Fantastic, if you're in the area and you're vehicle isn't feeling well the staff at this location have you covered. They do fantastic work at a comparable price all with a friendly kind smile.This was my first time at this location and I can say definitively I will definitely be coming back in the future for my car needs. My car and I felt very welcome and were taken care of quickly, originally I was informed that it would likely be an all day process but the kind staff managed to squeeze me in and I was done a lot sooner than I expected.Now my car is no longer growling like a feral animal (wheel bearing), this makes me happy as I start to go a little crazy when my car isn't happy. Moreover as I mentioned above they got me in very quickly, as I had originally called a bunch of shops only to be told it would be two weeks out of more (this shop got me in the next day). I would also like to point out that this is a family owned (franchise) location, not some corporate overlord run shop.Thank you for checking out my review, I hope you have a wonderful day and get your vehicle back to happily operating so you can enjoy some time out.-GhosT

The gentlemen at the Meineke Car Care Center were outstanding!The job repair was done well and they pointed out something that they fixed that the last oil change business (Jiffy Lube) screwed up.Even more, there was an issue with credit card; they went far and beyond to sort out the situation until it was resolved.Thank you, Meineke!

Mine was not a good experience. My car had issues ( immediately)after coming out of the shop it did not have before going in, and the owner did not want to take care of the problem.He said they shouldn't have to pay for the problem, and that it was just a coincidence the car had problems after they were done with it. That's one hell of a coincidence. He didn't want any responsibility for anything. Be careful before you go here. Theycare more about your money than they do you.

Called and made an appointment for my daughter for an oil change. I mentioned the $15 coupon from the web and the guy said just mention it tomorrow at the appointment. My daughter got the oil change, mentioned the coupon and was abruptly told that she couldn t get it because she didn t mention it ahead of time. My daughter is not the kind of person to raise a fuss, so she paid the full amount. I think it was ridiculous especially since I mentioned it when making the appointment. I hope it was worth the $15 to lose a customer forever.

The tires were ordered and put on my car within a few days. The tires are high quality for an affordable price. John and staff were kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

I did not have a great experience at this location. I went in for a brake inspection and fully knew I needed my brake pads replaced. When the inspection was completed, I was told I needed new brake pads, rotors and other add ons like and oil change (I declined the oil change, as I was not due for one). The estimate was around $1,200. I informed the worker that I had a 50% off brakes coupon that was on their website and he applied it to the estimate. I have a mechanic brother in law who lives out of state and consulted with him on the price. He told me to just do the brake pads since they needed replacement but rotors were not warped and not showing signs of replacement, so to hold off on that. I told the workers that I wanted to just replace the brake pads, and that was all and they continued to all 3 whisper amongst each other in hopes to make me feel dumb and end up agreeing to the cost. I insisted to just do the brake pads, this is when Gary stepped in and started to ring up a new estimate and estimated me at around $420 for new brake pads and an oil change. Again I said no to the oil change. He then also informed me I could not use my coupon anymore because it had to be a full service, which the coupon did not say. He then tried to say it was just for participating Meineke's, even though the coupon had their address on it and was pulled from their location on the Meineke. He insisted he would not honor it and brought the price up to $550. I declined and said I would not being doing business with them. At this point the shop was closing and he said I could not take my car, and would have to get it the next day because he couldn't bring it down from the bay, so I had to leave without my car. The next morning he called and said he would honor the coupon and all of the sudden the price dropped down to $238 and again he tried to add on the oil change. I agreed to this price only because he dropped it significantly. However I will never go to a Meineke again due to their lack of professionalism and trying to bully me into paying more money, refusing a valid coupon and doing more services then were needed. Gary apologized and said if he had been involved from the start there wouldn't have been confusion or an issue, but Gary was the one who kept bringing up the price and providing poor customer service.

Meineke does a great job. We have been coming there for over 25 years. When our kids had issues they were always there. I have learned having one place know about your vehicle has been a blessing

Great customer service! Staff was very sweet and explained every detail of what they were doing with the price breakdown. Was able to take care of my car same-day when I had a tire/break failure. Thank you guys!!!

I went there today for a brake change. They asked for my name, my home address, my phone number, and my email address!I told them none of these are needed for changing the brake and they refused service so I walked out.These places are gathering your information to sell them to other similar companies so all of them can spam you.When I go to Walmart to buy something, I don't need to give them any of this information. Don't obey these garbage companies and give them everything they ask for.

