They came thru for me while I was in a very bad spot. They came when they said they would and didn't give me any type of run around. Got a tow from Madison to Janesville and I was very surprised at the total. Very competitive prices. And the driver (Marc) was a very down to earth person. Can't stand uppity people. Would suggest them over anybody!

Car broke down on interstate in the middle of the night. They showed up on time like they quoted and had the best prices, even for an after hours call. Will never call anyone else, great service, great communication and great price can't beat it

I called and got a price for tow, when they called me to take payment the price increased over $100. They came down in price but not to what we originally agreed to. Other than the price discrepancy they did a good job and got to our vehicle in reasonable time.

Im not a car girlie at ALL and couldnt get ahold of my dad. I was stuck for six hours talking with insurance not knowing what to do because this is my first car and my tire exploded on the side of the road. I finally called Maurice and Sons and they got me back home, car towed, tire fixed for the same price my insurance tried to charge me for just a tow AND in just and hour. I got a used tire put on and was able to pick my car up the very next day. I was soo beyond grateful. I make all of my friends and coworkers put his number in their phones, and you should too!!

I love this company they are fast Polite and very safe with your vehicle. The customer service is outstanding. The prices are very reasonable. Great service and quality work! We had a flat tire and no spare on a Sunday. When most places are closed we called Maurice and Sons and they took care of us. They replaced our tire quickly and for a great price. Highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Called at 11:30, told me to text their number my location and a guy would show up in 30 minutes. Waited 30 minutes, nobody was there so I asked again, said the eta was 30 mins. Waited another 30 mins, then there was no response for 30 mins! Horrible service, don t call on them if you need anything urgently!

Maurice & Sons Automotive were great! I was in such a pickle this evening and I called multiple Automotive Tow Trucks but Maurice came right away at my service. I lived close to 30 miles away from the place my car broke down and he was willing to help drive my car all the way there without a doubt. A gentleman named mark (sorry if its spelled wrong) came and got my crew cab long bed truck and was able to tackle the job quickly and had an amazing attitude. Great service & friendly highly skilled staff. They helped me get my roommate s car towed at $85 when a different towing company was trying to charge me $170-$180 claiming that the car being an SUV and not having a key will cost me more. Thank you guys!

These guys amazing. Was stranded east of Madison. With a rim that blew out and no spare at 10pm at night. After calling pretty much every tow shop in the 608 and They were the only ones that would come out towed my truck back to his shop. Sold me a rim and tire off one of his truck. I called around 11:30 and was told they d be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes roll by and I called again asking if the tow was on the way, was told to wait 15 more minutes since they were dropping off a car, which is respectable. But a whole hour came by and it was already 1:30 and the tow didn t show up at all. Very unprofessional with telling a customer they d be at their assistance and end up not showing.

Ive had to use them a few times. They showed up with a quickness. To my car and myself to where i needed and were pretty cheap compared to the other companies around.. drivers were really cool good people. I will only use them from now on.. and most definitely recommend to any of my friends or family

It was the middle of the night and me and my family was in the middle of no we re .I called this company and they located us and was there in less then 5/10 minutes and got me and my family to a safe location. My vehicle was towed at a very reasonable price and was fixed at a price we couldn t believe. Thank you Maurice and son for all that you all do on a daily. Your company need to really be recognized more in the 608 area!! Your guys are phenomenal!!! Don t stop what you all are doing!!! 10 PM on the highway, my brakes failed and I had to pull over onto the shoulder. Maurice (my bad if I got the wrong name) arrived within an hour and was courteous enough to drop me off home (only a mile away from where my brakes failed) before taking my car to their shop. Less than a day later, it was fixed and he even drove me over to retrieve it. I don't leave reviews often but he was amazing and very understanding of the situation, incredibly helpful for someone like me facing their ever first car problems. The only thing I could nitpick is that I was expecting them to call me with updates throughout the day, but I didn't get any so I had to call them myself -- not enough to take away from a 5-star review. The owner was very accommodating, The service Was fast and personable. I felt like the mechanic was working just for me, and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle the entire time. Found out he has many other services besides Auto repair. He pretty much had you cover on your Towing, roadside assist, body work, and Vehicles for purchase etc. Pricing is very reasonable. This had to be one of my favorite auto shops in Dane County. Every time I'm in a jam, no matter the time of day, they always come prepared for the situation, and the cost always seems like a blessing. I can't say enough deserving positive things about Maurice & Sons.

Fantastic service I cannot recommend them more! Really helped me out with my two flat tires and towed me to the repair shop. They service all over WI and are prompt about arriving. This business goes the extra mile and genuinely cares about the people they help. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Maurice and Sons, specifically Darnell. I had a flat tire that I could not get off of my car, and Darnell handled it with easy. Everyone was so professional. Darnell let me know when he would arrive, was timely, personable, and efficient. They were willing to drive farther out of Madison to help me in Belleville, and the price was still right where I would expect it to be. I would gladly use Maurice and Sons anytime!Service: Tire change

I recently got my control arm and stabaleizer fixed this past weekend. I could not afford the quote for labor and parts so I went to the junk yard instead and payed labor which was $200. apparently the part I got did not fit correctly or wasn't the right part, so instead of calling me and telling me that I have the wrong part and should get a new one he put it on instead and put in the notes of my receipt that it "may be the wrong part". When I came to pick my car up and pay I was told that the part was incorrect but it can "still drive". when I pulled off I was shown immediately that I can't drive over 20mph without my wheel shaking violently. when I came back to voice my concerns I was told there was nothing he can do about it even though he could have called me to let me know what was going on. that I shouldn't drive over 35mph and if I wanted it fixed it would be an additional $50. I am very unsatisfied with the service I received from this black owned establishment and Maurice & his kids outta be ashamed!

Wonderful service.Very patient with crying, stressed out women. Prices are very reasonable and service was pretty fast esp concerning it was a weekend! Very happy and would HIGHLY recommend.Update: Still highly recommend, saved the crazy woman again! Call them in a crunch and they well have your back! Had me back on the road before the end of the day! If I could give another 5*s I bet much would!

Both the gentlemen I spoke with were very polite and super helpful. The price for towing my car was reasonable, and they were very effective at communicating times. Tonight I locked my keys in my car. I googled Roadside Assistance near me and Maurice and Sons popped up so I called. The service was AMAZING! The person I spoke with said they would come in about 25 to 30 minutes. Mark, the Service Tech, was there in 20 minutes! It took him about 2 minutes to open my door. In addition to being extremely fast and friendly, he was funny! The cost was very reasonable too! I will now be a loyal customer and I will tell my friends and family about them too! Kudos to Mark!

Locked my keys in the car with my phone. Was able to get someone to call Maurices. Very fast and friendly. Cost me about $60 but it was middle of the night and it was super fast response. Schmidt just hung up after saying they were busy. Definitely recommend them instead.
