Ed, Viktor, and Ephram went so far above and beyond to help me get the truck that I had been searching for. Everything went smoothly no matter how many hiccups tried to pop up. There was never any pressure but they always let me know what options I had and were always there when I had questions. I'm sure they're glad I'm out of their hair, though. Lol! Fantastic dealership with a great staff.

From start to finish, the experience was top notch. Mike was very attentive and listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted. The accessories were immediately installed and ready for me when I got there. Finance options, paperwork, and delivery was the best car buying experience I have had in a very long time. Recently completed the purchase of a used vehicle. I live in Chicago and they made the process absolutely seamless and hassle free! Tim was a consummate professional from start to finish and there were no gimmicks or surprises! When I arrived from Chicago to pick up the vehicle, the paperwork was ready and the vehicle was ready to go with new IL plates. You can't ask for anything more! Kayser is among the best!

Just purchased my 3rd new vehicle. This time from Kayser Ford. Honestly, it was an absolutely painless experience. I knew exactly what I wanted going in and my salesperson Lance recognized my wishes and did not pressure me into anything.This was my 3rd new car purchasing experience from three different dealerships and it was by far the best of all by far.

Bought a new Ford Truck from Kayser Ford and it was an incredibly positive experience:)Steve was very thorough making sure I had the features I wanted, then showing them to me on day of pickup.Robert Parry was also very informative and pleasant when it came to the financial and warranty side of things. Excellent Service 5 Stars! My experience purchasing a car from Kayser Ford was excellent. I worked with Tim Gillham who really went above and beyond through the entire process. The Vehicle I ended up purchasing needed a part replaced, so he made the service appointment and to help me out, he picked up the newly purchased car from my house leaving his here to take it to be serviced, not once, but twice. He was professional, friendly, and never pushy. I would highly recommend working with Tim to purchase your next vehicle. The financing team is also great.

Our experience at Kayser was fantastic. We worked with Ed and he was everything you could want in a vehicle salesman. He was honest, personable, and not pushy at all. We were well taken care of and he even came in on his day off to wrap up the sale with us. We will definitely be returning when we need to purchase our next vehicle.

Steve was amazing. I custom built a mustang online and compared to other cars and dealerships. Steve was the only person who answered my questions and communicated in the way that was easiest for me. Every other dealer and sales people called me constantly and gave me runaround. I ordered and when my mustang came in, it was so easy. They walked me through all my features, and I was in and out without any hassle or issues. Would highly recommend, and especially cannot say enough how great it was to work with Steve.

Lance was absolutely amazing for the serving time this year!! Long story short, we were receiving horrible customer service from another dealership. One call to Lance and I had my dream car the next day! The whole team there made everything easy and amazing! We will definitely be back for any other vehicle needs!!

We purchased a Ford Explorer at the end of 2023. Tim was great to work with. He was not pushy at all and was quick with replies to any questions we had. Brought up some minor issues we found on the vehicle after purchasing and Tim was quick to get us scheduled to get in to have them taken care of.

This was our second vehicle purchase with Lance within 6 months and my biggest impulse buy ever. Both times Lance was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, making sure we were happy with the new vehicles and made sure all of our questio s were answered. He knew the intricacies of the different models and spent as much time as we needed answering oir questions. Even after the sale Lance continued to answer our questions. It might be a little while before we buy another new vehicle but I would recommend Ford and Lance to anyone looking for their next purchase.

purchased the Dark Horse Mustang today from Terry Mayes...What a great experience this time! Terry was personable, funny and a pleasure to work with as well as patient, taking his time explaining all the bells and whistles this Beast comes with. Not my first Mustang from Kayser but unless Ford comes up with something to top this beauty, it'll be my last so a BIG Thank You to everyone at Kayser!! And no I didn't get a speeding ticket......yet!!!!!

When I arrived Rick was right there ready to show me my truck. He was almost as excited as I was. He passed me on to the finance guy who was very nice and did not push me to buy anything I didn't want. I was in and out in about 11/2hrs and happy with my vehicle.

I had a fantastic experience here. I worked with Lance in sales and it was a no-hassle, easygoing experience. There was no truck on the lot that matched what I was looking for and Lance helped me find one and had it delivered and ready within a couple days. He even helped get some aftermarket parts installed! A++ customer service. Shout out to Alex in Service who helped me get a set of tires as well.