Incompetent front desk worker . Told him to take my tire that I have on the spare to take it off and put it on this original rim because it s an original size tire . He got confused and had the opposite done to my vehicle . He just took my spare tire and the spare rim and put it on . Charged me for the first repair which was 88and then when I told him to fix the mistake he tried charging me $100 more when he should have done it right the first time . Also $88 for a mount and balance for 1 tire is insane max I have seen is $35 per tire at more places . Do not go here total rip off

Rude, not customer-focused, and ignorant.When I went to schedule an appointment I told them the make and model, and what I thought was wrong with it (CV drive axles). After dropping it off in the morning and waiting three hours with no news, I called them. They said they looked at it and confirmed what I thought it was, but said there are "no aftermarket parts" for it. This is a complete lie. Auto-zone, O'Reillys, and the Firestone shop down the road (where I went after) all had parts available for it. They charged me $168.20 to look it over or rather to lie to my face. Would not recommend this place. borderline scam.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection

I brought my car in initially for an exhaust issue, but added on an oil change as well. The staff pointed out some issues with my tires and were able to also add two new tires on as well. They accomplished all of this in a very reasonable amount of time. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. I had an oil change and tire rotation. It was very easy and convenient to book the appointment online for the next day. The price was reasonable and there was a $20 off sale. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 since the appointment took one hour instead of the 45 minutes that was estimated. The staff was not friendly and they were extremely condescending. They made me feel bad for not knowing much about my car and they were not the Meineke family I had gotten to know at a different location.

I brought my vehicle into this Meineke shop in Madison and wanted them to check out a noise that I thought was a muffler issue. Not only did they check out the vehicle, but also identified a potential prior service at the dealership that was not performed properly. They took a video of the improper install. So that I could take it back to the dealership for resolution. They did not charge me at all and they were very helpful and friendly. I would trust future repairs to them give them they re very honest and thorough evaluation and diagnosis.

My daughter has brought her car here for oil changes since it was brand new..She was in town and I told her I would change her oil here. I have been working on cars for over 40 years at all levels.I have never in my life seen a stripped out oil drain plug! It s about the most simple basic job that even a hack could perform without issue.This Meineke center was the first place I have seen screw something up that s so easy.I called them and spoke to a very nice person who informed me that the tech who worked on my daughters car was no longer working there like that was some sort of relief for me?I asked who was going to fix her car and was told to call corporate! Nice! so this place screws up your car and says to call someone else.Anyone with a brain knows what that leads to!They also ripped the access panel in two spots.The access panel was also missing one screw and one was the wrong size like it came from another vehicle?They overtightened the drain plug so tight I had to use a BREAKER BAR to loosen it.The threads were obviously stretched and stripped which destroyed the ID threads on the pan when it was removed.Also had to use a 1/2 drive ratchet after I broke the plug loose to remove the plug the rest of the way as the threads were now reaming the pan threads out.Never use this place if you value your car and potential future headaches that you will wind up paying for.I ve added pictures of the drain plug which are hard to see but trust me they are destroyed. I m a 40 plus year toolmaker that has worked with threads, metal and cars my whole life.I m sure they get some jobs right and have decent mechanics there but it means nothing to me as they do not stand up behind the job some former hack did to my daughters car.

Update: 2 year and 2500 in services at the dealer later, I m still having issues with my breaks. The dealer confirmed these are all from a bad break installation. I cannot stress enough, DO NOT GO HERE!Update: now after the break job they did already cost me an extra 600 bucks at another place, my new brakes are squeaking. Got em changes less than a year ago and don t drive much due to the pandemic. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR! They do bad work and they re more expensive than just going to a dealer.Took my car in to get the breaks replaced. By the time I got home after it was done my back right wheel was smoking. Called and they had me bring it back in and fixed it. Then a couple months later a wheel speed sensor went out. The Jeep dealership said it was because the wires were burned up. Tried to call meineke and they wanted to charge me to inspect it. Guess I d rather pay don miller 600 bucks to fix it since I know it will actually be fixed when they re done and not cost me more money down the road. Meineke would have noticed this when they reinspected after their first eff up. But the didn t say anything. Basically did it wrong the first and second time. Then I still had to take it elsewhere to be repaired. Total cost for new break pads at this point is about 3k. Won t be returning.

The team here was great! They got my car in quick and got right to work on it. They called to inform me of the estimate after inspection. After agreeing to the amount they we re able to get the work done within 24hrs. I had called many auto shops to see how long it would take and the quickest place other than Meineke said they would have my car back to me in 7 or 8 days I called Meineke and they said we can get it in right away and depending on how quick we can get the parts if needed, we can get it back to you tomorrow and worst case scenario the work may go into the next day. I was thrilled with how they stuck to that timeline and delivered! Everyone was very professional, friendly and understanding. Just overall excellent experience.Service: Auto brake repair

I used to go to the dealership for oil changes and such, but I'm 100% coming here in the future. They were so helpful, talked me through what I would need and what I didn't need, were very transparent about where my car was at during the process, and the price is very reasonable. On top of all of that, the service was quick. These are the people you should be going to for your car service work.
