Turkey destroyed my windshield. Glass America was able to get me into their shop fast (faster than anyone else in Madison that I called). I also had to pay out of pocket for the expense and they were about to get me a very fair price. The work they did seems excellent and the people were so nice. I hope I don't have to come back for another broken windshield, but if it happens again I would happy to give them business again.

After having a terrible experience with SafeLite, I contacted Glass America. Not only did they answer the phone, but they were also extremely helpful. They were able to complete my repairs the following day and communicated with me every step of the way. I chipped my windshield and my insurance had Glass America come and seal the crack. That was the easy part. The technician fixed my chip gave me my keys back and drove away. Little did I know he left my passenger side door unlocked while I was at work. It was unlocked for 6 hours.Not even a month later the supposedly fixed chip has turned into a massive crack spanning my entire windshield. When we tried to go through Glass America they said they won't fix anything.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AT ALL!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!Service: Auto windshield repair

They were profeccinal, fast to get to my glass needs the next day with there full schedule. It does depend on their schedule and where their team is at that day. Just a FYI. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!

This is the second time I ve used Glass America, and just like the first time, I m beyond happy with their service. Everyone who I ve worked with is kind, knowledgeable and professional. Everything was well done. The gentleman working on my car did an excellent job. Installed the new windshield very quickly and efficiently.Informed me of when I would be able to drive it again, once the windshiled settled in. Super professional!!!! Would definitely recommend this place to other ppl. Thank you for your services.

Kyle (windshield installer) was beyond amazing. He was kind, knowledgeable and explained the process. He texted to tell me when he d arrive and showed up to my car early. Wow. GO HERE FOR HONESTLY THE BEST/FASTEST, NO HASSLE GLASS SERVICE!! Above and beyond. Not only were they the only ones with my glass in stock, but got me in the same day(a Monday!!) after a weekend incident left me with a busted up, broken into hot mess.
