From the beginning to end. Smooth transition. Had a transmission linkage issue. Daniel picked up my vehicle. Called several times to confirm. Kiak was so Friendly, caring, quick, it took him 15 minutes to change our tire and close up our trunk. He stayed long enough to help us get back on to road from the shoulder of I 90 West right before exit 115. Thank you for your wonderful service Kiak!!

Finish Line Towing my roadside assistance provider recommends consistently. On an icy and snowy day this week, I requested a tow around 7am to a repair shop in another city. Because of the weather, I didn't expect anyone to pick up the contract.Eric from Finish Line before 9am and said the was assigned to my tow and that he would be there in about ten minutes. He arrived within ten minutes, was very friendly, extemely helpful. He offered to winch the vehicle from our detached garage to avoid any damage from turning on the vehicle--flashing check engine light. He was able to load it onto the flatbed.This is my second experience with FLT. Similar experience last year. I would highly recommend them for professionalism and care for you vehicle.

Had to have my car towed on a Saturday afternoon. They called to let me know when they would be there. Then the driver called to let me know he was on his way and was actually early. I rode in with Jim and he was great. I've worked with Finish Line before I would highly recommend!

This place is a scam they towed my famlies new car before she could get her new tag from the apartment complex. They charge 340.00, they told us to only to bring cash!! When asked for a receipt then said she needed to pay by card!!This place is a SCAM!!! Also a single parent who has a autistic child tag was in the car but fell on the floor because he took down.. She asked them to please stop towing it her tag had fallen because of her autistic child. For 100. He would.. they have no kindness and I could see if someone abuses the policy Zero Stars

Nicole, the dispatcher, helped me immensely with a somewhat complicated towing situation. Friendly, efficient and helpful...that's what I call EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you, Nicole! And Austin, my tow-master, was artful in making my vehicle dance onto his flatbed trailer! Finish Line Towing met AND exceeded my expectations on this service! My technician was kind, jovial, and clear about their advice for me when my car had an unfortunate flat tire last night. They came to my house promptly, refilled my spare tire, and swapped it out for my flat one. They even commended me for taking my vehicle to Ken's Automotive in McFarland. Couldn't say enough kind words about my experience with Finish Line.

Got in touch with them through AAA. Bob came to our car with a flat tire in a parking lot and it had repaired in less than 10 minutes. Truly fantastic professional service that you just didn't think existed these days. 10/10 would recommend for whatever needs you have for the services they provide.

Accidentally locked my keys in my car. Called AAA and they sent someone from Finish Line Towing. Austin was wonderful, polite, and quick. Very pleased with the driver and the service. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service. I had interactions with Nicole, Shane and Austin. All were stellar and each one went above and beyond my expectations. We had a bit of a snafu and Nicole did not stop until she was certain the issue was resolved. She is the type of person I wish I had on my staff. You guys are lucky I'm in the Twin Cities, or I would try to steal her away! Seriously, though, you have certainly earned my business for any towing needs in your area.

I used this service through State Farm insurance road side assistance. The driver when he arrived was very professional and helpful. However it took 3 hours to get service. The dispatcher was very rude when I called to find out why it was taking so long. My daughter was stranded in a parking lot in a not very safe area. This was an excessive amount of time to wait. State Farm told me it would be a 15 min response time. They tried to assist and the dispatcher hung up on them! I would never recommend using this company again. I met Jason Elmer, the tow truck driver, and he was very professional and helpful regarding my vehicle issue. This was the second time my vehicle had to be towed for the same issue to Uptown Motors. I was told by Uptown Motors that it was my starter, as the vehicle is 8 years old. Jason asked me if Uptown Motors tested my battery, which they had not. Jason did, and showed me what it was reading, as I had never replaced the battery since I purchased the vehicle in 2017. I really appreciate Jason for his help, professionalism and HONESTY regarding this matter. We need more people like Jason in this cold and dishonest world. He made my day a little better, as I still have another issue to settle with Uptown and Waste Management regarding my vehicle.

