Pulled in close to closing time with what I thought was a hole in a tire and wanted a patch job. They found a valve stem to be loose and checked the other three tires for me at no charge! Great crew, awesome service.. they could have pulled a fast one since I'm from out of town but they didn't. Thanks guys! I appreciate it!

Highly recommend this team. Was helped primarily by Eric but all staff are kind and helpful.Used them last year to swap on winter tires and ease of service was enough to bring me back to purchase a new winter set for both my wife and I. Eric worked quickly to ensure fit of wheels for a newly released model, calling resources to verify fitment. Communication was great as parts arrived and they fit us in for install easily.One downside was a part was left unordered for my car. Noticing my steering wheel shake on the highway, I called back and Eric admitted his oversight, ordered the part, and had it installed at my next availability. It was inconvenient to have to come back into the shop, but their willingness to make it right and quality of customer service will still have me returning each year. Thanks a bunch, guys.

Super easy experience. I brought in a popped tire and the guy had it replaced in under 30 minutes! It felt quicker than a trip to the grocery store. Staff was friendly and even advised me to go with the less expensive tire.

Here is why I absolutely love Discount Tire. We live in Green Bay. My child called on their was home from college for the weekend and was experiencing air loss in the tire, having to stop every 20 minutes to refill. Looking at options, my child was going to pass near the store so I called and without ANY hesitation they told me to have my child stop at the store. Once my child arrived a hour after my call the Discount Tire team identified the problem to be an issue with the car s rim. They sent me pictures of the issue and a quote for new rims. The store had only three rims in stock, the staff drove across town to get the 4th rim. They had my child on the road in less than 90 minutes from arrival. Amazing customer service and why I ll always use Discount Tire, they help dads like me with problems when we can t be there ourselves.

I ve always been impressed by how quickly this location has been able to get me in for service, and how kind and courteous they are. This was only confirmed when I made an appointment to look into why I had a recurring low tire pressure issue on one tire. It wasn t an emergency after inspection, and I got no pressure for a big purchase, but good information to inform future planning, and I wasn t even charged. I highly recommend them.

The team here is amazing. We purchased winter tires and rims, and Eric, Chris, and the team went above and beyond resolving an issue with our car and tire pressure sensors.On a different occasion with our other car I noticed a nail stuck in the tread, and in two minutes and for no fee they pulled it out and verified there was no leak.Buy all your tires from these guys!

This is the best store I ever with it I had a flat tire. I end up doing replacement on the rear end on my Ford transit. They did a job less than an hour very quick, reliable. I love this store. Thank you so much Justin.and he s mechanical team

The Verona location is amazing! Everyone is very friendly and nice and hard working! They do an amazing job always! I recommend them for all your tire needs! Very good at what they do and won t rip you off at all. Great at explaining everything and getting you the best deal!

Discount tires has been a staple in the neighborhood for many years now. I take my car there regularly and have done so for quite a long time. It's not perfect they sometimes make errors but they will correct their mistakes.

This week was the second time I came here to get a set of tires. Got my new tires as well as everything going smooth with replacing one of the tires still under warranty, prices on name brand tires outcompete local dealer tire shops I looked at. got in and out pretty quick.

I had a tire that was completely blown out and got a quick schedule via phone at Discount Tires! I got a new tire changed out fairly quick and was out the door. My experience and their service was great overall!

I scheduled an appointment for tire installation where my new tire install was completed within 25 minutes. It was unbelievably quick service. I received amazing service at the Verona Rd location and would highly recommend it.

Discount Tire is fast, courteous, reliable, and professional. I felt heard by the salesman, and I did not feel pressured to buy a more-expensive tire than I needed. I really appreciate that I can come back every 6,000 miles for a tire rotation, and they will always fill up my tires for free. The only thing that I can suggest is that I would have liked to have been able to pick up my car after closing hours (if they would have locked my keys in the car for me) rather than having to come back the next day when they opened again -- I really needed my car the night before and just had to wait it out till they opened. Not a big deal, but I would have really appreciated just being able to go and get the car without going into the store.

The store manager Chris Letts is absolutely incredible. In a jam, he got me in, got a new set of tires put on in under and hour and half. I appreciate his dedication and diligence with his long standing customers. I will forever be a customer of his as well as my entire family.

I was traveling through Madison in a rental car, and ran over a nail on Hwy 151. I pulled into the Hwy 151 shop after being rebuffed by both Toyota Dealers in town (I was driving a rented toyota while mine was into a dealer from Rochester- the rental was a Dealership rental). I had no idea how expensive the flat was going to be, to fix. The entire staff that day at Discount Tire went above and beyond, getting me in for a quick tire plug and sent me on my way without charging me. Turned what was a bad day, into a really happy one!Thank you Discount tire!

Odd situation where there was a nail in the tire but it had not gone flat. Took it in and Eric immediately came outside and inspected. They were able to pull out the nail expertly and determined it had not punctured the tire. No need for replacement at this time! They did all this for free. Sincerely appreciate Eric and teams service and will certainly be back when I need a tire replacement!

I won't buy tires anywhere else moving forward. This company is doing a great job. Saved considerable money on a high end set of tires for my car. The location is clean and staff is very professional. Highly recommend.

Today I visited Discount Tire. They gave me a fantastic deal on two new tires. In the past, Discount Tire has replaced 5 tires free of charge for me (with their road hazard warranty which costs a little extra), and also patched 2 punctured tires. When possible, I'll always buy my tires from Discount Tire. Thank you for the excellent service today that truly went above and beyond.

I was totally surprised by this place. I came in just before close on a Saturday with a stupid riding lawnmower tire. Even though they were busy and this is a very small sale for them, A. Lopez took the time to help me, ordered a new tire and it was ready by Monday. I can see why this place has such a high average rating. Will definitely be bringing more of my business to this Discount Tire in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Discount Tire! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they got me in the minute I pulled in. No wait time at all!.I came in with one tire that I fully expected to have to replace today. Chris Letts and his team at the Verona Road location took my tire off and inspected it. They checked the valve stem, thoroughly inspected the tire for a leak and filled it up for me. The best part is that they didn't charge me a penny!A lot of competitors would have taken the opportunity to sell me a tire that I did not really need and I think that speaks volumes. I I'm very glad that today was just a false alarm but I will definitely be back when I need to replace my tires

This is definitely the go to place to get tires. My tire went flat, i called ahead to schedule a replacement they said no wait just stop on by. I ask if I'd be able to get all 4 tires replaced. They said no problem. I pull up they immediately went to work said it take about 45min it didn't even take 30min. I was super impressed I'll definitely be going back.

Recently, I drove home from work with an odd noise coming from one of my tires. Turns out it was stuck with a nail! I brought it into Discount and they quickly got to work. No appointment, no problem! They fixed the tire and had me back on the road in 15 minutes! Highly recommend, great team of people! Will definitely be back, thanks!!

Y all saved my bacon twice now. Last month I stopped in to have my tires checked because one had a slow leak. I ended up replacing them that morning and you worked diligently to get them done in a timely manner. Today, I picked up something that pierced one of my brand new tires on the way home from Costco. I called and you guys said just to come on in. I was in and out within at hour with a new tire. Thank you so much for your work. I will always send people your way.

I am usually a Costco tire person but Discount Tires has great service (use the online appointment booking tool because they get busy) and nice perks. I use the winter tire change and tire rotation at no cost service annually. Well worth it and great way to keep a customer happy. Just be aware there are a couple coverage things they try to sell you but you can politely decline it and they don't push.
