If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT take your car here.We called and scheduled an appointment to get new tires on my car last Friday and were told they were booked out till Monday. Totally fine, whatever. We bring it in at the scheduled time and are told they are running behind and that the wait maybe be more like two or three hours instead of one. Again, also fine. I understand being understaffed and over worked. 3 hours later they call and ask if we want a belt replaced also, we confirm and it takes them another two hours to put in the belt and oil change. We go to pick up my car and everything seems fine. I drive it home and don t drive it until Wednesday at which point I notice it s severely pulling to the left and making lots of noise in the wheel well. Long story short, not A SINGLE TIRE was properly installed and are ALL falling off the rim. Am now having to get it towed so they hopefully fix their mistake. It s just ridiculous to me that this mistake literally could ve costed me my life if I weren t such an alert driver. It s one thing to be understaffed and overworked but it s a completely different thing to not fully complete jobs or complete them with incompetence and send a death trap out on the road. If you re over booked, let me know and schedule a different time or push it off until you have time to do the job properly. Depending on how the repair goes, we may end up taking legal action.Ive not only gotten better costumer service but better overall product and service from Walmart Save yourself the energy and money and take your car somewhere else. Will never be going to a Firestone again after this is resolved.Pictures included are of all 4 tires.

These guys are busy and short staffed but they are all so nice and thorough and honest! I saw someone get angry with them but they handled it perfectly! They have coffee, vending machines, tv and comfortable chairs and restrooms! Nice, well mannered, friendly. You guys do good work and my car always drives better, sounds better to. I don't know where I'd be without Firestone! Also apply for CFNA and have time to pay. Can't beat this service! I would be in a rut without you all so thanks!

This is my go to car place. I have a 2016 car and they take the best care of it. The customer service is the best. They are honest and trustworthy. Their prices are fair. They have no hidden agenda and the hard working people there do a great job. Do not believe the one star reviews. This place is outstanding.

Maria was amazing! She was on top of everything regarding my car. I appreciate her thoroughness and keeping me informed about all the updates along the way. I feel like she goes above and beyond what is asked. Wonderful experience thank you

Buyer beware! I took my vehicle to this Firestone location because it was close to my place of employment, but I would ve never guessed the nightmare experience that would take place. The manager of this location called me while I was at work and told me my brake replacement would be $2,400. I was in disbelief because I have never paid more than $600 for brakes. After I told the manager that price seemed unreasonably high, he then said Oh, I meant $2,000. I did not think that price was any better. The manager then offered to give me 10% off and started back peddling saying well that s just the most it could be, but it could be less, like $1,600. The manager then started using fear tactics, saying how dangerous it would be if I drove without getting my brakes fixed that day. The manager also said that the cost of everything has gone up and that s just the average cost of getting your brakes done nowadays. I looked online and the highest price you would ever pay is $800 per axle, so I just assumed they must do really good work to charge a premium price.Against my better judgment, I agreed to let them complete the work. A couple of days later I noticed I had to press all the way down on my brake peddle to get my car to stop and it sounded like there was air in the brake line. I called their location and spoke with the same manager and I told him my concerns. The manager did not seem to really care and told me they were really busy, but they could try to get me in, in a few days. That night while at work I also told my coworker about my brakes and my coworker insisted on checking my brake fluid, to my surprise my brake fluid was completely empty. I drive on backroads and on the beltline, so if I had driven my car home that night and needed to suddenly stop, I wouldn t have been able to. I called their location back and expressed my frustrations and concerns and told them I was bringing my car there now.The manager was just leaving when I got there and told me he did not have time to speak to me about it, and told me to go speak to someone at the counter. I ended up having to leave my car there again. When I returned the next day to get my car, the manager was not there and someone else helped me. I was told that the mechanic did not tighten the brake line and that caused all of the fluid to leak out. I was very upset because not only did I overpay for the worst service I have ever had, but I could ve been seriously injured or injured someone else or even worse cause a fatality when my brakes failed.I asked if I could be given a partial refund for all the trouble. I was told that they do not give partial refunds for bad work. Please save your time and money and go to Midas. I ve always gone to Midas and have never had any issues. I only went to Firestone because I thought it would be convenient being right next to my work. I guess I had to learn the hard way, and now I feel it is my duty to warn others. I don t want anyone to have to go through the same ordeal that I did.

Scheduled an appointment online and went to check in. Said they couldn t find my appointment even though I was sent a confirmation email and my card had a pending charge on it for the amount that I way paying for. Said they didn t have anything available for the next week. Ended up going somewhere else. I get it s not the guys fault but it was a major inconvenience for me to be driving on a spare tire and I had scheduled it days before the appointment.

Took my mom's vehicle in for an oil change a few months ago. The oil change was fine, but they were running way behind even though I had an appointment. I opted to wait and go walk around the mall until they called maybe an hour and a half later. I decided to take my own car in today, and same deal. I had an appointment, this time was told they were 2 hours behind. I really needed the oil change, so I was going to wait again. Ended up making an appointment elsewhere while I waited, and just went back and got my keys and left. 2 hours is absurd for an oil change. If you're that far behind, you need to notify the people coming in with appointments. I wouldn't have bothered if I knew that's apparently how they always are. I won't be back.

