Needed a quick oil change, went to this Jiffy Lube. Shortly after I pulled in, he quoted me $107 for a basic oil change. He offered me a significant discount if I paid with cash. I didn't agree with that price and asked to leave, but they had a tech camping under the bay already draining the oil. The price was justified by their claim of a 50 point inspection, which they did not perform. There was no invoice or interval sticker because the printer is downInstead of asking for my general information he made me step out of the vehicle and fill it out myself in the bay area while he watched

Overall very happy with service. Only complaint is the price. You definitely pay for the convenience of just driving in with no appointment. Staff was very kind, helpful and personable.

New management started in late 2023. Excellent, informative. I went in for an oil change and was informed that I had misread my sticker and that I didn't really need one. They sent me happily on my way.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change and was thoroughly impressed with their service. I visited this location after a bad experience at the Janesville location and the comparison is night and day. The level of professionalism and care that was given during my visit in Madison was top notch! I would very highly recommend anyone come see Tony and his crew for any of their car needs. I will definitely be using their services again next time I'm in need and in the area.

We previously had our oil change done at Jiffy Lube. Recently we took our car elsewhere and they claimed there was an issue with the drain plug being stripped and wouldn t touch our car. We went back to the Jiffy Lube on Eagan Road. Kevin went above and beyond and corrected the issued and changed our oil. His customer service was exemplary and he made it right! We will be back to see Kevin every time the oil change indicator comes on. Thanks Kevin!Service: Oil change

My husband got our Colorado serviced at this location on 7/17/23. On 8/18/23, the service lights on our car started to come on again, so I called up to the shop to speak with someone. An inexperienced tech answered the phone, so I asked for a manager and got in contact with Keith. He assured me there was nothing to worry about and asked me to bring the car up so he could personally look at it. Upon pulling up, I specified that I was here for Keith, and the very disrespectful and unprofessional man, who I came to know as Tony, immediately had a poor attitude and said he knew who I was there for. I'm guessing he felt I was questioning his work ethic because it was clear in his speech that he took personal offense to the fact that I had a legitimate complaint about my vehicle not being serviced correctly. All while Keith was trying to defuse the situation and respectfully explain our situation, Tony's belligerent attitude could be heard making snide comments to the other employees on the lot about the fact that I had called three times and accused them of not doing their job, which they didn't. His objective as the general manager is to provide a service and alleviate any issue, not cause any. I don't care how many times I called, where MY MONEY is concerned and spent. Keith was helpful, respectful, and even added antifreeze for their mistake in not properly resetting our lights, but Tony needs a course in customer service. My car won't be back!

The service here was really great. The lady who helped me also gave me tips about how to better take car of my car and she was very polite about it. They were more than accommodating to work out a solution when I even forgot my coupon. While I waited I enjoyed a cup of coffee. I seriously love this particular Jiffy Lube Location (Eagan Rd) I never go anywhere else (:

The guys here are always so nice to me. I had a 10$ off coupon and they gave me $15 off. Even when I ve gone in without a coupon they hook me up with one. Great location and awesome techs! They found an old part that was left under my hood from previous work done. Then confirmed the replacement part was where it was supposed to be. Really nice to have a good spot less than five minutes from my apartment.

I went in kind of wary, especially because I don t know anything about cars and I ve had some bad experiences as of late, and they made me feel so at ease. They were kind, respectful, fast, and they knew their stuff. I asked a few questions, and their answers were all Yeah, we saw that and fixed it already . I really left feeling well taken care of and like my car was in safe hands. I will absolutely be back. I can t believe I ever wasted my time at a dealership when an oil change only takes 8 min

These employees keep it real. They are hardworking and polite, if they can't fix whatever they'll send to the other Jiffy Lube on E.Wash. K. is great like that.I keep going back.Today was just tire inflation and battery check.

Super fast oil change, staff was very friendly and helpful. Was in and out in no-time. The manager noticed I had a military backpack in my car, immediately asked me about it, gave me a discount, and added it to my profile so that now every jiffy knows.Super happy I went there today.

All good. Except they did not check air pressure. Also no safety checks on lights, turn signal brake etc. I ve been to jiffy lube in the past and this was part of the service. I paid 143 dollars for just an oil change. It should include more for that price.

Does good work quickly and will do their best to make sure things are affordable. If you have any issues with their work, and you let them know early, they do their best to make it right. And they explain things if you don t understand it.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience with the associate who changed my oil. They lied to me about there being rust inside the engine of my car. They also over-tightened everything so much that I had to get an impact wrench to loosen the drain plug!! Not to mention straight up rude customer service. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere BUT here.

Had great luck taking my car here, got an oil change and my engine filters replaced for a very reasonable price, everything was explained to me clearly, and the employees were all very nice and patient despite the location being busy. In terms of how routine car care normally goes, this was a surprisingly quick and painless experience

Great service here at Jiffy Lube. Brought my car in for an oil change and the whole staff dove in and delivered promptly. Got a 7,500 mile oil change and they didn t hesitate to inform me that the filter is only good for 4,000 miles and offered a complimentary oil top off when bringing it back in to replace the filter. I just took my car for an oil change today. I worked with Keith, Cody, and Tony. They did a fantastic job. Their team communicates well and provides excellent customer service. I ended up getting an engine flush after they showed me evidence of needing one. They recommended this service without being too pushy like other places. I ended up switching to them when I was no longer satisfied with the work that the Valvoline down the street provided. I will be a lifelong customer.Service: Oil change

If you are as vehicularly challenged like I am, Jiffy Lube is the place for you! You come in to carefree professional, respectable atmosphere with highly trained individuals who are here for YOU. They were attentive and helped me in maintaining the longevity of my vehicle. And as stated before, very knowledgeable. Keith was absolutely fantastic. Very professional and so so kind. This experience was by far my best compared to previous times I've used this company, and it was thanks to him. There was a bit of a wait, not anyone's fault! Just happened to have a wait, and Keith made sure to communicate with me and got all my info ahead of time so that the process would be faster when it was my turn for an oil change. The whole crew was professional and was communicating clearly with each other. I very much appreciate all of this and their efficiency!!Service: Oil change

Had a good experience the first time, however will not be coming back. Arrived today upon opening, got out of my vehicle and was ordered to "get back in my car and open my windows" as the office heat and water is not working. The employee then told me it would cost $80 for a standard oil change and if I didn't want to pay that, I could go somewhere else like Goodmans. I acknowledged the employee and left shortly after. Overall, poor customer service
