Very flexible and accommodating. Came and picked up my car thirty minutes later because of a mistake on my part. Straightforward communication that sets expectations and doesn t leave you feeling taken advantage of like some other business. Highly recommend DK!!

Greatest automatic shop EVER!!!! Very honest, friendly, and up front on prices and ethics. They take the time to talk to you and explain about your vehicle and offer money saving options. Will definitely be going back for all my car repair needs. Thanks alot Dillon see ya soon

Thank goodness they were around. I was out of town when my tire literally came off. They towed my car within 10 minutes to their place. They replaced 5 bolts, got matching lug nuts, and had me back on the road within 2 hours! Amazing!

I was out of town when my wife called and said she was having vehicle trouble. Her van had quit running and would not start back up and she wasn't sure what to do. I had her check online for towing services and she came across DK auto and towing and gave me the number to call. I spoke with Dylan and very happy I did. Not only was he able to help by towing the vehicle, he also did the repairs quickly. The whole time he was very transparent with both me and my wife about the issue and cost which we are both extremely thankful for. It was nice to have this great level of knowledgeable service and not be bankrupt afterwards. If your in need of towing or any service I cannot recommend DK auto enough and if you can speak with Dylan then you and your vehicle will be taken very good care of.

Totally impressed with Dylan at DK Auto. My daughter's truck broke down in Madison and needed a tow and repair. I found DK Auto and Towing via a google search. I called and spoke to Dylan who said he could meet me in 20 minutes for the tow and that he also ran a service center so that he could do the needed repairs. Dylan is very personable, was very transparent with pricing, and came through earlier than expected on the repairs (new wheel bearings, tires, and an oil change). His communication was great...keeping me posted on what needed to be done, recommendations, and timing for when we could expect the repairs to be done. When we went to pick up the truck, he showed us the old parts and walked us through all that he did. I would 100% recommend Dylan and DK Auto and Towing LLC for your towing and repair needs.

Extremely professional and wonderful customer service experience! I was having car troubles and desperately calling around before i found DK auto. All of the places hung up on me except for DK. He went out of his way to listen to me and the issues that were going on in my car. He made me feel heard and respected. i am now more than ever confident about the next steps for my car. You dont come across this kind of genuine customer service anymore these days! Thank you and i will be coming back!

Dylan and his team are exceptional! They are extremely knowledgeable and personable - they care about fixing any issue. The turnaround time has always been timely, and the pricing has been very reasonable. Our family has gone to Dylan for years and will continue to do so. DK Auto is our #1 recommendation.

Really glad I found DK towing/auto. I have a 2001 Lexus with over 300k miles on it, and Dylan was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to identify the alternator being an issue, along with the probable cause. I d highly recommend DK to anyone looking for a tow, general maintenance, or a place to offload an unwanted vehicle.

Car wouldn't start this morning. Called and had a truck out to my car in 15/20 minutes. Got it started up and got everything checked out at the shop just to make sure everything was working fine. Great service! Kind owner! 5/5 reccomend if you have any car needs in the area.

Car battery died in my parking garage, my parking spot is very annoying to get to with low clearance but he showed up like 15 minutes after first calling him and had it started in less than a minute. I will definitely be coming back to DK for any auto needs!! Thank you so much!

Really happy I found DK auto. Kind, honest, and efficient service. It feels good to pay a small business to help with my car rather than a big dealership too! I have a Prius & never know where to take it and Dylan was knowledgable about my car and communicative with me during service.

Dylan s shopmates left me and my car stranded twice with wheels falling off first and brakes failing second.Dylan refuses to help my situation OR car.He continues to work in the same cigarette-smoke-filled garage and has lost my vote of confidence.

Dylan was able to get a broken bolt out that another shop said couldn t be removed saving me an astronomical amount of money. It also wasn t just any old broken bolt, I had drilled into it in a piss poor attempt to extract it. He explained to me how he went about getting it out (it wasn t necessarily his most favorite thing to deal with), and it came down to being persistent with a superior method he had utmost confidence in. I m very grateful for all his help!

Dylan was the best!!! While driving a friends car it broke down near Madison Wisconsin. He picked it up, repaired it in a timely manner and the price was right!!! Great job!! Thanks again!!

I was having trouble finding someone who could put in new led tail lights on my 2009 Scion Xb. It was not a problem for DK Auto. They got me in right away, and charged a reasonable price. I'll be going back there again!

Man Dk auto is the best. I came here on vacation to visit family and my car died! Dk auto was able to come in on a holiday and tow my vehicle to his shop. He even found the part that I needed and replaced it same day. That s true dedication and it s blessing he was around because I m not from here. Thank you Dk auto!

I'm forever grateful for the guys at DK Auto. My brother and I were moving across the state and his car broke down on the side of the road. I called a couple different places and they were all closed, but one referred us to DK Auto. They were able to tow our car to the shop, kept up great communication while they inspected the issue, explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and went above and beyond to get us back on the road by the end of the day. It sounds trite, but I sincerely don't know what I would have done without them. If I lived in Madison, they'd be my regular mechanic. Great shop, great service, great people :)

My vehicle broke down in a very difficult place. DK Auto and Towing arrived in 20 minutes and extracted the vehicle with no problem. All the auto shops I called while waiting for the tow were booked 2 weeks out and didn't want my business. DK Auto and Towing had my problem repaired in 2 days for much less money than I expected.
