Tiana and Natasha were awesome! They worked with me and my credit to help me get into the car that I wanted. I also appreciate Natasha staying late during after hours to make sure everything was taken care of.

We are very pleased are trip to CarHop in Madison. We came with very poor credit. But they had to jump through hoopsAnd loops to help us but did an amazing job at helping us get into the car we came and are hearts were set on. They communicated very well and just really educated us on are payments and financing information to set us up for success in are new car. Thank you CarHop! ( Taina and Natasha) and everyone else that helps run such an amazing finance company.

My rating is not based on the customer service I experienced with Carhop. Taina and Chris were stellar. However, I can not say the same for the vehicle I purchased. I bought a 2008 Kia Rio LX from this CarHop location in January of last year even though a friend warned me not to go to this location. She said to go to the Appleton location because she's gotten 3 cars from this location and they have all been lemons/p.o.s's. Well needless to say I wish I would have listened to her. Only 2 months after having the vehicle I had to get a new battery (which Taina was very helpful with obtaining). The next two issues happened shortly after. A new transmission was needed and I had to replace the spark plugs and coils. This all occurred within the first 3 months of having the car. Taina was great with assisting me with each problem. However, my issue lies with whomever the mechanic is who looks at their vehicles. I am only now posting my review because I wanted to wait to see if I had any more issues with the car. Well, my car is now in the shop again because it has not only an Oil Leak but I need to get a new starter as well. I spoke to their old district manager about all the issues I had with the car beforehand and was told if I had any more issues to give him a callback. Well, this person is no longer working for them . To end this all I will say is you always take risks with purchasing a used vehicle, however, be warned with this CarHop. It does not appear that their mechanic does a proper go-over of these used vehicles. Even though it's a "certified" used vehicle.

Natasha was so kind, helpful, passionate, and genuine! she even stayed late to help us when we were in a huge pickle. drove home with the car SAME DAY!! Natasha definitely knows what she s doing!

I came In today and left out a new car owner. When I say I had the best experience with finding and dealing with the application and service. Taina was amazing. She had great energy and very welcoming answered all of my questions.

Worked here, great company for purchasing a vehicle with limited credit. Absolutely loved my manager Taina she is the Best!!!!!!!! and my co worker Natasha was awesome and one of the best sales person to learn from. I worked here and purchased a vehicle also. Easy and fast process. I Will miss my mgr & co worker sooooo much I recommend buying here if you have some issues with your credit!

Thanks to Taina & Natasha for a second chance plus GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I will forever be a carHop customer. I started with a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe and updated to a 2013 Ford Edge. Came in very upset but walked out with a Big Smile. Keep up the great work I HIGHLY RECOMMEND...

I called this place and was told that regardless of your credit you can be approved on any vehicle with $500 down. I was so excited because I needed a car ASAP. I took a cab to this place and it cost me $200. When I arrived to this place the cars wasn't like it showed on the advertisement. All the cars was extremely dirty and had a bad smell inside the cars. Every car on the lot had major problems some of the cars wouldn't start and the prices were ridiculous alone with the monthly payments of $500 a month on a 2007 Chevy car. The check engine light was on and the driver seat belt was broken alone with the tire pressure light was on too. The owner of the this place was ridiculous unfair and rude . Every car on the lot was a lemon and all the cats had some type of body damage to them. They force you to watch a video 2 times before you sign the agreement as if it's mandatory for you to sit and listen to a lot of lies on the business. I am a senior citizen on social security disability and my income is only 1500 a month. For my monthly payment of $447 a month is totally ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would, but I had to give a star in order to write a comment. Stay away from CarHop this business is a rip off they sell nothing but lemon cars.

THE ONLY PERSON AT THIS CAR LOT I have respect for is NATASHA. She is real with her clients and does everything she can to make everyone happy and satisfied!! Everything else at this place is a COMPLETE SCAM AND JOKE!! I would NOT recommend y all get a car from this place. Terrible customer service and nothing but lies from everyone behind the scenes people are terribly RUDE!! And they sell cars that are NOT INSPECTED. They will get you and you will be stuck paying that car payment with NO VEHICLE.

Very friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They are very knowledgeable and always answers your questions. I definitely recommend going through them for their next vehicle purchase.

I wouldn't go here, they legally try to scam you. They'll give you car that needs to go to the shop right away then they keep the car until you have to make another payment. If you need a car that bad you're better off getting a Cosigner or something because carhop does not care about their customers at all, all they see is green and dollar bills

The staff was okay and everything was good but for them stating that they are all about putting an individual in a vehicle with out great credit who needs a new vehicle because of multiple different factors. Definitely make sure you are not holding any kind of school loans or something or have a co-signing individual and be prepared for having a down payment or trade in because I did not have any of the second things I listed and I am dealing with hours loss at work due to this economy so I basically was turned away at this point so they aren't a budget/credit based car leasing dealer I mean I have a 550+ credit score and still wasn't able to get approved.
