Kunes mitsubishi Madison is lack of technician they ( the person I talked) don t even have basic knowledge about how the PHEV engine works. I went there 3-4 times to fix a problem and still didn t fix and last time the person whom I talked has no interest even to check the problem and he keep telling it is working as designed without having basic knowledge.

Easiest, fastest, friendliest car buying experience I have ever had! They did such a good job, we went back a few days later and bought another car! Marshall was amazing and everyone else was super helpful as well!

The customer service from Ian Eichelman was phenomenal! From first greeting to walking out with the keys he was understanding and helpful all the way through. Definitely ask for Ian when coming here to get your new car!

I bought a car from them that wasn t fully serviced, they sent me a message saying the parts I needed were there & to call and schedule an appointment. Every time I ve called to set up an appointment nobody knew what I was talking about or they would transfer the call & I wouldn t be connected to anyone. The communication there is really poor. I have a We Owe agreement with them stating that they would fix the parts that were messed up on my car for free if done within 30 days. That whole time I would call and deal with complications. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, I ve expressed to them that I ve spoke to numerous people about this issue and would just simply want it resolved. That never happened and they told me the parts they owed me I now I have to pay for because it wasn t done within the 30 days. Mind you, I made a continuous effort to schedule an appointment, they were just bad at communicating

Today, we came to the service center for a few things that were broken and missing in my cousin's car. There was a disconnection between the front left and right wheel arches and the front bumper, and it needed to be repaired. While trying to fix it very unprofessionally with pliers, they broke the bumper on the right side and visibly damaged it on the left side. After my cousin reported this, they claimed they didn't do such a thing and insisted it was already like that. They made my cousin look like a liar, saying things like, "No, it was already like that." Such dishonesty shouldn't happen. It shouldn't. After selling the car, you shouldn't and mustn't treat it this way.

Today, I came to the service center for a few things that were broken and missing in the car. In a very amateur way, they tried to fix it with pliers, and on the right side, they broke the bumper, while on the left side, they visibly damaged it. When I mentioned this, they claimed they hadn't done anything like that before. After insisting, they treated me as if I were causing trouble. Such dishonesty shouldn't exist. After selling me the car, you shouldn't and can't treat me like this.

I really had no idea what type of experience I would have at this dealership but it was amazing. Ask for Kyle Urban, seriously, this young man is the best sales professional I've ever had the privilege of working with. He's definitely gonna be the guy I go to when I get ready to purchase a vehicle. The place is very clean, the selection is enormous and they grill on Saturday so get there early. Best experience I've ever had at a car lot

Worst experience in my life and they stole my property and told me I didn t pay my car note when I called my supposed lender to pay and was told I didn t have a account then told me I was suppose to pay at the dealership but also said we can t pay there avoid this dealership for sure they still have my property and gives me the run around when I call !

Loss leaders and inconsistent online info. If you find an ad from them online for a vehicle, they probably don't have it.That said, no nonsense no bs once you're at the dealership and very willing to spend time with you and make a good deal. If you know how to negotiate and have done your homework they will work with you.But they're dinged down to 3 stars for all the marketing nonsense. They just want you to come in.

Bought my 2020 Ford Edge from Kunes of Madison Ann St..... shout out to the awsame staff...Jaz, Tracy, Jeff, Mike and Steve!!! I wasn't sure they could get me what I wanted...didn't even know if I was ready to trade...but they made it happen and I LOVE my new vehicle.
