Got my car here a few years ago, good deal. The service shop has been good too. The lady and three gentlemen I ve worked with at the shop were very nice. I believe her name is Lisa, was super sweet. but some employee training can help some younger workers. I m a woman and I love cars. The sales just assumed I know nothing about cars and was very condescending. One person at the express service was very rude from behind to end. Need more Lisa and less of those guys.

Lisa Hoffman was amazing in helping me when I was stranded outside of Mazomanie. My car was towed to Don Miller as the nearest Subaru dealership. Lisa and her team were excellent in communicating with me while the issue was being diagnosed and corrected, coordinating efforts with the dealership in Milwaukee to make sure I had a loaner while they worked on my car. Don Miller West and especially Lisa Hoffman showed a commitment to customer service and a pleasant professionalism that is all too rare these days. They have lifted my confidence not only in Subaru as a vehicle, but in Subaru as a brand exemplified by their service!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Went in with a concerning noise. Turns out there was a recall on the part in question. The staff fixed up my Ruby and I didn't have to spend a penny. The waiting area was great to work in while the repair was being done, stocked with beverages and snacks. Every employee I came in contact with was friendly and helpful.

Chaotic painful drawn out process to get car serviced here.* Miscommunication between departments - After multiple calls scheduling appointment for today, I arrived and "we don't see you on the list, sorry". Though to the credit of the employee caught off guard by a scheduling error that was certainly not their fault, they fit me in later in the day after I expressed frustration.* Multiple appointments needlessly - After the service, was told about additional routine maintenance I should schedule right away. Why did I just contort my schedule to fit this appointment in then?! I scheduled the service to get car maintenance off my to do list, and now I have to do this all again.

Got a hitch installed. They never called me to tell me it was done and when I showed up acted confused like they d lost my car or something. I guess the technician just left without finishing his job or telling anyone. It was very inconvenient and the place was hard to find. The staff who did help me were kind & friendly but the place in general was disorganized. For the price charged the technician should follow through so I wasn t needlessly waiting with my toddler in a stroller for more than necessary (4 hours).

Back to back great experiences with the team at Don Miller Subaru service center. I worked with both Patrick and Lisa recently to address some issues with my Outback and they both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. In a time when customer service seems to generally be getting worse and worse, it's refreshing to have a place that values customer loyalty.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Brought my car in for two services. They honored warranty on a repair in the grey area. Then on my second visit, I misread their hours and showed up after the service center closed. Their dealer floor staff helped me (Zane?) and save the day by taking care of me. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. Appreciate having the loaner cars so I don t have to take time off.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

This service center did their best to refuse Subaru warranty service twice. The first time the manager called me personally to tell me that a part that I was told was in and ready to be installed was not in and that I was to await her call before coming in. I went in anyway and the part was in. The second time I had issues with the battery draining and leaving my car dead, She again called me and tried to gaslight me into believing 1. that what happened twice didn't really happen and 2. that if a car "isn't driven every day and at least 45 miles per week, it is normal for the battery to go dead." Stay away from this place, especially if you want to use your Subaru service warranty.

