BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!They do not stand behind their word, they are rude, and dishonest. Bought a used transmission for $500 that had a 30 day warranty in writing even and found out after installing it that it was no good. I brought it back 4 days after purchasing it and was rudely given another one and was told it should ve worked. The old junk one was put back on the shelf next to the other ones for sale. I installed the new one and it was completely junk and wouldn t even move. The owner doesn t have the decency to answer my phone calls or messages. I would advise finding a trustworthy and reputable place to use instead.

Junked two of my cars with Madison auto tow truck driver was pretty cool, they were flexible and time friendly with pickups good prices definitely would use again in future thanks guys!!!

Fast, courteous, efficient, hassle-free; these guys are absolutely top shelf! From my first call to the time that they picked up my car was a couple of hours, same day service. My experience with them was simply awesome! I highly recommend Madison Auto Recycling LLC. They were, quite simply, the best auto salvage and recycler that I have ever used. I'll be back again!!

Great place to deal with! I called and with in an hour and a half Clayton was there to pick up my junker. Very nice and professional young man and cash money paid. I m very pleased with the service!!

Was sent to Max for an alignment on my Tahoe after the previous 4 shops i went to were not able to do it for various reasons. Not only did they get it done, but they did a great job and for a great price as well. They also let me leave my truck there for a few days since I was going out of town after dropping it off to them. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

Called set up a price and I was gone at work so my girlfriend was home when they pick up my car they put it on the truck before paying and they gave me lot less then what was agreed

I took my car in for an issue with one tire. I was offered two used tires (great condition) and then and oil change was done. I was also let know about a couple of other work that i should think about doing. I have to say that I didnt realize how poorly my car was running until after the service. It runs and sounds so much better with new oil (something I neglect alot) I've already told a few others about this place because I will def be back.

They just string you along and never answer important questions so when you have them come out and it s not what they want they get mad because they never responded. They are only screwing themselves over. Good luck staying open.

Lead me on for days just to ultimately ghost me. If you can t take a vehicle just put your big boy pants on and say we can t do it. Easy as 123. Had me take two half days off work for absolutely nothing. Pathetic.

I see the reviews but I am sorry they are very rude on the phone, We tried calling to see if they take clean steel since we have over 12 tons, and the guy who answered shouldn't work at Mcdonald's. Remember it takes years to gain 1000 customers it takes seconds to lose them.

Set up 2 separate appointments to have a vehicle picked up. First time it didn't get put in their schedule, second time we were ghosted entirely and waited around all afternoon for no one to show up. After that we tried to contact them again (wondering if weather had caused the no-show) and both calls/messages were ignored.

They provided fast towing after scheduling, which in my case was the next day at 8:00 a.m. I also like that they're open late so that they don't get off of work the same time everyone else does. Good people there. I had to wait a bit given that someone had stepped out and took the cash box with him, but I didn't mind. I recommend them to anyone who needs their old car gone and will use them again if the situation ever happens again.

Called the guy up and set a time to pick up my junked vehicle the next day. He was very understanding that my taxi was a bit late. Very friendly service. If it happens with my next vehicle these are the guys i will call. Hands down an easy experience.

I didnt get names of who I worked with but the boss was really kind and helpful and even worked with me to pay me through venmo, as i couldnt be there when they actually came to pick it up!!! As soon as they picked the vehicle up, within minutes I had the money over the phone & not to mention the tow driver drove in the snowstorm. Good company

Will beat anyone's pricing for junk vehicles, they even tow it away for free! Friendly, fast customer service, I can go here and know I'm not being ripped off on repair or labor costs! 11/10 highly recommend. BEST PLACE AROUND!

The engine in my Hyundai Elantra died! Hyundai would not fix it, due to mileage. I am disabled and was in a tough situation! A very nice man met me at Janesville Hyundai. I was payed and he took the vehicle. I am so thankful for their help!!!

My daughter and friend met with Matt on Saturday to purchase a car. They agreed on the terms and planned to come back on Monday to pick up the car. Matt went against his word and sold the car to someone else. Very disappointing for an excited teenager purchasing his first car which he has saved up for several years.
