The guys at Discount Tire do a wonderful job. Brought a flat tire in there, and they had it fixed within an hour. Didn't cost anything. Super friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend buying tires or having service done there.

I had a semi-urgent tire issue come up and was able to make an appointment for the next morning via the website. I chose Discount Tire based off the reviews and I was not disappointed! As a female, any kind of car maintenance is always a bit anxiety inducing for me but they were so friendly and helpful! They got my issue fixed quickly and explained everything along the way. I highly recommend!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Got three new wiper blades (the front desk employee was very friendly and offered to install them for me) and when I noticed my low tire pressure, he said I could get them filled for free. I unfortunately did not catch his name, but he was great. They also have very helpful infographics in the main lobby to help let people know when to change their tires, wipers, and more.Phillip, who filled my tires for me, was also incredibly friendly, making great small talk and gave great advice about when I should get my tires replaced. Definitely recommend, will totally be coming back when it gets to that time!

Their customer service is very good. The service is good. Any time I have had issues they completely exceeded my expectations in their customer service. YMMV, but I'll keep going here until they don't rectify a mistake.

I got a flat tire and even though they weren't able to patch the tire they were able to order in a new tire and had it the next day. Their customer service was fantastic and very professional. Thank you!

I recommend this place. Usually I get tired here but this time I needed a sensor fixed in one of the rims. The Asst Mgr Rook -yes Rook is great and customer friendly. He was able to get me in after I arrived later than my scheduled appointment. He has to navigate a lot working through appointments and sometimes not so friendly customers. He made the difference in my experience.

I never leave reviews, but I was so impressed with these guys the last three visits I am compelled to thank them publicly. I have made a number of odd requests such as knocking tires off and taking wheels home to clean up myself, brought in my own tpms and they were incredibly fast understanding and crazy thorough. I just bring them loose wheels because I don't trust anybody, but I had labeled my rims for their position on the car and labeled my TPMS to match and they not only matched all that up without asking me, but also set the pressures correctly for my vehicle which has 10 psi difference from the front to the back of the truck, amazing attention to detail. They are truly awesome!

These guys/gals are the best,came in a yr ago with a low pressure warning light took me in wo an appt took care of it rather quickly at no charge. Come back once a month for pressure check and adds air if low at no charge. Will purchase tires here from now on. Always great affordable service

HIGHLY RECCOMEND! Thank you Scott so much for your amazing customer service. I don t know anything about cars or tires and Scott made it so easy to understand and helped me get the perfect tires for my vehicle at an amazing price. I have never witnessed better customer service in my life! He was honest and straight to the point. I watched him treat each and every customer with respect and quality customer service. I will only get help from Scott from discount tire from here on out. Thank you so much Scott!

This was my first time coming here and I was very pleased with the service I got. Scott and another gentleman at the front were very friendly and helped me with my needs. Scott helped pick out new tires within my budget and I couldn t be happier. I highly recommend this place!

Went here because it was close to all my errands. They initially priced only my two front tires for my Nissan versa at $350. They price "matched" the cheaper set for me at $253. Is it just me or is the price of two tires insane?! Also following the installation of the tires, my front end seems to wobble more than it previously did. Maybe the tires were not screwed in as tight? The reason remains to be seen, but the fact is that my car didn't wobble before this visit. Otherwise, the tires that were installed had good tread.

Terrific service! I came with a tire tool problem and Jake resolved it quickly and efficiently even tho' it didn't represent a sale for them. I will definitely make this my first stop when I need new tires or have a tire problem in the future. This is a superior establishment for customer service!

My scheduled visit for a simple tire rotation, didn't go well. My vehicle was not in bay after 1.5 hour. I decided to take my 20 year customer loyalty to another store, who took care of my tire rotation immediately. I hope that the Junction Road management staff will get their priorities in order. Customer First, no matter who they are out what they look like....

I had my first service here by replacing 4 tires. Overall experience is ok, reasonable price. However, the waiting time is longer than the salesman/app indicated, about adding 45min-1h. The lounge really needs some cleaning. I see spider and the net in the lounge and on the storefront glass outside of the vestibule.

I went to Discount Tire to have my snow tires mounted and put on my car on October 31st. Connor was at the counter when I arrived. My snow tires were not mounted and my summer wheels and tires were on my car. I had to go to my locker to get some wheels because my summer wheels are bigger in the rear and that would not work with the size snow tires I had. When I came back, Rook went out to the lot with me as I described what needed to happen to my summer tires and wheels. I drove away with my snow tires mounted and my worn out summer tires taken off the rear wheels. I took my front summer tires and wheels there to get the old tires off on November 6th. The next day, I picked up my front summer wheels. I needed my old summer tires dismounted from my summer wheels because I am getting the wheels refinished over the winter. The guys at Discount Tire got the job done and mounted my snow tires on my winter wheels. Nice work by everyone. They also disposed of a few old tires that were cluttering up my garage for $3 apiece.

I went there today and Jacob helped me. He was helpful and professional. I had a nail in one of my tires and they took it out and patched it. I didn t get the name of the mechanic who fixed it but he also did a great job. Thank you .

Friendly staff, especially Niko! Arrived at appointment time, 2:15 p.m. was told to back into parking spot. Waited for one hour before being brought into bay. Work was completed within an hour. Very grateful I purchased warranty and I highly recommend, that others also purchase the warranty, it's worth it!