As far as auto service centers go, my experience here has been nothing but BAD! After a bad experience with them in 2020, I decided to give them a second chance - mainly because of the trust I have in Subaru, the brand and cars. But the service department at this dealership let me down once again. Either individuals here are not well trained, don't care or they are trained to be this deceptive. Most recent experience - I brought my car for a traditional oil change and tire rotation. When I came to pickup the car and pay, the customer service (CS) individual game the invoice with the worked done and pointed me directly to where to sign. I, as I always do, was reading the details before signing. He was quick to say "Oh, not important...this is just saying that we performed the work and are giving you the car back, so just sign here." I continued reading and noticed that they had charged me for the tire rotation, so I pointed that out to CS. Because I bought the tires there, all my tire rotations are supposed to be complimentary. His response was "Oh so sorry, we didn't know you bought them here." Red flag #1.So I kept reading the invoice and noticed that they had charged me for a synthetic oil change instead of traditional. Once again, I pointed this out and the CS guy proceeded to say "Oh, so sorry. I guess 'she' made a mistake" (I'm not sure who he was referring to by "she").Ultimately, he updated the invoice which went from ~$120 down to ~$70. I wonder how many naive, unsuspecting customers they get this way every day! Finally, when he brings my car, I asked him about the complimentary car wash coupon to which he said "Oh, we don't offer that anymore since we now have a car wash in-house." So I asked why my car was not washed if it is complimentary and in-house. His response, "Just bring it anytime of the week with your receipt and we will wash it for you." Can anyone say inconvenience.I'll get off my soapbox and spare you the details of the incident back in 2020. The jist of it - they tried getting away with damaging my car and hiding it (human error on their part). I would have had a $1k+ bill at the car shop.I hope I can find a decent, honest auto service place in the area.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Had the car in for 3 weeks for body work (at their shop around the corner). They were supposed to coordinate with service to have recall work done after the body work was done. Got back, it had been forgotten about. Today found out they also "lost" my follow up appointment. Also very much an "oh well" attitude. Nothing we can do. Well I can do something - I won't be back.

Service managers really take time to dial in and understand their customers. I'm fairly well versed in working on and servicing my own subaru when I can but when going gets tough this team gets in thoroughly explains what needs to happen and won't burn your pocketbook giving you a million other things that dealerships are notorious for! I will always trust this team with my WRX and would recommend anyone else looking to get service done to check them out and you won't be disappointed!!

Got a software update for our Subaru, free of charge. Of course, it should be, but hey, these days where they are starting to rent features like heated seats it's nice to still be treated well.

Pretty over priced, but that's an issue for any parts gotten from, and/or mechanic work done by, the dealership so 1 star off on principle for price gouging everyday ppl, the 2nd star is taken off cuz of the first time I had the car in for this same issue, the communication between the shop n me was so terrible that it got to the point that they had my car for a 9 full days B4 even starting on it. On top of that they didn't communicate with me in any way that entire time n didn't even ask if I had any issue w them keepin my car for 2 wks. Then wen I did finally get my car back they 4got to plug the horn back in like I asked n they agreed to so I called them a bunch of times over the next few days n left a few messages explaining the issue n asking if they could call me back so we can setup a time to meet but they never did return my calls. It really started to feel like they were purposely duckn me. Like they already got my $ so they washed their hands of me, n to top it off the fix only lasted 3 months lol. But the reason it's 3 stars instead of 1 is the guy that I worked with the 2nd time was polite called when he said he would, listened to my experience with the cars issues with patience n got it done at the earliest part of the window he gave. So at the end of the day the first time was a one-star experience and the second time was a five-star which averages to three in my book so seems like this place is really hit or miss depending on who you get to deal with

Lisa was amazing. She made the service very smooth and helped every step of the way. Zach the technician is very informational and knows exactly how to fix what's wrong as well as catch things before something worse happens. Truly exceptional service.

I came in for my first oil change and tire rotation on Wednesday. It was the day after I had a 14 hour day as a nurse. When I went to pick up my car, there was some confusion because my husband thought he had prepaid and I didn t have my credit card. The gentleman was super nice and we talked about wearing a face mask...I said that I was used to it because I was a nurse...not thinking anything about it. I called my husband who had just dropped me off to bring my credit card... next thing I know.. this gentleman said.. I have this.. you are a nurse.: he had no idea about my previous day... and, fortunately, I can pay that bill... but, the sentiment behind it was life affirming and I thank you! I will definitely be paying this forward

Called to arrange service and had to leave a message and number so they could call back. Did not call back that day or the next day. Called again two days later and was told I could not get an appointment until the middle of October (this was the last week in August). Either Subaru is not as reliable as advertised or Don Miller's service is not.

Everyone is so friendly. There was a 1 1/2 wait for service when I got there as it was lunch time, but they told me right away and ended up getting in done in a little less than an hour.

Amazing service. Quick and friendly. Best car service I have ever experienced to the point where it doesn't even feel like a car place. The waiting area is also really nice.
