Best service I ve ever had buying a vehicle! I didn t know what I wanted for sure when it came to buying a vehicle but a few necessities, they took the time to help me decide exactly what type of vehicle I needed, helped me find the perfect family car, and took care of any issues with the vehicle! If you re looking for honest people to buy a car from, these guys are it! Amazing customer service, plus they have some beautiful cars!

WOW! Amir and Latif are not the typical uses car salesman we all dread. They are car enthusiasts who just happen to sell cars. They were very knowledgeable and professional and helpful with our car purchase. This was by far the best used car purchase we have made ever the years. I highly recommend checking out what they have on their lot.

Just purchased a 2016 Porsche Cayenne from Emblem Pre-Owned. Everything from the initial phone conversation about the car to the test drive and to the final transaction was excellent. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The car was presented very well. Very clean. This was a very high quality used car. The paperwork process was efficient and informative. They even saved us some money by registering the car with our old plates. Fantastic experience and dealership.

If I could give them more than five stars I would! A+ service and no hassle sales. Tell them what you have your heart set on and they will go out of their way to make the magic happen! I will be purchasing my 6th car from them here soon! Definitely the best experiences I have ever had in car buying.

BEWARE.Purchased 2014 mini van from Emblem Pre-Owned this man partially owns. Based on his reviews I felt confident purchasing from him.Less than 48 hours on a trip to Florida which he knew about. The transmission went. We were fortunate that we were not on highway as we could have been killed.After Diagnostics from a certified transmission mechanic. Stating that there was issues that any mechanic could see with the transmission and that a mask was put on. After much communication with Amir, found out they have a mechanic service that they owned and they were 'willing to do the work at a discounted price' ARE you kidding me. This screams scam on so many levels. I pray Wisconsin Attorney General gets involved. BE WARNED not ethical.

I scheduled an appointment to look at one their used car and was blown by the sincerity and helpfulness from Amir. I didn t feel pressured to buy with them and it was such a pleasant experience to be finding a vehicle with him. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I met with Latief too and he was very helpful and efficient in terms of getting work done. I ll be bringing my used car for maintenance with them too. Thank you

Great customer experience! Bought a used Mercedes c300 that ended up having a few unforeseen issues with the doors. When I brought them up to the team they were promptly fixed at no added cost. They even included fixes for a few cosmetic issues I noticed (window tints and trim). Will definitely be returning when I want to upgrade!

This dealership is awesome! As someone who has never been able to afford a luxury car, Emblem made that possible for me in both the price and reliability. They also made the process easy and helped me out so much with the option for local delivery. Also the courtesy calls really made happier about the purchase. They truly cared that I was comfortable with my new-to-me car! Thank you guys so much!

Horrible experience. Got a loan, gave them the loan info. Kept in contact with them. Drove two hours. They told me the car was sold two days before when I got there, but offered to sell me another similiar car. None if them (in the group chat with the other owners) told me the car was sold before I made the trip. Waste of time.I understand you not replying to every tire kicker. We went and got a loan. Loans from banks are tied to the specific car because it's got the VIN on the paperwork and the check with your name on it. That is proof we were not tire kickers. We even gave you the loan information/secure party#! We went as far as getting a loan. It means we're coming, with the check, to buy the car. Not one of you in the group chat had the professionalism to reply "car is sold" after we gave you the loan information/secure party #. And then AGAIN after we told you guys exactly when we're coming the DAY before we came. Unprofessional and indecent.

Absolutely terrible. Bought a car for $14,000, guy made it seem like a GREAT deal of a car, broke down 4 months later. Only had the car that was sold to me by Emblem for 4 months. Of course their warranty is only 3 months. Came to find out it s a transmission issue! Car is not worth 14 grand. Not willing to work with me on fixing it or getting parts for cheap. I will be telling others about my experience hoping they don t have the same outcome as I do.

I bought a BMW 3 Series from these guys and it was the easiest transaction ever. They were very professional and happy to help. Once I decided on the car, they did everything they could to help me drive it off the lot that same day. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. I'd give them 10 stars if it were possible.

Beware of signing a contract and putting money down. We did this to give them time to make a couple repairs. They then waited a week until contract expired and sold the car. It may not be illegal, but it is definitely ethical. Stay away.

This dealership is amazing. They gave me a great trade in value for my old car. They also have fantastic prices on all their cars. Amir and latiff were very helpful with the process and very knowledgeable about the cars. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership.