The location I usually go to was full up because of the EPIC tire sale so I called the one on Mineral. I got complete answers to my questions that helped me make the best choices, I was asked if I wanted a reminder text for my appointment (for the first time in years that I ve been going to Firestone) AND (this is important) I was directed to a seat AWAY from the TV. I waited for almost 5 hours to be able to go home and were it not for that seat I might have become violently agitated!

I went Firestone today as I was having issues with my car. I was experiencing noise while driving. I met Matt Smith at the store who supported me regarding the issue. He investigated the problem and found that only two bolts hold the under car plate out of 8 nuts, and when the car runs, the plate touches the road and makes noise. He solved the problem within few minutes and didn t charge me anything as he mentioned these were matter of some screws. Such a nice gesture and professional attitude. I really appreciate that.

Went in for check engine light and car was running rough. Was told it was my spark plugs. Cost to replace them was high($560). I originally declined the repair and then changed my mind. After they changed the plugs they call me and tell me it s also the coil packs. This would cost another $775. They were 0 for 1 on diagnosing the issue with my car I wasn t going to give them another opportunity to waste my money. The service rep Matt S. Is one of the rudest service reps I ve ever dealt with. Every time I spoke with him about my car he was short and crass.I do not recommend you taking your car here. Their labor costs on too high and their customer service sucks.

I have used this Firestone in the past and had very satisfactory service. Will use Firestone again. The reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star review is their online scheduling is a mess. It shows appointments available and when you book an online appointment they cannot accommodate the appointment and say they are booked. They will give you a future appointment but that is inconvenient. Also requiring you to leave the vehicle is inconvenient.

I took my car in Friday, today is Monday, I was told it may be ready for pick up today. Perhaps their understaffed, however, that does not excuse the exuberant cost of their services, I'm in a bit of a pickle, and had no choice but to go with them because I have a card with them... However I'm sure I could have went to my usual guys and got the work done for nearly half the price!

Booked an apointment for an alignment, when i got to my appointment they said they could not do it because I have aftermarker wheels on my vehicle and their machine only sets it so factory vehicle specs, so they could not garantee it would come out right..,This sounds really dumb to me considering they sell after market wheels. So you are saying you sell after market wheels but you cant aling them after you put them on? That's not right..It sounds to me like spmeone did not want to do their job... and if this is always an issue they should make sure to ask if the vehicle has after market parts before they schedule anyoneReally bad service.

Great service. Was stuck out of town with a flat tire and 200 miles later in Madison the spare blew a cord. Need to make it home the same afternoon. The team found a correct size good used tire at a fair price and had me back on the road in under an hour with no appointment. Awesome.

Fabulous experience with Matt and his Saturday team who repaired my 86 Mercedes front tire. Doubt they made any money from me with an $11 bill for slow leak of Schroeder valve. They treated me so honestly, fairly and competently. Will return if ever need services again!Service: TiresService: Tires

Came to the shop to get tire repaired which they did, and they told me that there was only one puncture that was caused by a hunk of metal. The morning after, the tire was down 5 PSI so I took it to another shop to get repaired and they told me that there were multiple punctures besides the one patched at firestone (also leaking) as well as a NAIL in the sidewall which should have never been repaired, to begin with as it directly goes against their repair policy. I called them to ask for a refund, which they agreed to IF I went and brought them a receipt from Costco which I did. All of this, just to have the manager tell me that they are not willing to refund and that apparently the other debris/punctures were caused within the last 24 hours since I was there (possible, but really man?). Overall, started off as a good experience. Ended a terrible one. Needs better customer service from the management. Seriously.Service: Tires

Great tires!! Horrible service... They asked me if I wanted them to clean my battery they did, but the truck wouldn't start. Also, I asked them to do the alignment and they couldn't get the tierods loose. It's only 9 years old

Waited for 3 hours for a tire replacement. Went in with an appointment but clearly that did not save any time. There was no communication on why it's getting delayed until I intervened after 2 hours. It seems they broke tire valve while taking it off the wheel and was not able to put it back. Was offered 15% discount at the end to make it up. Definitely not going back and do not recommend if you value your time.

Had an appointment for an oil change, took them almost a full hour to make contact with my car. 2 hours for an oil change is absurd. I don t recommend waiting for your service at Firestone. They work on their time.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jay! I was in Wisconsin for a very difficult occasion. Within the first week of having a rental car post-car accident, its breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. The alert came on as I was thousands of miles away from home (drove in from the East Coast,) and I couldn't get a comparable rental car in the Madison area. I didn't know how I was going to finish my trip, or get home, but Jay was able to track down the OEM parts and make space to work on it despite being swamped with cars. Incredible communication, very resourceful, and great overall customer service. The rest of the team was also lovely. Thank you for making the impossible happen!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair
