The driver was very respectful, knowledgeable, competent, good at troubleshooting & making decisions. After negotiations with plows, he safely rescued my car. I m very satisfied.

The best towing service we've ever used. My car died overnight on 3/14/24 and we reached Finish Line through our AAA membership. Early the next morning, the dispatch sent a truck out within 30 minutes, and the driver got our car started (!!) and gave us next steps by recommending an auto parts store, so we could avoid towing completely. I really appreciate a business that looks out for customers - it might not seem like a smart business model but it totally is, because I will ALWAYS call Finish Line when I need a tow and I'll recommend them to everyone.

Horrible! Find someone else to tow your vehicle. They were suppose to pick up my vehicle @ 10:30 a.m. I called at noon & it still wasn't completed. The woman dispatcher was a passive aggressive know it all. She hung up on me when I started complaining. If you read the other bad reviews, you will she her passive aggressive responses & snarky attitude towards other reviews. Basically, they take no responsibility for their errors & are rude on top of it.I called again because it still wasn't picked up. I got someone professional that time. My vehicle was not dropped off @ the shop until 3:30 p.m.!!! The shop was suppose to get it in the morning & repair it before close @ 5 pm.In addition, I gave a simple request for the driver to contact me upon drop off instead of pick up. No call was made to me... this caused me to have to call again to see what time it was dropped off. At that point they said they had no record of my car!! The whole thing was just a complete nightmare.Finish Line,FYI, the proper response to a bad review is:I'm so sorry our service didn't meet up to your expectations. We hope you will give us another chance if you should ever need a tow. Thank you for using our service. Have a great day.

Couldn't ask for better. I had a brake fluid leak and needed to get my car into the shop; didn't want to drive it in (too scared from the time in Dickety-14 when the brakes completely went out in my old Lincoln Continental).So I scheduled a tow in advance, and the driver was able to get here earlier than planned. He was super professional, Sconisn friendly, and he even dropped the key off for me at the garage with no issues.They have a great payment system; I was able to pay with a card and got an emailed receipt right away.Thanks, guys--you're the best! I hope I won't be needing you anytime soon, but if I do, you'll be the only place I call.

Nicole had a temper tantrum and cancelled my tow because she was annoyed that I couldn t put a Tesla in tow mode through the app . Even after informing her that it doesn t work that way she still insisted that she knew better I needed to be there because the battery was dead (to jump and put into tow mode) and she did not want to have the truck arrive at the scheduled time so she just left me twisting in the wind.

I had a horrible experience with this company. Not only did they told my vehicle improperly, they refused to send me photos of the tow truck driver towing my vehicle after he took it without even calling me. I am so frustrated with them. Worse, my four-wheel-drive no longer works. They would not even help me get a diagnosis let alone a repair. When I called the call center. The woman claimed there were photos, but refused to send them to me. AAA also refused. They were so unhelpful, rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I would never ever recommend this towing company to anyone. They are a disgrace and should not be used. If I could read them -5 stars I would.

I ve never experienced such unprofessionalism and frustration with a company. My car got towed and, after about 5 calls to this company, they stated they did not have my car. I had to work with police and small businesses in the area to find out from a witness at a restaurant that it HAD been towed by this company, with damages made to the car . It wasn t until my last call they said they might have my car, and the driver did not follow protocol to register any cars they took. When asked to check their lot myself, they would not allow me to. I m currently still waiting to see where my car is and the damage they have caused.

The guy that towed my truck was so kind. I had a really bad experience with a different tow company in the past and was nervous. But he was so kind. Got my truck safely onto the truck bed, knew where I needed to get dropped off was under construction. Told me I could follow him and he would make sure it was in the right spot before leaving. He even went the extra mile and talked to the dealership to see where I needed to drop the keys off to have the truck serviced. Very impressed. Very thankful.Service: Car towing

My insurance set up a tow to have my vehicle taken to a repair shop but told me they couldn't guarantee a set time or day. The driver called me to let me know he was on the way not more than 5 mins after getting off the phone with insurance. Update: a comprehensive inspection revealed both front struts are in need of replacement now. Finish Line Towing has caused $2500+ worth of damage to my vehicle.Getting out ahead of the snarky replies from the owner:Yes my car was impoundedYes there are consequences to actionsYes I absolutely clowned you in my most recent emailAt a glance:Car damage as a result of the towLazy liar twenty-something ownerZero respect for propertyUnfortunately I was parked in a lot I didn t have a permit for for 2.5 hours. My car was impounded. Fine. My issues are that when I picked the car up, the owner said it hadn t been dragged at all. Clearly that is not the case. Immediately upon bringing my car home, I could tell the alignment was off (it was aligned in May, two months ago). While at Honda, the technician confirmed front caster was way off, which is the forward/backward positioning of the front wheels. Pretty consistent with dragging and mishandling a car. I called three times (once a day last week) to simply ask some questions and get some feedback on whether there was a process in place for situations like this. I hadn t asked for anything at this point beyond that. I got no response until emailing, then sending a follow up email two days later. The only responses I received were baselessly claiming my car was fine, and advising he would not be responding further.Having my car taken and paying the fee are consequence enough, that doesn t give justification for property damage and you don t get to decide that it didn t happen, lol.

Extremely kind, professional, and efficient. Jake took the time to recognize the auto shop I chose to have my car dropped off it would not have the capabilities to do the work my car needed.
