Tracey was a fantastic help and very pleasant during our oil change. There was a customer that was being very cruel to him and Tracey was extremely calm and professional. He greeted us with a smile afterwards and gave us fast and quality service.

Chris answered the phone, when I called, and was super courteous. He double checked to make sure he had the parts needed for my Audi oil change before I made the trip over, and let me know the snow would be cleared from the parking lot soon.Nothing changed from the moment I arrived; staff was all extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I was originally a little nervous about bringing my specialty vehicle to a big chain oil change place, but I was impressed with everyone and everything. I will be back with my other vehicles for more oil changes!!

The manager was doing a nice job to show a younger guy the robes. I m sure if it s new job it could scary, especially with automotive. But these guys seems ready to teach and point out efficiency trips. Nice to see. From an outside viewpoint it s not the whole picture but that s what I saw happening.

First time at jiffy lube. Very obvious non of the guys were well versed in a Prius. First guy didn t even know how to pop the trunk, yes, I pulled the lever. Your labels on the oil pumps are wrong. The fully synthetic oil was labeled 5W 30. I didn t notice that until too late, but was relieved when I got invoice saying I got 0w 20. At least I hope that is the case. The guy knew he should reset the service mileage but did not have a clue how to do it, I pulled out the owners manual. At the end I expected to get a full explanation of what they did, I had to ask if they checked the tires. My mechanic retired and am looking for a place for oil changes. I likely will not return

The young man that change the oil in my Jeep was new and was going a great job with customer service. He made a mistake and over tightened the oil filter, which caused a leak and engine problems. The issues were easy to spot once I drove away and I drove back to have them address the problem. The manager did a fantastic job with fixing the problem, service recovery, and using the moment to coach his new employee.

Very disappointed in the service of this location. The staff is constantly in a rush to move you through as quickly as possible and behaves as though the customers are not even there.I will never go to Jiffy Lube at this location again. Discount tires is right across the street and has 100x better customer service. Don't care if I have to make an appointment for an oil change. At least I know I'm being taken care of.I went in to this Jiffy Lube a few weeks ago for an oil change and was guided to a stall at the far end of the building. No sooner was being told to pull in were they screaming to stop because they were guiding me up on a ramp. If the stall isn't meant for a vehicle like the one you're servicing then don't guide customers there just so you can push them through faster.But faster didn't come. A routine oil change took nearly 40 minutes. I kept hearing them yell "What's going on in stall 3?" and "Is anyone working on stall 3?". When one of them seemed frustrated that it was taking so long another guy came up out and shooshed him away like he'd been working on it the whole time.I wasn't happy but I figured at least I got my oil changed and it's only ever 3 months.Then today my check air pressure light came on. I figured it was the cold weather and drove in and asked them if they could check the tire pressure. Their response "we don't do that here." Really? A lube shop that can't so much as check to see if your tire pressure is low? They just said I could check the place next door and see if they'd do it, "Discount Tires".I went over there, told the guy my tire pressure was low and he said "no problem, I'll look at your car right now". He immediately comes out, checks the pressure and said pull around and we'll get you squared away for free.

Last time I go jiffy lube have had bad experience at the last jiffy on the South side of Madison they didn't know what they were doing they ask me how oil does my SUV take. Prices are ridiculously high. For someone can change their own car oil I should of done it for less. Just that it was cold and I didn't feel like doing it out in the wind.

$130 for an oil change!?! I pay $40 at my regular place for full synthetic, but was a few quarts low & needed it done ASAP, hence my first & last visit here. The two fellows working were very nice but are working for a scam of a company! They should have told me ahead of time how much it would cost, I'd have gone to a store & bought the two quarts of oil I needed.