Highly recommend Kayser Ford Lincoln. We live between Milwaukee and Madison, but the 60-minute drive is worth every trip... from our first trade-in to every service appointment since.Have young kids with?! No problem. The service department has year round trick-or-treating, "The Price Is Right" or something similar will likely be on in the background, and there's always plenty of coloring materials in the lounge/caf� (complimentary, secured #wifi and refreshments too). #winwin

We purchased our Ford Raptor from Kayser Ford and we couldn't be happier we did! We live outside Chicago and was looking like everyone else for the new 2021 Ford Raptors but none were available due to chip shortage. However, my wife reached out to Kayser Ford and though they had none of the lot, did have a few ordered and agreed on their Agate Black w/37 Package and so CRAZY HAPPY WE DID. Our salesmen Lance was so incredible from beginning to end and let me tell you the process took 6 months as no cars/trucks were delivered due to the chip shortage.Lance was absolutely AMAZING keeping me updated almost every week as we waited for the chips to be installed, then the added delay of almost no transports available due to all the retired truckers.Once our Raptor arrived Lance and Viktor were on top of everything and made our buying the best we've ever had. These guys are fricken AWESOME and would buy a car/truck from them again without hesitation.Buy from Kayser AND LANCE as I promise you won't regret it!!!!

Just OKFelt like I had to babysit my order to make sure it was what I asked for.Too many excuses when things didn't go well.This is an update to my first review.We are still waiting for trim pieces that did not get ordered when they should have. I was given mixed info on why that happened. Told by one person that don't have room to order in advance and store the trim. Told by parts that is not true and the trim should have been ordered before the truck arrived on the lot.Beyond that this review is for management.We purchased a Subaru from Don Miller west. I met the owner before i drove away with my new car. He likes to thank everyone that buys a car from them. I received follow up asking how we liked the car. Not harassing follow up but heart felt.I also was invited, to meet after a few weeks, with a tech to go over the electronics on the vehicle so we felt comfortable with all the new technology. Not a salesman but the electronics specialist.As for Kayser. Not a word after we drove away as to how things are going with the new truck. This was a special order and we dropped $80,000 on.Before we drove away after a brief overview of the technology we were told we could go on line to see the manual if we had questions. Really ? What customer service. We were going from a 2011 F150 with no tech to his 2023 King Ranch. Pretty big learning curve.

Lance is very professional and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions even when I asked the same question 3 times! He also invited me to contact him if any other questions or concerns surfaced. I will definitely recommend him to family or friends who are looking to buy/lease a vehicle. Hate love relationship with dealerships. They went over MSRPs and now they re back going under. Would have love to see them stick to MsRP and not above it. Blah blah market determines prices, by those means they re also a middle man. So cuts could be made and cars sold via the Tesla model. Always, all the people there are great!

I've been doing business with Kayser for 20+ years. Never a disappointment. I've purchased a lot of vehicles from a lot of dealers in several states but none compare to the consistent good experience of shopping (and service) at Kayser. I travel several hours to do so with the confidence that any emergent "hiccup" that might occur will be timely resolved at the customer's convenience. In their almost 100 years of serving the public, they haven't forgotten the importance of relationship building.

This dealership truly deserves the best their staff is incredibly amazing. I worked with Isaac and he was a tremendous help and a really easy going guy which was very nice. This was my first time purchasing a nice vehicle from a dealership and without the help from Isaac and the other staff members I don t know what I would ve done!! Nothing but very good things to say about this guy and the dealership!!!

Lance was awesome, ordered a new 24' maverick. Process couldnt be any smoother then it was. Paperwork was all ready when i arrived, a couple signatures and i was on my way home. No markup, no high pressure to buy extras, couldnt be happier. I picked kayser randomly vs other local ford dealerships and im glad i chose an honest place.

I am looking at new Mach E s.I had a pleasant enough experience with the sales person, Terry; however, upon return from my test drive I got the bait and switch. The MSRP on the vehicle sticker said $66,795. The dealership noted there were $7000 in rebates. When we begin looking at numbers, the USED CAR sales manager, Josh, Kohl, produced a new Maroni Sticker with an MSRP at $71,795. This was for the exact same vehicle!The vehicle has been sitting on the a lot for over 160 days. The federal rebate of $3750 will expire on January 1. How will they unload these cars then? It will probably stay there longer if they continue to play games like this.There are 2500 mock vehicles in a 200 mile radius of Kayser Ford. Guess where I m not going to buy my vehicle? Best of all: the 2024s are just about to arrive. Paperweights