This place and these people are amazing! I went in out of semi emergency because my tire kept running flat in a matter of days. These guys help fix a flat tire FREE of charge?! And no appointment, just walked in, received help and education and a fix within an hour. They are honest and sincere too! Special shout out to Jason and Isaac for starting the experience out right and providing service well beyond expectation. Appreciate you guys and your business model! A start to the road back to going to this group all the time, and reason to support a certain business.

Excellent service and I haven't found better pricing anywhere either. While waiting for them to look at a tire losing air (that ended up being an issue with the rim, that they fixed for FREE) I was able to overhear many customer conversations with the sales staff. Sadly, folks who were there because of an unplanned issue with their tire were often really hard on the staff, assuming that they were being pressured to make a purchase or not getting the straight info on what was really repairable or not. I heard the staff stay patient throughout it all and never heard them pressure anyone. I couldn't imagine having that patience day in and day out, but they stayed honest, patient, and helpful. Being a fly on the wall inn there for an hour or so made me a customer for life.

I walked in yesterday without an appointment, asked to replace 2 tires (I needed 4, but could only afford 2) and I was blessed with an amazing deal so I could actually afford all 4!!! I had my 2 small children with me and we only had to wait a short time! They genuinely care about their customers safety and others on the road! Their store was very clean and had complimentary bottled water. Staff member Jacob was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional! I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond for me! Truly a life saver. I would highly recommend their service and prices!!!

I ran over a screw and took my tire in to see if it could be repaired. They got me in first thing and patched my tire and put it back on my car for free, in about 30 mins! They do want to try to sell you new tires while you are there, but my dad owned a tire business so I let him advise me when I need new tires. However, they are not seriously pushy about it. Zach was very helpful and professional.My dad actually recommended this place to me, and he really knows about the tire sales and service.

I have used this location for new tires many times over the years, with multiple different vehicles. Most recently, they were able to get my new tires ordered, appointment scheduled and everything completed very quickly. They also offered great customer service to help price match the best possible cost! We did have one small issue with the new tires, but Jake was able to get the issue resolved very quickly. They were very understanding of me concerns, helped get the issue resolved within 30 minutes on the next business day and the best part, at no extra cost to me! This crew is great! I highly recommend.

Discount tire is great. Staff is always friendly. Though I was disappointed when they switched to storing tires off sites, because I ve had problems every time I ve needed to get my tires swapped.This year I called initially to have my tires sent to the store on 4/26, I was told they d be in within 3-4 days. I called again on 5/5 and was told whoever I talked to didn t actually order the tires and they should ve given me a longer time frame, but I was assured the tires be in the following Thursday (5/11) or Friday (5/12) at the latest, but they d call when they were in. I called again on 5/16 since I hasn t heard anything. Thankfully I got Rook when I called. He confirmed the tires were in and got me in 2 days later to finally get my tires swapped.Rook and Joe always know what s up. They re not only helpful, but also fast! I m considering just asking for one of them when I call to make sure I get what I need.

Super happy with the service here. After the first few snows of the season back in December, I realized my tires were balder than Steve Harvey... Unfortunately, another snowstorm was on the way and it was right before the holidays, so even though I desperately needed tires before heading out of town, I had doubts that I could arrange this on such short notice (<36 hours). On top of this, my car drives best with wider, sport tires, and I'm pretty particular about handling/quality so I was looking for specific characteristics [sure, it's silly to complain about... but NOT ONCE have I been able to get away from those short men driving rather large brand new pick-up trucks at unbelievably inconsistent speeds on the highway EXCEPT by dropshifting and the occasional skerrt, mkay?]... anyways, I couldn't find any tires I liked in stock anywhere, and I was dreading being forced to spend enough money to buy like 200 rotisserie chickens on 4 suboptimal tires. I went to Discount Tire to try my luck, and the sales associate Jake (I think?) ordered the exact tires I wanted with free overnight shipping. Jake and Jon (?? their names were similar... my apologies to the two J-named gentlemen lol) were working way after close to finish everything and were nice enough to replace my car's tires shortly after their arrival that next day. Jon even brought me the tire key to be sure I put it somewhere safe. Overall, I couldn't have been happier and was quite impressed with their work ethic and willingness to help. Thanks for the Christmas miracle, y'all! I'll absolutely be back next time I'm in the market for tires!

Highly recommended! Staff super friendly and they don't sell you anything you don't need. The story is I was dumb and bought some metal valve caps and they won't come off, I was almost desperate before someone in the Tesla group refers me to try discount tires, I was told my sensors were separate pieces and the rebuild was free! I am so grateful and will definitely come back for any tire needs! Thanks again!

Rook and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job. I can t thank the guys enough. I needed 4 new tires installed on my truck and I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days of my initial phone call. Unfortunately, when I arrived for my 5pm appointment the shop was a little behind due to some staff members calling in sick, however I was told I would be totally done by 6:30 pm. The guys worked nonstop during the time I was waiting. On top of completing an unbelievable number of tire installs for customers that had earlier appointments than me, the guys in the shop were tasked with dealing with nonstop phone calls. It seemed incredibly stressful. Yet despite the stressful environment, every single employee maintained an incredibly positive attitude and were very responsive to questions that I had. Ultimately, they finished my tire install right around 6:30 as promised. If it were up to me, everyone who works in this shop deserves a raise. I Will certainly return if I ever need tire service in the future. My new tires are perfect, immediately after leaving the shop I drove 200 miles to my cabin and he ride was smoother than ever before.
