Had extensive front end suspension components replacement/refreshment done on My Mercedes recently by Graham s.As always the work was outstanding. I ve been taking my vehicles to Graham s ever since they opened in Madison and have been very pleased with the quality of the work they do as well as all my interactions with the staff. Josh at the front office, Matt the master mechanic and the rest of the staff are very professional, friendly and experts at what they do. Most recently I also had the pleasure of meeting Graham the owner who also exhibited the same characteristics. I have and will continue to recommend Graham s to others. I ve also referred other friends to Graham s as new customers. Happy customer indeed!

Graham s is a hidden gem. I had a rental car that needed service so I took it in and they made it very easy. Clean nice waiting area and Josh is very friendly. Because of that I took my personel cars in and they provided pictures via text and did everything they could to help. I then clicked on one of their social media ads for an amazing oil change deal and i was texted the special, followed up a couple days later because I hadn t used it, then went in and had great service with an inspection of the car provided. Great place!

I went here for an oil change and they also gave me a free inspection. I was in and out in 40 minutes. The inside was clean, modern, and quiet. The employees are friendly and honest, and the cost of service is on the lower end. They didn't try and upsell me on anything. I ended up paying $43.24 for synthetic oil and a filter after I used a coupon I found in a local magazine, but I noticed they also have coupons on their website. All in all, I had a great experience here. I will be coming back in the future.

So far, so good! I trusted my old, much loved Land Rover with them and was impressed by the level of communication, thoroughness, and breakdown of repairs needed in order of priority. Instead of seeing a final (shocking :-) total, it was organized by job labor and parts. My truck has only been serviced by Fields (who I do recommend and have been happy with), but due to waiting times, we decided to try Graham's. She will be going back for other items on the list soon!

Every time I have taken my vehicle to Graham's has been a great experience. Reasonable prices and top tier service. They don't pressure you like some shops to do unnecessary repairs or maintenance, but instead give you all the information you need to make an informed decision on your own choosing. Repairs have always been completed in a reasonable time, and if available they have offered a loaner vehicle to help me get around.

Had a great experience here! Josh is very friendly with everyone who walks in and is a delight to talk to. It's nice to go go a shop that doesn't undercut customers with hidden fees or trys to trick people into buying more. Definitely will be coming back!

The folks at Graham s are friendly and thorough. Josh is knowledgeable, courteous, and will keep you informed throughout your service time. Text estimates and approvals are easy and convenient - no endless phone tag. I will be back!

First of all if you want 10-15 extra miles on your car then go here. Second of all I didn t say I wanted my tires rotated and they did it anyway. Third it should not take over an hour for an oil change. This was not a good experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent communication from their service advisor Josh, and they work quickly! They got the parts they needed ordered and everything installed in a day and a half. I will 100% be coming back here for any work my vehicles need!

My radiator blew on my way home from work...I drove my car to the nearest garage, and it happened to be Graham's...in their new location on the west side of Madison. The service I received was top notch...I was given a loaner to drive to work free of charge until my Subaru was fixed and both Matt & Josh were awesome!!

Had a battery issue just around the corner from their Madison shop which wasn't even open at the time. There was a few guys doing some clean up inside & when I walked up they immediately asked how they could help, 15 minutes later they had my car running. Felt like the good Ole small town care! Great guys, thank you!!

This place was terrible. I paid over $300 for a transmission diagnostic test that was dead wrong. They changed the fluid for $1200 the transmission didnt make it 19 miles before it wouldn't get out of first gear. The rest of the fluids ran out on the floor into the garage floor.
