Chad's service is incomparable! None of us want to be in a situation where they need to have an ignition interlock device... but, should you find yourself needing one... Elite Specialty Automotive is the BEST!Chad has made the process seamless! I am almost at the finish line! I have never had an issue with getting in for a calibration, the waiting room is customer friendly & pet friendly!In addition to the interlock services he offers a bunch of other Custom Vehicle Electronics.

Interlock devices aren't supposed to be convenient. Chad at Elite made the experience of having one as pleasant as it could possibly be. There weren't any surprise fees. The shop is welcoming and clean. Hook up to the WiFi while you wait, or enjoy the multiple stand-up video game consoles in the free arcade. Yes I said arcade.

Chad was extremely helpful and very responsive. Easy to get a hold of and I dont think he ever did not answer the phone when called. He was always willing to take the time to answer questions, both in person and by phone. I would recommend his shop very much.

Chad was very prompt in making everything streamline and quick. He was also available everytime for the multiple calls I had for him! I would also be keeping Elite in mind for any future electrical work I want to have done on my car/s! Confident to say it felt like a very personal he's the guy kinda job!

This man takes advantage of people who are struggling. I had to get the Ignition Interlock and I had it installed there, I qualify for the indigency because I m on disability, and he started charging me all these outrageous fees that he wasn t supposed to, and I was not able to pay the company who owns the device because I was having to pay him All these fees so I called the company to make a payment arrangement and that s how I found out he was not supposed to be charging me all this stuff I m talking hundreds of Dollars. So they confronted him and then he refused me service. He stole from me and then refused to service my vehicle. Avoid this man at all cost.

I was so bummed when Midwest Lube and Wash closed, so when I walked into Elite and Chad came out, I was immediately put at ease! He definitely knows his business! The lobby is so customer friendly, with a big screen TV (showing Top Gun today), magazines, puzzle books with pens, and coloring sheets with crayons for the kids. The rest of the decor was relaxing and, as always, Chad was most helpful. Always upfront with no BS!

Chad is always so kind, courteous and for a busy man like myself very efficient with time. Today for example, I was in an out within 15 minutes while he had some other stuff going on at the same time, he made sure I was helped right away and took care of all my needs!

Chad rocks! He helped me fix the shody work that bergstrom chevy did! He got my entire headlight/foglight wiring set up looking oem again! The workmanship was Superb! Fast! And thorough! Chad is a down to earth kinda guy that gets the job done and gets it done well!! I am telling all my friends and fam about it!! Thank you so so so so so so much bro bro! I couldn't be more happier!!

I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of auto repair. I had to get the brakes done on my car and was frankly disappointed with the price and lead time quoted by a couple of shops near my office. I called Elite and Chad was able to next day parts and fix my car the very next afternoon. He went one step further and did NOT replace the rear brakes after inspection found they were still in good shape. Chad went above and beyond getting my car back on the road ASAP and even saved me some money by not doing unnecessary repairs that I asked him to do (not something most shops would do.) Chad really has the customers best interest front of mind. When my car is in need of future service, I know where I m going.

I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any I.I.D. needs, all scheduling and appointments always go very smooth with great service at the shop. He came in clutch when my car wasn't drivable, he was able to come get my Intoxalock device right from my house which was a life saver. Going for my last recal today but they'll be my go to moving forward with any electrical work my car needs.
