The Kayser Ford Service Department meets and exceeds the definition of excellence.Each time my vehicle is serviced here, it runs and drives like a brand new machine. Service is friendly, and updates while waiting are timely. The waiting room is comfortable, bright, and stocked with beverages and popcorn. Always excellent service. Highly recommend!

It is great to have an auto service organization you can trust, and are very friendly and accommodating at the same time. They do what they say without fail. Consistently impressed by their work and their customer service. Jessica has been my contact for years and is awesome! I take all of our cars to Kayser when service is needed, whether or not they are Lincolns or Fords. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for years for routine maintenance and have always had a good experience. Most recently, I came to pick up my car but arrived 7 minutes past closing time. James G had just locked up and was about to drive home. He nonetheless let me in, rang me up, and brought my car out despite having to stay late!

Experience started after I had purchased an Explorer Interceptor at an auction. I needed parts. So I went to Kayser. The parts department was on their A-game, getting me the parts faster than anticipated. And they answered my million questions, treating me like I had bought a $100k vehicle from them.I was impressed. So when I was in the market for another car, I felt like they deserved my business. Spoke with Ed in Sales over the phone, then in person. What a great human! Actually LISTENED to what I had to say. Went to bat for me on my trade-in. Answered my questions. Made sure the new Explorer was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. Outstanding job.I later found out my ride needed some misc. warranty work from the factory. Between the sales manager, Josh, and Alex and the gang in service, it was knocked out! Never once did they make me feel bad about my being picky or voicing my concerns. They were always in contact with me, letting me know where they were in the process, and what steps they intended to be taking in the future. And when I talked to the collision center about touching up some areas on my own, Casey was right there to guide me on my way.I can honestly say I've had the red carpet treatment from Kayser from day one, and it has never tapered off. Exceeded expectations and then some!

Fast, Friendly and professional. Much better than other dealers in the area in terms of service and even have 5 bags in their quicklane to get you in and out efficiently. Up-front pricing and multilingual (served a customer in Spanish shortly after I walked in)I d highly recommend Kayser Ford Service

I used Quick Lane to get an oil change. They gave me an accurate wait time and got the job done efficiently. The technicians were working in a cold garage since wind chills outside were far below zero. They did a great job anyway. I also had questions about some coverage I purchased with my vehicle 2 years ago, and the salesman who sold me the car came to chat with me in the waiting room to answer my questions. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, helpful, and efficient.

I had a full 90k mile service done, so all fluids, brake check, tire rotation, etc. During the inspection, a worn tie road was found, that would have been a problem. All repairs were done in a timely manor, and I found them to be reasonably priced. Larry kept me in the loop on how repairs were going. Great service!

My oil change was done quickly.Unfortunately, I found an oil slick on my driveway the next morning. I took my truck back and staff quickly identified the filter wasn t applied properly. The oil was changed again with a new filter applied properly. So not bad, but not great.

Great experience! Listened to my concerns. Gave me choices regarding what was going to happen. Made me feel heard, respected, and valued. I think Kurt went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the process. Jeremy L. Explained what was happening as well. I would not hesitate to go back to Kayser!!!

Sales was so nice. I got a used truck in excellent condition and an extended warranty and feel very comfortable with Kayser (Ed Riel's) explanations and helpfulness as well as finance (Bob). They followed through on a couple minor tweaks after sale to fix a things needing doing (roller top cable and owners manual).

Buying my new car from Kayser Lincoln of Madison was a very pleasant experience. They were very fair in putting the numbers together to make the deal work without undo pressure. The sales rep that I was dealing with, Matt Kuphal, was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Could not ask for anything better.

Fast, friendly, and I like that they have an office area aside from their waiting lobby, that you can utilize if you have work to get done! I was able to wait for my car and get 2 hours of work done in a quiet space. (Computers are not provided). Free coffee, tea, popcorn, and water while you wait!

Kayser Lincoln dealership is beautiful and amazing! Shawn and Hannah are excellent and help me with whatever I need!! They are super friendly and I get greeted at the door with a smile and hello upon every arrival! We have been Kayser clients since moving to this area about 8 years now with multiple vehicle purchases and use of their service departments. Kayser is my longtime dealership!!! Cheers!

Kurt at Kayser Ford Service was very personable and got my vehicle upgraded within a minimal amount of time. I asked him where I might be able to get some breakfast while my vehicle was in the bay, and he directed an employee to ride with me just to make sure I could find my way to the McDonalds. It s the little things like that, that make a huge difference in the customer experience. Thanks Kayser Ford, and especially Kurt in the service department!

I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday for a Monday appointment to replace my rear bumper(no body work). They said it should be a days work. I informed them that I would be out of the country until Friday and would arrange to pick it up directly from the airport so as long as it was done by Thursday we are good. When I arrived to pick it up on Friday at 1120 it was still being worked on and in fact it wasn't done until 4:00. Completely unacceptable! When I went to pick it up they didn't have a receipt for the work with I then asked them to email me a copy for my records. Seven days later I'm still waiting. Lost a customer for good!

Good popcorn and hot chocolate. Quick service. Young man @ QUICK did a good job. The woman seemed not happy to be there. Customer service in many business's are poor..hope it changes in general.

Rear window switches replaced for over $500. Not only are they non-functional as before, but now the front switches won't work either. Hoping to edit this review if they make it right.UPDATE: Kayser got back in, fixed the issues (a pinched wire during repair) and delivered the car back to me. They did all the right things to fix the issue and I'd use them again.SECOND UPDATE! Had a great second service experience. My engine was the victim of some rats or squirrels building a nest in my engine. I never communicated that to them, but they diagnosed it exactly, fixed it in one day, and delivered the car to me at work. Great experience.

Very friendly and willing to accommodate changes in our schedule. Service was completed ahead of schedule with no surprises.Kurt was very patient at explaining options on repairs on our rear brake pads that are getting low but not in need of an immediate replacement.

Very convenient to have the Ford mobile service come to my house for a part replacement on my Lightning (which I absolutely love, BTW). My technician was in and out of my garage in less than a 1/2 hour. So much easier than going to dealership. Great service!

This is the only business in my area that will service a factory recall for my Ford Class C RV. They were able to fit me in and complete the work in a day. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I dropped off my vehicle the day before my scheduled service. I walked in and was instructed to leave the key on an empty service desk. That interaction left me feeling that my vehicle was not as secure as I would like and maybe my business was not appreciated.Otherwise, I was happy with the service - it was completed ahead of schedule and there were no surprises.

Last time I was in the tech brought out a filter and said I could probably go until next time but it would need replacing. This time no one recommended a new filter or windshield wipers. When I called to say I was concerned the woman who answered said it was a choice and filters don t get as dirty in the Winter. She left me with absolutely no confidence in the oil change or Kayser Ford Service.

Once in the dealership, the experience was excellent, I could not have expected more. However, the service scheduling company you use absolutely sucks! There seems to be a huge disconnect between them and the actual service department. I felt like I was punished for trying to be respectful and scheduling ahead, versus driving up unexpected.

Used the quick lane for an oil change and check on a local garages recommendation that my tension/sepentine belt should be replaced. Quick Lane lived up to its name - drop the car, take a quick walk over the bridge, grab a Culver s burger, walk back and it s done. Oh and that tension belt - it was all good so a few less dollars spent.

Service was great. They were prompt and respectful. Only complaint I have is when I got in my vehicle it smelled like grease/oil and my steering wheel was covered in oil.