My mom and I recently got a flat just outside Madison. We used our AAA and were assigned to Finish Line. Ray came out to tow us and was quick (within 20min) professional and very kind. All in all, we were back home within an hour! We were very impressed and will definitely be requesting them again. Highly recommend

James was great! Showed up promptly, was friendly, very helpful, and calming (since I was in a panic). He showed me where the damage was to my tire and explained (twice, at my request) about driving on the small "donut" tire. I really appreciated his assistance on Sunday morning. it was a busy Saturday. They said it would take about two hours for them to get to me. But they got to me in just about an hour did a great job and delivered my car to discount tire for repair. I drive a Tesla, which requires a little bit of special handling the loaded on the flatbed, and they know how to do it. They called when they were on the way and I was able to come back and meet them at the car.Service: Special vehicle towing

My car got towed due to a bad choice of my own however the staff has been utterly disrespectful towards me with both slandering me and posting details of the situation that led me to have my car towed publicly due to them being upset about a review that was not made my me . The friend that was assisting me was the one who spoke to the staff. I cannot control what comes out of someone else mouth nor should I be punished for it . The only point in time I interacted with staff was at pickup which at no point did I say or do anything disrespectful to the woman who released vehicle or the man who opened the gate.In addition to the slandering and posting of my situations personal details which is highly unprofessional and disrespectful as hell , I was never offered a receipt. In the comment that you directly posted in the review my friend made you specifically stated that a receipt was offered but I didn t hear because I was too busy screaming over you . That s a bold face lie being as the other individual stayed in the car at time of pick up and never interacted with your staff at all that day . And not once during the day of pickup did I yell or mistreat any of the staff I interacted with, same goes for the previous day . Might want to get your facts straight before you slander people .Outside of the above mentioned complaints , Night of tow the gentleman who released my keys to my home for me stated he was able to look up what the total amount of vehicle release for me would be if picked up next day which was around 350. Due to us showing up late Thursday we had to wait till Friday , there is no way that it s 300 for 1 additional night which is probably because it was a scam which would make perfect sense as to why I was denied a receipt .

SHADY BUSINESS....Got told by an employee we could pick up a car in impound at 5. Come to find out the business hours are 8-4. Would not release car, even though we were told it we could. No hours posted, no door bell. Hours only posted on website. All the employees acted like we were an inconvenience. Woman lied about not being able to release car, when she was clearly able too the next day. Tacked on an extra 300 for sitting for another 24 hours. A whopping 650 bucks for 2 days. And to top it off, NO RECEIPT! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING??? Filing a complaint with the BBB...ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! ZERO STARS! OH, IT'S a legit review. I am the friend that picked her up. You bet I'm following through with a complaint to the BBB.....You are a liar. I was right there when you handed no receipt to my friend as I sat in my car. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! YOU WERE WARNED....

I initially posted this review yesterday when this all happened, but received a text this morning asking me to review, so that s why it s here again My insurance company called Finish Line Towing to tow my car with a very dead battery. The driver called me on arrival & said they could not tow my car out of the parking structure at the hospital. He told me it was his day off and he wasn t going to push any cars. I asked him if I was supposed to push the car out of the structure, and he said he would call me back. While waiting for a callback, I pushed the car out of the structure with my son. The dispatcher then texted me to tell me that the driver left-without saying anything. The dispatcher refused to answer my text reply or call him back for the tow, even though it took us less than 10 minutes to push the car outside. It is 20 degrees outside today. I then had another 2 hr wait for the the next tow service-they were wonderful. Why would you leave a customer without even saying anything? The initial call told them that the car was in a garage why couldn t they tell me to move it? I would ve done that while waiting for them. I can t believe this-just seriously can t believe what a terrible experience this was. I asked my insurance & they said this company will receive half the price they wanted originally I m disappointed that they will get any fees at all. There s so much more that I can t put down, just a huge feeling of wrongness here.

Worked with two guys from Finish Line dispatched through AAA, one to try and help with my battery and the other to tow my car when it turned out to be a bigger electrical issue. Both did a great job.
