and hose during a repair , so I m truly left to wonder if anything else was screwed up while my car was there and brushed under the rug. I had to go to a different mechanic to get the belt tensioner replaced, but at least I can trust it now. Save yourself the time, headache, and money and go somewhere else from the beginning.

I went to Midas because when I called them for an appointment, they were able to get me in the next day to see what was wrong with my car. They also seemed concerned that I was driving my car with the Break light on. When I brought my car in, I waited until they found out what was wrong with my car. Not only did they tell me what was wrong they also showed me. It was great not feeling like the "woman who knows nothing"! They could have upped their charge as they were not sure if the Master cylinder was bad and could have just told me it was. Because they were not sure of how long the job would take, they even gave me a loaner!! I will definitely be (and already have) passing their name onto people I know and I will be back with my car. Staff was nice. I didn t have to wait long. However, I had a low tire pressure light that came on the same day and I had a light on for low washer fluid. On the inspection sheet they checked off the green boxes for my tire pressure and washer fluid. I was bummed to see that I got in my car to leave and both lights were still on meaning that my tire pressure and washer fluid were never actually checked. They just checked off the boxes.Service: Oil change

Great, friendly and efficient service. Had a weird grinding noise with my car today and they squeezed me in on short notice. A tech rode along with me for a sound analysis and he was quickly able to identify the problems. The analysis was supposed to cost $32 but I was thrilled that they waived the fee when I elected to have the service done(brakes and rotors).The best thing about the visit was that they physically showed me the problem before just telling me what I had to have done. Also, the estimated wait time was an hour and a half for service and I was out in 45 minutes.

I've taken my car in a few times, and they seem like reasonable people. The service has been good, and very quick as well. The mechanics are friendly and willing to explain what's going on and let you make your own decisions. I plan on coming back here.

Even though the staff was nice, they tried to tell my daughter she needed over $1500 worth of work. When she thought that was extreme she brought it to our hometown mechanic who found that what they suggested was greatly exaggerated...they were close to not releasing her car back to her. She went in for an oil change and.one week later when our mechanic checked the whole car over he said it looked at the oil and it was at 43% and had appeared to not have been changed. Very disappointing!

I had a seized front brake caliper. They got me in the shop within an hour of calling. Great Covid procedures followed. Called me with the diagnosis and several repair options, which was awesome given it is a high mileage SUV. We ultimately chose to have them replace both front calipers since we didn't want to have a problem with the other in the future. Also replaced rotors and pads, because the one side that had seized wore the parts significantly. Price was very fair compared to other brake work I've had done. Work faster than expected too. Very pleased.

I was reluctant to go here based on the reviews but they were the only shop open at the time and I had two flat tires that needed fixing. They fixed them right away since I was waiting. When I discovered that the person who towed me there had accidentally detached a spring that keeps the seat from moving back/forth, they fixed that free of charge even though it wasn't their fault. Everyone that I dealt with was very nice. I would definitely go back.

I came in after my truck started roaring whenever I gave it gas; I expected it to be a major problem with the exhaust. After two minutes on the lift, the guys figured out that I was missing an oxygen regulator cap (if I remember correctly) and they happened to have a spare one lying around. They put it on free of charge and I was on my way within minutes. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Go here if you want to be scammed. I took my car there because my brakes failed. They did an inspection and told me that pretty much everything needed to be replaced, drums, pads, rotors, you name it. The price tag was $1,800. I turned them down, put my car on a trailer, and took it to a mechanic I really trust. My mechanic looked at it and said that most of what Midas wanted to replace was still good. He did the necessary work for $500.

I wanted to Midas to check my tires around noon. There were three staffs in the office eating sandwiches. When I asked the service, the first response was "Unfortunately, we don't have people who can do the work" although there were three staffs! It was unbelievable so I left the office quickly. I went to a different place and they checked my tires. It took 10 min. I won't use Midas in Madison anymore.Service: Tires

The manager, John, is always very friendly. I feel like I can ask questions and am getting honest answers. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my service. I was also happy that they put up with my schedule changing and having to reschedule twice.
