This is a hidden gem, literally since its back in a not so easy to find industrial area. Especially if you have an older car. This is a REAL auto parts store and they have obviously been doing this for years and have the stock and the knowledge and the staff. I grew up working in the automotive trades and this place reminds me of one of the suppliers I had in my home town and they have always had ANYTHING I needed in stock no matter what age of vehicle I was working on. Always my first choice for parts when I need them. Hard to find if you don't know Madison, but worth it.

I was looking to purchase a new bumper and because most online shops charged a large amount for shipping, I decided to look for a local store that would sell one.We called Bumper to Bumper and on the phone asked if the bumper would come primed and needed to be painted and the clerk on the phone said "no, it is paint to match". This was confusing because she specifically said "no". The conversation made us believe the bumper would have been painted. We followed up by asking really? That price seems low for a painted piece. The worker then just said something along the lines of "yep we offer great prices". Once we showed up, the bumper was in fact just a primed black piece. We couldn't even buy the paint at the location. For just a primed piece, the price ended up being no different than buying online + shipping.The service in-store was good and the people were friendly, but that miscommunication seemed very unprofessional and I don't believe we will be shopping through this establishment again.

Efficient, most affordable parts place in Madison, and friendly, too. People here are stellar! And thorough. Willing to take a look at your vehicle and help problem-solve. If they don't have the part, it'll be there the next day. Much faster than order the (wrong) part online.

Scott and Jim are very helpful in the warehouse. They get a 10 in my book! Never had any issues with Bumper to Bumper in Madison. Parts are always delivered in a timely matter. Thanks to all the team up there!

I came here for the first time with a referral from someone I work with, I bought a set of four rotors and pads here only to find out three months later they sold me bad warped rotors after taking my vehicle in to see why my wheel has been shaking. I called and got told, "sometimes they come in warped already, it's just the luck of the draw". I wouldn't recommend buying car parts here...you get what you pay for.

It's the only store in Madison WI. A place where you can get anything and everything from the front of your vehicle too the rear! That's why it's called, ( Bumper to Bumper)!!!