So we called the day before to get estimate on radiator flush and coolant and told they did not take appointments so just show up. Also told if we did a oil change as well they had a coupon they would apply to end bill. Upon arrival there was no one who could do the flush for the day, so went with oil change only(disappointed as that was our main reason going was for the flush). At end of oil change they would not throw in said coupon as we did not get it emailed to us prior. Will never spend another dime at this establishment.Service: Oil change

The staff here were great and very friendly. Professional level service, that I will definitely be returning for. They had to deal with the massive skid plates on my truck and did so with poise and professionalism. Excellent service, Ellery and Tracey knew what they were doing and it was super cold out and middle of a snow storm. They showed up to help us customers and had a sense of humor. My third or 4th visit, will be back

I got in fairly quickly, much faster than some other quick oil change places on the west side. The price was a little higher than I've experienced before with drive through places, but not much. I was out in about 25 minutes after they got through the check in process. Nobody knew how to reset my oil light, we had to Google it, which was a little frustrating, but over all I'd go back.Service: Oil change

Definitely won't recommend. I took my truck to check why AC is not working. They took my 180 dollars and said they did a comprehensive check, nothing was wrong (no problems with O-rings, compressor, etc.) and just recharged the AC. I was like cool if that's the case then it's good. I went for a vacation for 5 days, and when I got back home the truck is blowing hot air again. They didn't fix anything and still charged me money.

I waited for 20 minutes and then they let someone else cut infront of me. After that I asked an employee how long it would be before the car in front of me was done and he said "I have no idea what's wrong with her car but it probably won't be long". Then as I pulled out one of the employees angrily said "Don't park under sap trees anymore" because he thought my windshield was too dirty. Overall once I actually got in they were pretty quick with my oil change but they really didn't seem to know what was going on and they weren't very nice.Service: Oil change

Why to expensive for an oil change, and a new air filter was $160 some dollars. I could have gone to the dealership for that price! Never again.

I always have a good experience getting my oil changed here. The employees are always very nice and have great energy! Vincent, Travis, and Ciris helped up top with my oil change today and were excellent!

Extra shout out to Lex! All the fellas were solid but his positive vibes were extra felt! Friendly, efficient and fair! Oil change and he tossed on some new wiper blades for me and found a coupon to make it even better!

These guys were SO fast, the four of them had me in and out in less than 10 minutes and also educated me on the process and what is best for my car (I came in with it empty! lol) Lex, Avery, Travis and Michael are such a good team and are great people to have represent your company! Thank you for helping me!I had to delete my original review and add this, after I left the building (this was last week, I made the original review just outside of the building because how impressed I was) (Side note: my car was already having issues prior to the oil change, hence it being on empty) these guys saw me stalled and came out to help me so I wasn t in the middle of the road. Was looking for a local place to get my oil changed so tried out Jiffy Lube. In and out quick enough, but my car now has an oil leak, it didn't have a leak before I went to Jiffy Lube. Take it back to Jiffy Lube per their warranty policy. They looked at it and gave an explanation that the oil filter was right by the frame so some old oil must have gotten on the frame and leaked on my garage floor. From the attached picture, the frame must have held a lot of oil, and the oil should have been old since it was from the oil filter, but the oil on my garage floor was very clean. I didn't accept their explanation but didn't expect much else from them so I left and took my car to the dealership. This is what the dealership reported, "Drain plug is non-oem looking drain plug. The gasket installed is metal, does not fit on drain plug." So, as per Jiffy Lube's warranty policy, I bring my invoice from the dealership to Jiffy Lube to seek a reimbursement. The manager look my details and said would call me concerning the reimbursement but I never received a call from him. So I am out $90 for something that should have been very easy.Service: Oil change

Super friendly, efficient, and helpful. I got right in, was shown my options for oil, and was also given a coupon for the synthetic oil. I recently went to the Junction Ct location to get a tail light replaced. All the guys there were super friendly and helpful. Even though I was only there for a tail light change, they still checked my fluids and air pressure in my tires. I ve been going to Jiffy Lube for years simply because it s convenient but this location has the best customer service I ve ever experienced. Thanks to Lex and all the other guys who helped me out that day!
