Staff are respectful but wait time is at least 70 minutes and the cost for an oil change/tire rotation reaches $100. Very expensive, would only recommend if you re still under warranty, as they do a multipoint inspection included in the charge. However there was no explanation on breaks, tires, or other wear.

A 75-90 minute wait doesn't seem much like "express" to me but at least it's back open for drop in service. The staff are courteous and helpful.
