I went there twice for oil change and 1 time air filter and once for windshield wipers and the customer service was good and price for the work done was fair market price.

My vehicle was inoperable and I called around to a few shops that I usually use but they were all booked out for several weeks. Garcia Garage was able to take me in right way. They done an excellent job getting my car back on the road and the price was fair. This will be my place to go if any problems arise on my vehicles in the future. I do not recommend. There is a huge price for auto parts, literally triple. They tried to sell me a set of spark plugs and ignition coils for almost $600 when I bought it for $200 at O'Reilly. It's even cheaper online. Do you have any conscience at all? In addition, if you are not satisfied with the price and refuse to make repairs, in any case, you have to pay for the so-called 'diagnostics' as much as $138.99. It looks like they specifically showed me a high price for auto parts so that I refused and they could actually take as much as $ 138.99 for 10 minutes of inspecting a car. For this money I could change the oil in the car for a year. I hope my sad experience will help someone save their wallet from these scammers. In the hope of getting qualified help in solving my problem, I lost both time and money.Service: Engine repair

This place was great! My car was in another shop that couldn t look at it for months and then they sent it over to Garcia. Garcia turned my car around in just two days. We then found out that one of the parts installed had a manufacturing defect. Garcia took the car back and made it right within two days again. They just made a returning customer from me. 10/10 honest, quick, and quality.Service: Transmission

Super friendly people! I knew I could trust them with my 2018 Toyota Hybrid Highlander based on our call for an oil change appointment. They inspected the car and looked into my check engine light.Really fast oil change. They were done before I could finish shopping at Home Depot which is a short walk away. They called and sent me a text to let me know they were finished. Great customer service, I m definitely coming back with our other car as it needs new struts. This is the second time I use Garcia's for auto issues and once again they prove to be the best mechanic shop in Madison. They were able to give me a solid quote for the work needed fixed my Tahoe. I called every mechanic in Sun Prairie and every single one of them could not give me a good quote and all of them were basically trying to upsell additional work.My Tahoe and acura were both fixed in 2 days and both run amazing!!!

My experience with Garcia's Garage has been excellent. I was driving a 2001 VW that I loved. It needed a lot of TLC. Here, I got great service at a fair price AND someone to honestly tell me that I should consider not pouring any more money into this car when that time came. When my new car needs attention, this is where I'll go.

I am a repeat customer. And I cannot begin to tell you how many times Garcia's garage has gotten me out of car trouble. Their prices are very low. The technician are very friendly and outgoing to make sure you are satisfied. I can't see myself going to any car dealership for service on my vehicle. Garcia's garage is the place where I take my vehicle when I need maintenance done on them. I am very thankful for the great service I have received from Garcia's garage! These guys are always available to help, wonderful customer service fast quality work, most reasonable prices in town. I have no complaints been here twice and they are great they don t even charge to diagnose some repairs.

I was looking at buying a car off Craigslist. He got it in on the spot, did a diagnostic, and informed me what issues the car had. Got a better deal and now I know what to expect! Great Service, Honest advice!
